• Florin (4/5): Worst sleeping conditions, extra taxes, many rules. We do not recommend it at all! - Despite the many negatives, it was mostly clean, quiet, no noise during the night, and close to the subway. Be prepared to learn and follow the many rules while having to deal with 2 towels per person and 1 blanket for 2 people, among other things. Good area. 1. For a 5 day trip, we only had one set of towels: 1 big, 1 small for each of us (2 people), and 1 shared small foot/shower towel. This isn't enough to keep ourselves clean. We were forced to machine wash them once. This isn't Eco-friendly despite their insistence on being Eco, since you wash the same set of towels twice, instead of washing two sets of towels one time. And second of all, who wants to wash towels on vacation? 2. For 2 people, we only had 1 blanket. We are 2 people with individual needs. What if we can't sleep if not wrapped in our own blanket? What if one is cold and one is hot? Also, Bad, soft pillows, No bed headboard. 3. We asked about another blanket and more towels and were simply told there are no more and no more will be provided. And that we should just turn up the heating. We decided not to beg or fight with them, since they weren't able to understand the basics of comfort in a house. 4. They have penalties for improper recycling, despite not clearly informing people (pictures and colors of the bins inside the apartment did not correspond to reality) and for late arrival, despite it being contactless and even if you wouldn't actually require a person to assist you. 5. Possibly unclean kitchen cutlery, plates, etc. They do not (seem to) clean the cutlery or plates or glasses after each guest, since the rule is that each guest cleans up after themselves AND places the cleaned objects back. So what if the previous guest licks them all? The washing machine looked and smelled like it hadn't been used in months. The coffee machine's water receptacle was dirty. No kitchen towels 6. Cold ceramic floors, no slippers, no rugs. 7. The windows cover and mosquito net didn't work properly in bedroom and bathroom. 8. The couch was broken, but it didn't bother us. 9. The CITY TAX was collected through a link. This could be how they withdraw money if you are penalized.

• Artemis (9/5): Superb - The apartment is located close to metro and supermarkets so access to the city is easy but the area is relatively calm. The apartment is spacious and more than comfortable for two people. Some amenities were lacking (dish soap, extra toiletries) but other than that no complains.

• Olaoluwamide (9/5): A lovely spotless flat that is accurate to the pictures - The property is as described, no funny business there. Very clean, basic amenities included, working appliances and AC in all rooms. I enjoyed the location, corner shops and coffee shops nearby, some restaurants, some bars. The digital key system was easy to use. All in all, a great place. No door to the bedroom
• Veseleila (8/5): Good apartment - The apartment size is great and we appreciated the facilities available :) There is AC and water was available in the fridge as well as coffee capsules. We found one of the cups to be dirty, but it was left next to the clean ones, probably from the previous guests..you have to clean your own dirty dishes. The pillows were too soft for my liking.
