• Beatrice (9/5): Per me ok - Camera bella, host gentile, veramente vicino a Roma termini stazione… 10 minuti a piedi, oppure volendo si può usare la metro lì vicino. Noi siamo stati una notte e ci siamo stati bene. Il bagno é molto piccolo e stretto, però funziona bene ed é normale che a Roma città la casa non sia così grande da permettere ambienti enormi. Il bagno é veramente stretto, ma se siete “normopeso” tutto ok

• Patrycja (10/5): A fantastic stay with great cleanliness, excellent amenities, and a perfect location close to everything. - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. Everything was perfectly clean, with fresh towels and bed linen provided. It was great to have an iron available, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with coffee and a coffee machine – such a nice touch! The location is very convenient and pleasant. It’s close to Termini station, with easy access to trams and buses, making it simple to get around the city. There is also a supermarket nearby, which was very practical. Plus, there’s an excellent restaurant called Tulipano Nero just around the corner. Overall, a fantastic experience – we would definitely stay here again! There is no such thing.

Un peu loin de la gare de Termini, il faut accepter de marcher ( ou de prendre un taxi)

• Zsófia Rebeka (9/5): Összességében ajánlanánk másoknak is szállást. - A szállás szuper, tiszta és mindennel felszerelt. A mosdó kicsit szűkös, de nekünk ez nem okozott semmilyen problémát. A házigazda nagyon kedves, segítőkész és gyorsan reagál az üzenetekre, a bejutás egyszerű volt. A szomszédok szeretnek hangosan veszekedni, amit a vékony falaknak köszönhetően többször végig hallhattunk. Egyik nap agresszívan, sokáig csengetett a szomszéd úr, egyszer megpróbált benyitni a lakásba. (Szerencsére szuper a zár) A szállásadónak ezt azonnal jeleztük és a tippje az volt, hogy nem csukhattuk be rendesen a lift ajtót - ettől nem lehetett lehívni a földszintre és gyalog kellett feljönnie a szomszédnak.

• Nicola (6/5): Nice apartment near Roma Termini, though the surrounding area is a bit rough - Lovely apartment with high ceilings, lots of natural light, and a spacious, well thought-out layout, separate bathroom, kitchen, lounge/bedroom, plus a master bedroom. Overall it seemed cleaned and fresh and the mattress on the sofabed seemed fairly new and was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of glasses and everything we needed. A couple of guidebooks were a nice touch. The lift was old but quick and reliable. The door locks were solid and it felt very safe once inside. Location is convenient, around 15 minutes’ walk to Termini and about 30 minutes to the Colosseum, making it a great base for exploring Rome. There’s a supermarket nearby and a good fast food market by the station. We arrived late on the first night and ordered Uber Eats, which came very quickly. Host communication was excellent. We made a mistake and didn’t specifically ask for the sofa bed to be made up, but they sorted it promptly. For the price, the location and the lovely, well-appointed and spacious apartment made it a great stay. I’d recommend it, especially if you’re a sound sleeper. There are a few downsides. The immediate area felt a bit rough, with graffiti and some visible homelessness, and we did see someone using hard drugs early one evening. It’s also not particularly well lit, which seems fairly typical for residential streets in Rome. Noise was the biggest issue. The windows aren’t soundproof, so street noise carries easily. On our first night (a saturday) we were woken several times by loud conversations outside, and around 5am a large group had a prolonged argument outside, with shouting, screaming and car doors slamming for about an hour. Inside, the main shower head had very low pressure, so we ended up using the handheld. A towel rack would also have been useful. The bedding also needed attention. The sheets and pillowcases were clean and fresh, but the pillows were lumpy and a few smelled quite worn. The duvet, a padded eiderdown without a cover, was noticeably smelly and didn’t feel fresh. It would benefit from a proper wash or being replaced with one that has a removable cover. In warmer months it might not matter as much, but in March we needed to use it. Overall, I’d recommend this as a good base for the right people. We feel it was good value for the price. Some may not feel entirely comfortable walking around the area at night, and earplugs would be helpful if you’re a light sleeper. If this apartment were in a quieter, nicer area, it would easily be a 9/10 or 10/10 with fresher bedding.

• Nicole (8/5): Tolle Unterkunft für eine Städtetour - Gute und einfache Kommunikation. Bei Problemen und Schwierigkeiten ist der Vermieter hilfsbereit und bemüht. Unkomplizierter Check-in, wir konnten vorab schon unser Gepäck in das Appartement stellen. Die kleine Küche verfügt über alles, was man benötigt um sich selbst zu versorgen. Kaffee Kapseln, Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig stehen zu Verfügung, ebenso Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung, Kaffee, Restaurant, Supermärkte sind zu Fuß zu erreichbar. Tatsächlich ist das Bad sehr eng (Durchgang zur Toilette und vor dem Waschbecken sehr schmal). Schlafen mit offenem Fenster ist nicht möglich, da es auch nachts sehr laut ist (Großstadt).

