Néanmoins, la conception de l'appartement est bien faite, et on n'a pas de sentiment d'enfermement. Pour un court séjour, c'est parfait. Communication très fluide avec l’hôte. Le canapé du séjour pourrait être plus confortable. Une machine type Nespresso pour le café serait bienvenu.
• MARTA (10/5): Fabuloso - El alojamiento, la atención, la comodidad y la ubicación…. Todo excelente. Céntrico y cómodo para poder ir a todos los puntos principales turísticos andando. Muy cerca de todo y rodeado de tiendas y un ambiente mágico. A pesar del jaleo de la calle, entras al apartamento y hay un silencio absoluto y una tranquilidad pasmosa. Sin duda si volvemos a Roma, será al mismo alojamiento. El dueño, Narcis, un encanto y muy atento en todo momento. Nos ofreció traslado del aeropuerto hasta el apartamento, lo cual se agradece muchísimo y más al ir con niños. Tranquilidad y comodidad absoluta. La cama y el sofá-cama cómodisimos y perfectos para descansar. Wifi gratuito y facilidad absoluta para dejar las maletas hasta que salía nuestro vuelo por la noche. Agradecer también una zona común donde poder acceder a pesar de haber dejado el apartamento por La mañana. Totalmente recomendable en todos los sentidos

• Barbora (10/5): - Perfektní komunikace s hostitelem před příjezdem i při domlouvání se na předání klíčů, byl velmi ochotný a ujišťoval se o našem pohodlí i během pobytu. Příjemným bonusem byla lahev sektu na přivítanou. Místo samotné je na ideálním místě pro výlety na většinu římských památek, na ty NEJ dojdete maximálně za 20 minut krásnými uličkami (Pantheon je hned vedle). Nemáme co vytknout.

• Fernando (10/5): EXCELENTE ESTADÍA DE UN DÍA FRENTE AL PANTEÓN - La ubicación es la mejor de todo Roma: ¡al lado del Panteón! Créanme: hemos ido unas 7 veces a Roma y no hay mejor ubicación que el Panteón (equidistante de todos los puntos de interés). El apartamento es sumamente cómodo: tiene una cama matrimonial muy confortable, sillón, mesa y sillas, una heladera grande, cocina completa con todo. En fin, todo funciona perfectamente (el baño tiene caldereta a gas por lo que el agua caliente no se terminará jamás). Nos recibieron con dos botellas enormes de agua (que se agradecen) y una buena botella de vino (¡y eso que la estadía fue de sólo un día). La anfitriona (Narcis) está en todos los detalles y se contactó inmediatamente que hicimos la reserva para ponerse a disposición. Se contactó del modo en que siempre prefiero que lo hagan: ¡WHATSAPP! Así que ahí la comunicación fluyó a la perfección. No sé qué más puedo decir. El mejor lugar en el mejor lugar. No tengo nada para decir. Poner simplemente que es en el primer piso por escalera, pero eso no complica para nada.

• Francisco (9/5): Thank you for your quick response and your friendly words. - The location is fantastic, you walk outside and the Pantheon is at your side. The beds are good the bathroom is modern and everything is spotless clean. The owners is always responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay again. Actually I did like everything so I have nothing to say. I fell very happy and relaxed at the apartment. It’s a good place for walking around Rome without using public transport. In few minutes I was in Campo del Fiore, Trinita del Monti Piazza Navonna, restaurants are 1 minute away and ice cream shops, supermarkets, taxi stop etc are right there.
• Teresa (10/5): - I live in this house next to the Pantheon with my Family。It's right on the edge of Pantheon and you can see this magnificent building from the door, but the houses are very quiet and the air conditioning is very powerful, which helps us a lot in Rome。The room has everything you need 。The most important thing was the receptionist,I don't remember the name of this handsome young man🌝 who was very attentive and gave us a lot of detailed suggestions. The restaurants he recommended were also very delicious.We were even warned about taxi rip-offs.If you are like me and want to explore Rome, this is a great choice because it is close to everything,And very comfortable indeed👍There are too many delicious food and lively places around😊

Some sound proofing on both sides would enhance further. I'm travelling with young kids and I was very focused on their noise levels because we could actually hear the words being spoken by neighbours.

