• Mila (9/5): Clean and convenient - The apartment is nicely renovated, clean and tidy, with everything you need, including a kettle and cups, and the bed is wide and very comfortable. Its proximity to the train station is convenient if that is important to you. Convenient self check-in. It is a bit far if you are walking back from the center late in the evening, and the area did not feel safe. There was also a small misunderstanding with the keys, and instead of the promised 10 minutes, I waited 20 minutes for the owner. It was a trip for my birthday, and I wanted everything to be perfect, so this delay slightly spoiled the impression. It would therefore be good if the host personally checked everything before guests check in. Also, on the day of check-in, it is inconvenient to receive instructions via WhatsApp while travelling, especially with poor internet; it would be more convenient to receive them in the morning or earlier. However, I have no complaints about the accommodation itself — everything was very nice. Thank you.

The bathroom was nice. The location is terrible — this place is in a ghetto. The neighborhood is extremely dirty and feels quite unsafe. It is close to the bus station and metro, but there are no good places to eat, the traffic is constant, and there are suspicious men hanging around the property.

• Annie (3/5): i wouldnt return - the location was fine but the cleanliness and practicality of the shower was poor, there was black mold all along the shower corners and when you showered all the water would go all over the floor, the hairdryer plug wasnt working and there was no indication as to which soap was shampoo and which was shower gel, also the lights kept going out, at least 10 times and i had to go out every single time to raise the switch. cleanliness and and actual shower door, if you are going to leave minimum amenities like built in soap at least indicate what is what, the hairdryer was mid but the plug to use it in the bathroom didnt work so i had to use it in the room, the mattress wasnt too bad but the sheets kept getting off while sleeping and they were scratchy, if the window is left open the road is sometimes very noisy as its right next to the street.

Condizionatore gratis e abbondanza di acqua calda..cosa non garantita da altri Purtroppo la zona non e delle piu felici . Le cose esterne negative si fanno sentire . E ci vorrebbe un po di piu luce naturale nella stanza
• 448cb86b6e5d726f8468379ddbba3286 (8/5): Good for a short stay and very convenient location. - The location is extremely convenient as it is right next to the train station. However, like in most major cities, the area around the station can feel a bit grimy and sketchy at times. The host let us to check in later without addition payment. The soundproofing could be improved, as the rooms are very close together and noises from neighboring guests are easily heard. Also, the room was a bit dusty and the towels didn't smell as fresh as expected.

• Fernando (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno a Napoli - Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento a Napoli per una notte. L'host è stato fin da subito molto disponibile nei riguardi di tutte le mie richieste. E' possibile effettuare in modo molto semplice il check-in automatico. L'appartamento è ottimo per due persone. Tutte le stanze sono molto pulite ed ordinate. Il bagno è spazioso, pulito e presenta un grande spazio doccia. Sono disponibili servizi come televisore e condizionatore. Soggiorno ideale. Molto consigliato. E' stato tutto perfetto, nulla da dire in negativo.
• Moreno Fernández (7/5): - Alojamiento sencillo, pero bastante ideal para la ciudad de Nápoles. Cama ancha y cómoda, lavabo amplio, con su neverita etc etc. Quizás lo único que creo que le falta son renovar las sábanas e incluir alguna manta para poder taparte si eres una persona friolera.

• Stefano (1/5): PESSIMA ESPERIENZA - Migliorerei un po’ tutto visto che era molto sporco, non funzionava l’aria calda al condizionatore( offerto dal proprietario di far venire il tecnico ma solamente il terzo giorno)mancava la tavoletta del wc(rotta dagli ospiti prima di noi, non è comunque una giustificazione), lenzuola sporche. Certamente non ci aspettavamo una suite ma almeno al minimo dell’umano. Avevamo prenotato per 3 giorni, ce ne siamo andati via subito la mattina del secondo. Speriamo in un rimborso tramite booking perché il Proprietario non ne vuole sapere.

• Alessandro (9/5): Good value for money - The owner was extremely helpful and responsive. Check in was very easy and all instructions were provided in advance. The location isn't the best, but on the plus side it's very close to the central train station, which makes it perfect if you need to catch an early train.

La zona è molto degradata, molti extracomunitari vivono e gestiscono attività commerciali, sembra di essere in uno stato del centro Africa, la sera crea un po' di timore girare nei dintorni. La cucina in comune che si vede nelle foto su' Booking, non ha nulla, solo qualche posata, quindi inutilizzabile. Il prezzo è alto per quello che offre.

• Yekateryna (1/5): Краще тут не зупинятись, а знайти безпечнішу локацію, де більше світла, людей, адекватний контингент - Місце, щоб поспати. Нормальна ванна кімната. НЕБЕЗПЕЧНА ЛОКАЦІЯ. Нас пограбували в 30 метрах від входу в будинок. Вікна з решітками явно не просто так. Денного світла - 0. Звукоізоляція - жах. Під вікнами постійно хтось стояв, голосно говорив, курив, від чого після ситуації з пограбуванням було дико моторошно.
• Lara (9/5): Posto da consigliare - Camera pulita, vicino alla stazione centrale per chi arriva in treno, check in facile e veloce, comunicazione ottima con il proprietario, disponibile ad assecondare le mie richieste. Terrò assolutamente in considerazione questa struttura per il prossimo soggiorno a Napoli.
• Lucila Florencia (7/5): Experiencia buena. - Silvio se ha puesto en contacto conmigo para informarme respecto a cómo debía proceder para el ingreso y al uso de las llaves. Siempre me ha respondido en tiempo y forma. Súper amable y práctico. Llegué por la mañana y aún la habitación no estaba lista, de todas formas, me permitió dejar las valijas (detalle súper importante). Precisamente, esto me permitió ver el antes y el después, la habitación quedó impecable, muy bien la chica de la limpieza. La ubicación es buena, ya que queda cerca de la estación de trenes. Para 1 o 2 días, está perfecto! Tener agua caliente constante fue toda una odisea. Esperé a que se termine de calentar el termotanque en su totalidad (1 hora y media demoró) y aún así, a los 5 minutos, empezó a salir fría. En booking dice que el horario del check-in es a las 10:30, por eso, compre un pasaje cerca de ese horario (no resultó ser así) y la chica de la limpieza llegó a las 12 (yo estaba acomodándome para salir justo cuando llegó). Deberían revisar el horario de ingreso para ser claros. La zona no es segura (lo había leído por eso me organice para volver de día al departamento y no salir de noche).

• Zink (8/5): - Skvělá koupelna, čistá a prostorná, vybavenost pokoje na krátkodobější pobyt stačí. Na společnou kuchyni mi zde chyběly mycí prostředky, kterými bychom mohli umýt použité nádobí. A málo samotného nádobí. Špína, odpadky a dotěrní občané na ulicích v prostorách apartmánu, ale za to ubytováni nemůže. 👍😄

• Jeong Nam (4/5): - 중앙역과 가까움 자다가 습하고 퀘퀘한 냄새가 나서 잠을 깼어요. 전기 주전자는 너무 오래 된 플라스틱이라 도저히 사람이 쓸 수 없을 정도였고요. 전기주전자 속에 하얀 석회 또는 뭔지 모를 게 가득 ㅠㅠㅠ. 주변이 우범지대같은 느낌이에요. 좀 무서워요. 불량배들?이 너무 시끄러워서 귀마개 필수예요. 침대커버, 매트리스 이런 것들이 너무 안 좋아 불편했어요. 욕실 이런데도 구석구석 보면 물때가 심해요.

The first time to enter is a bit weird as you need to wait for the host to open it remotely, however, anything from there was really easy and comfortable