• Guala (10/5): Excelente ubicación, instalaciones y atención! - El depto amplio, estilo antiguo remodelado a nuevo, y muy bien equipado, la limpieza, la atención (Maurizio), la ubicación estratégica, el wifi, la tranquilidad del edificio. Muy recomendable! Nada. La zona de Términi no es de lo mejor de Roma, pero no es peligrosa, anduvimos de noche sin problemas, estacionamos afuera nuestro vehículo, todo ok.

• Matteo (9/5): - A 10 minuti dalla stazione Termni o dalla zona con metro e fermata autobus di P.za Vittorio Emanuele, la zona è in generale tranquilla. L'appartamento è funzionale e comodo sia in due che quattro persone, essendo che la camera da letto e il soggiorno, con il divano letto, sono due stanze distinte. La cucina è assestante e ha dimensioni normali per un appartamento di questo tipo e il tavolo nel soggiorno sopperisce alla sua assenza in essa. Il bagno è curato, finestrato e provvisto di ogni necessità. In generale sono presenti elettrodomestici sia nella cucina (frigo acceso e pulito, macchinetta del caffè, bollitore, microonde), che nel bagno (phon professionale con diffusore) e ferro da stiro con asse in caso di necessità, oltre che i condizionatori sotto le finestre. Televisione in entrambe le stanze (camera e soggiorno). WiFi presente è necessario per la connessione ad internet, comprensibile per lo stabile antico. Il rumore proviene unicamente dalla strada, ma è nella normalità di chi alloggia in grandi città e le finestre sono performanti nel riverbero. Il proprietario è disponibile e cordiale per messaggio e dettagliato nella spiegazione dell'accesso (pdf. esplicativo inviato e gradito per l'arrivo). Vi è l'ascensore nelle scale del palazzo. Il quartiere la notte, per la sua posizione vicino alla stazione, è tranquillo ma non sicuro da girarci soli a mio avviso. Il bagno è stretto.

• Stimbiriene (8/5): Great place to stay. - The location was spot on - metro, train and bus station. Clear instructions how to find the apartment, very good and polite communication with a host. You will find all the basic stuff you might need for your stay (be aware there is no over if you like home cooked food). Cleanliness could be better, and some maintenance issues need to be looked at. Very noisy neighbours - we had to swap rooms (bedroom-living room) from time to time depending on which ones were louder that night.

• Louise (8/5): Wonderful base for attractions in Rome and beyond. - Apartment was modern and the host was easily reachable via Whatsapp. We did not need to use many of the facilities so cannot comment on the the kitchen provisions. The bed was really comfortable, the sofa not so much but this really wasn't a major issue as we had so much to do outside of the apartment, we were hardly there. The area looks rough but so does pretty much all of Rome, we had no issues. We ate at a fantastic little restaurant called Manzoni which was just out of the front door, turn left and across the main road. The owner was so friendly and hospitable, we ended up eating there every night! We were very happy with the apartment. The bathroom was a little tight/narrow around the sink which you need to pass to get to the loo, if you are of a very large build, this could be a problem. I would recommend this apartment as a great base if you are going to be out and about alot. Recommendation would just be some information or local maps pointing out bus stops and metro etc and their routes. If you're a pro with google maps then its probably OK.

Maurizio is a very kind and helpful host ☺️ We received a good tips about places to eat and how to visit Colosseum without long queues (choose another entrance). There were a lot of kitchen amenities and we cooked perfect dinners. The neighbourhood is rundown, but it’s not bothered us.

• Roisin (8/5): Comfortable, spotless,easy check in/out - All instructions were really clear. Maurizio was in regular contact and always avail to answer questions. Lovely comfortable apartment. Check the shelf over the cooker as it has lots of teas, coffees and other provisions before you take a trip to the supermarket. Top tip: great supermarket at the back of Termini station ( tigre) for all the basics, only 8 min walk or so. Netflix avail on the telly too. Maurizio very kindly booked a taxi for us to airport as well had to leave at 3am - excellent service. Couldn't figure out how to work the hob! Apartment is a bit off the beaten track. Neighbours could be heard through the walls at night so not ideal for the light sleeper.

• Graham (9/5): Close to Termini and convenient for nearby restaurants - Very close to a selection of good restaurants and within a short tram ride from Termini station. The Foro Romano is within walking distance also. We had thought we were booking a two bedroom apartment but in fact the second bed was a fold down. We had not said that we were not a married couple and required two rooms. The second bed was made up on the second day.