It was as described, very comfortable and with all the facilities you need, including aircon, a tv with all the streaming apps and good wi-fi. Narcis was very helpful too. Checking in with us on WhatsApp and recommending restaurants. He even met us at the apartment to welcome us, despite us being nearly 5 hours late. He also organised a taxi for us from the airport. Having to leave!

His instructions for our arrival and check-in were clear, he replied very quickly to any question we had and he was very friendly and courteous. The apartment is perfect - well equipped, spotlessly clean, very comfortable (especially to get away form the heat outside!) and the location couldn’t be better. I will definitely book again when back in Rome.
• Sendy (10/5): best location and room size at this price. Awesome wifi. - Super fast wifi, but, you have to sit near to the router. I sit at the corner of the kitchen and speed was less than 500kbps. I move near to the router, speed is at 8-15 mbps The unit is there, no fear. Number 5, green door. Service is very good. Host come to greet us within 1 minute after we said we arrive. We had to pay a 90 Euro city tax, we gave the host 100 Euro and he goes out and get us our change. No BS on not having a change with him or such. You get what is stated in the booking page. Our apartments have bottles of water in the refrigerator when we arrive. It helps after a long flight, you need to rest, you want to feel refreshed, and you don't want to go out to buy water. You can just enjoy cold water. Simple nice touch. Towels are provided. 1 big and 1 small for each guest. Location is super good. Not only it's next door to Pantheon, but it's near 2 supermarkets. And also, from Pantheon, it's a short walk to Trevi fountain, spanish steps. I took a taxi from the apartment to the colloseum and basically walk back to the apartment, visiting various spots as I move. Room size is very big for central Rome. I have looked around and this apartment is the among the best available combination of location, size, and price I have found. You can find bigger, but it will be more expensive or farther from center. I rent 2 units (a 2 bedroom one and 1 bedroom one) so I get to use a foyer all for my group. So extra space and more secure wifi. If you are bringing big family group, this apartment is great for this very reason. The 2 bedroom apartment don't have doors between them. It's pretty clear in the picture. Be aware that the apartment is on the 1st floor, not ground floor. It takes a bit effort to bring your luggage, but after that, it's the best experience to go out and see the Pantheon Bathroom water temperature can be funky. Many water heater do this, the temperature you get is a probability on a range of temperature that will average at the temperature you expected. But this one's extra funky. you can get really hot or cold. Perhaps the gas water heater was trying too much to be energy efficient.
• Salar (9/5): Very highly reccomended!! - The apartment was very easy to locate and very spacious and well organised. There is 2 ac’s and it was very clean with complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine. The bathroom is very clean too and overall the apartment is hugely recommended. I didn’t dislike anything about the property, however if you like sunlight or a nice view of the streets, this apartment does not provide it.

• Franco (10/5): Very enjoyable. It was a holiday weekend so there were lots of people out late! - The host was very attentive and met us with the keys upon our arrival. When we ran out of toilet paper it was replenished within 30 minutes, outside our door so as not to disturb us! We gave the 20 year old and 14 year old the king sized bed, my husband and I the queen and the 24 year old the sofa bed. We were all happy and slept well. The location is key! Walk to so many historical sites, restaurants all around you. We never took a taxi or rented a car. So much to see in this location. I would totally rent here again, and highly recommend it for your needs!

It's an easy 10-12 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and about 30 minutes to the Colosseum. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional host, who proactively reached out via WhatsApp to ensure our comfort and support throughout our Euro trip. We'd definitely stay here again!

