• Caroline (9/5): - O flat é bem novinho e completo. Localização ótima e o acesso ao prédio foi super tranquilo. Fica no segundo andar e tem microondas, fogão, geladeira, forno, máquina de lavar, lava louça, ferro de passar e secador. Muito confortável. Recomendo a estadia. A lava louça estava com uma água parada lá dentro, e quando abri, estava com mau cheiro horrível (ainda bem que não precisei usar e mantendo ela fechada, não atrapalhou em nada). O principal problema foi um cheiro muito forte de esgoto no fina do dia ( não é problema no apto em si, mas em todo o prédio e região). No final do dia, o banheiro ficou com um cheiro muito forte de esgoto. Mas o cheiro também era perceptível no corredor do prédio e até mesmo na rua. Fora isso, tudo impecável.

• BRUNA (5/5): Estadia ok. Não condizente com o valor cobrado - Localização boa, academia boa, piscina boa Dificuldade de acesso na portaria, demora para liberação. Apartamento não tinha utensílios básicos de cozinha (passador de café, sal, oleo). Ofereciam cama extra mas não tinham roupas de cama.

• Amanda (1/5): SCHEME!!! They stole my money R$ 500 without having me!!! - Nothing!!!!!!!! This is a fraud/scheme. The place doesn’t not exist. I never got into the property. This is a scheme. I never received the keys, I never got check in instructions and when I got to the property I was left in the middle of the street by building administration because I didn’t have the number of the apartment I’d stay. Their phone doesn’t answer, their email never answer. A complete SCHEME, already reported it to the police of the city and state of São Paulo. Reported them and Booking.com to PROCON São Paulo and will sue them as they stole R$ 500 from me and still haven’t answered my refund request. Stay away from this property and from Booking.com!!! SCHEME!!!!!!
• Louisa (8/5): Very good - Lovely apartment in a well connected part of São Paulo. Restaurants and shopping options close by. Concierge staff were always happy to help, as were Conviva staff, who host the apartment. The door staff never get used to you, which can get quite annoying when trying to get into one's own flat at whatever hour at night.
