• Mark (3/5): Hugely disappointing - It was close to where I needed to be Photos make it look much nicer than it actually is. Check in instructions were all wrong, I was stood outside unable to get in. Inside door lock didn’t work. I asked the property for a VAT invoice at least 4 times and still never received one.

• Neil (9/5): Great stay after the Twickenham game, only a short cab ride away. Price reasonable for 2 sharing. - Right next to train station for easy transport links the next day. A short cab ride away from Twickenham stadium without the Twickenham prices. One room had an ensuite so there are actually 2 bathrooms in this property.

• Andrew (7/5): Nice, comfortable and convenient. - The property was well placed for next access to Thorpe Park. The host can take care of parking for you if you let them know in advance your car details. Finding the property was difficult, as the address on bookings didn’t match the address provided by the host- but we got there in the end.
• Paulo Neto (8/5): Okay but it was a backup place - The apartment is extremely well located, with everything you may need near your apartment. I can't comment too much on the apartment itself because it was a backup to the one we were supposed to sleep at. Only the fact that it was a backup apartment, with somethings that were supposed to be comfortable, not being comfortable at all, in this case: the sofa. Also had some cleaning equipment around the apartment. Still, overall the place was nice and well taken care of, enough for a single overnight.

• Nicola (10/5): Ideal location with shops and railway station within minutes away - Railway stations a 3 minute walk away. Surrounded by shops including M&S, Boots and plenty of eateries. Great location! No wine glasses in apartment

• Victoria (10/5): Would definitely stay again - Really nice apartment. The apartment manager is so helpful, very friendly, and super fast in replying to messages. The only issue for me was the parking. First hour is free which is great, but when you pay for the 24hours it ends at midnight with no option to extend. So I was finding i had to wake at midnight to redo my parking for the following day.
• Andrew (10/5): Heathrow family apartments - Very spacious and clean. The apartment was excellent, we'll definitely use this again. Nothing.
• Jayne (1/5): Dreadful avoid this place - The nespresso machine Location and arrival instructions totally inaccurate, the address given was a private residence approximately half a mile from the accommodation on the opposite side of a busy dual carriageway . Place was cold, no working heating. No towels, non provided despite request. Lots of apologies, I had to contact the owner 5 times. Key collection set up dreadful, inside the rubbish bin house, it was very dark around the back of the building. No spare duvet for the sofa bed. The lobby and lift reeked of cannabis. The owner kept telling me that he was sorry and that this was luxury accommodation, it is less than basic, certainly a long way from luxury