He boooked taxi from airport to the place and back to airport! Everything was exellent! • Yin (8/5): Our Stay in Pantheon Rome - Great location, convenient to access tourist attractions, good size unit for 4 people and quiet. We encountered hot water and wifi issues in the beginning of our 4 nights stay but the issues were quickly resolved within 5 minutes after messaging the caretaker. It was really nice to be welcomed with a bottle of wine in the unit. The Curtains are too thin and not room darkening for those light sleepers, as the day gets bright before 6am in the month of May. But is not a deal breaker. This Is a no smoking unit but the entrance to the unit smelled of cigarettes, likely from the previous uncooperative tourists. The unit has no view at all from the windows but is also the main reason why the unit is super quiet despite being in the city centre that heavily drowned by tourists. Overall, is a nice place to stay for us!

• Yavor (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, pristine cleanliness, great host. The pictures from the property are true to reality. The property is 10 seconds from the Pantheon's entrance. Plenty of great restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Superb value for money. The walls are rather thin, which is less than ideal, when somebody around has one too much drinks, but I have been advised that it is the situation in the majority of Rome's properties. Also, our host Narcis intervened swiftly, when called upon, so it didn't ruin our stay.
• Tim (10/5): Exceptional - The room was great - pretty spacious, comfortable beds, super-quiet despite the proximity of the busy piazza. But of course, what makes it is the location. Narcis was very helpful, with restaurant recommendations, arranging our return airport transfer (which was a much smoother and better sightseeing experience than the train we took on arrival) and checking in occasionally that all was ok. I'm struggling to find any negatives. It rained on our first day and my children occasionally bickered, but I'm not sure it's fair to blame that on the apartment!🙂

I was travelling with my parents and i was really nervous but everything was great. The room super spacious, the bathroom extremely comfortable. We had 3 suitcases and the space was even bigger. The room had one great window to open it every morning. Also, it was no noise at all. The host was waiting for us and the room was prepaired fast enough. the location IS THE BEST! Close to everywhere. The day we left, our host was there to say bye and to help us with our transfer. everytime I am back, i will stay there!

• Brendan (10/5): Prime location at Pantheon - Amazing location! To walk out the door every day to Amazing restaurants, shops and the pantheon was a perfect start to our family stay in Rome! Bedding was very comfortable, plenty of space within the apartment, good amenities, good water pressure in the shower as well as a good sized bath tub to soak those sore muscles in after walking around Rome all day! Would also like to note that our host Narcis was extremely helpful, professional and made sure to let us know he was there if we needed any assistance. Highly recommend! There is one flight of stairs (approximately 15 steps) to access the apartment and, unfortunately, no elevator. Which could be a potential issue for people lacking mobility. In saying that, staff were extremely helpful with bringing luggage up the stairs for us even though we could ourselves they kindly insisted to help 😁

The space is big and clean. The bathtub is elevated and there’s no handle to get in and out which makes it pretty hard to get it while trying to not slip and fall.

• Bertha (10/5): Can’t wait to go back - The location of the property is excellent. The apartment is spacious and clean. The host was available at all times and made the stay more pleasant it was a great experience.
• Mara (10/5): An awesome central location and clean great place to stay. Loved it - Amazing location, rooms were comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed. Narcis was a wonderful host. Nothing, everything was great.
• Taichi (10/5): Thank you for a wonderful time!! - It was very clean and spacious. The facilities were also well-equipped, so it was comfortable even for a long stay. The hotel's location is very close to tourist attractions, so it's easy to get around and eat. The staff were especially kind and gentlemanly. They gave us the best time. There was nothing bad about it.

• Vella (10/5): I would recommend this place to any family going to Rome and looking for somewhere central and comfy - The place is fantastic. Incredible location bang in front of The Pantheon, the management is always there to help and checks in to make sure everything is OK and whether we need anything. My son felt unwell on a Saturday night and ruined some of the bed sheets.....a simple message to Narcis (the person that looks after the bookings) and he sent cleaners within the hour (on a Sunday morning) and we came back to find the room spotless. I hope to stay at these apartments every time i travel to Rome. There is nothing not to like. I can't think of anything negative...they made us feel so welcome and made our holiday so much more special
