No me gustó que antes de la reserva no informaran que estaban haciendo trabajos en el edificio, pero estos afectaban e incomodaban la estadía, se sentía olor a pintura, polvo y lo que me gustó para decidirme a reservar, el balcón, no se podía usar y debíamos estar encerrados.

• Adrienn (8/5): Kellemes volt - Tágas kellemes környezet, kedves és segítőkész dolgozókkal. Építkezés folyik a lakás körül így az ablakon át láttuk hogy dolgoznak, a kiépített folyosókon az ablakban sétáltak és dolgoztak, ez nagyon zavaró volt

The location is excellent and close to all major roads, with everything we need nearby. The price is very reasonable. The host is responsive, attentive, and supportive. We were very happy with our stay and highly recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

• Peter (7/5): Eine zentral gelegene Unterkunft, die aber etwas mehr Sauberkeit und gute Möbel vertragen könnte - Die Lage war sehr gut und es war ruhig. Auch die Küche ist schön. Die Möbel sind schon teilweise abgewohnt. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Unter dem Wohnzimmertisch lag enorm viel Staub und die Balkonfenster sind komplett verschmiert.

• Parvina (7/5): Overall, the apartment is okay for a short stay thanks to the location and space, but there is room for improvement. - The location is excellent — right in the city center with a metro station nearby, which makes getting around very convenient. The apartment itself is quite large and spacious, and it has all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. However, some pieces of furniture are visibly worn and could use an update. The cleaning was also not ideal, as certain areas did not feel thoroughly cleaned.
• Kamila (9/5): Uważam że pobyt był udany, pokój jak najbardziej spełnił nasze oczekiwania. - Obiekt bardzo przestronny, znakomicie wyposażony, czysty, lokalizacja też bardzo dobra pozwalała na codzienne zwiedzanie. Niestety podczas naszego pobytu odbywał się remont budynku, cały taras był obstawiony rusztowaniem, wszędzie pył i hałas od 7 rano, jednak po rozmowie z obsługą apartamentu, na następny dzień prace głośniejsze zaczęły się później.

• Angel Souza (10/5): Excelente Apartamento - Excelente apartamento. Limpio, espacioso, luminoso, excelente ubicación (cerca del metro Urgell), muy silencioso (me encantó eso) y buenas instalaciones. El hecho de no tener una chave física en el apartamento. Lo veo muy molesto tener que usar el móvil para entrar en el apartamento mismo después del auto check in. En mi caso eso fue arreglado por Lara que fue muy amable y me conseguio una llave física.

Only a few little things. Safe didn't work and slider didn't lock. Other than that it was perfect for us. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much.
• Karla (9/5): - El piso está muy bien cuidado, lo encontramos muy limpio. Las camas son cómodas y hay 2 baños. Lastimosamente sólo estuvimos una noche pero sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí. Está en una ubicación buena ya que caminando se llega en 15 minutos a la plaza Catalunya y hay buen servicio de transporte público también. Todo me pareció bien

Trevligt att det fanns en flaska vatten när vi checkade in Det var nåt konstigt med sängen, kändes uppvärmt madrass , saknar lite hyllor i sovrummet om man stannar längre. Lite krångligt med nyckel ifall slut på batteri på mobilen.

When arrive, late and in the dark, it's a bit difficult to find the apartment entrance. It would be helpful if the owners indicated that the door is exactly opposite the restaurant across the street.

• Hernández (7/5): - El sitio me ha gustado, por los paisajes y la tranquilidad. Solo que es mucho mejor para quien va en coche, en mí caso no fue así, y me costó desplazarme a mercados, e incluso para la playa, pensaba que era más cerca. Es todo loma para ir andando.

L'appartamento era al 5° piano, include due piccole camere da letto e due bagni, una cucina e un salotto con balcone. La pulizia non era delle migliori, abbiamo trovato capelli sul lavandino del bagno. Ogni tanto trovavo insetti all'interno della doccia, che purtroppo si poteva chiudere solo con una tenda di plastica. Il letto era scomodo. Sono venuti a fare una pulizia ma hanno cambiato solo gli asciugamani e fare il letto ma non hanno pulito neanche il bagno.

• Ahmad (10/5): Excellent Service and Professional Management - Although I didn’t end up staying at TSA Sepulveda and was reallocated to another apartment managed by the same company, I had a truly wonderful experience. The team was incredibly responsive, attentive, and always willing to accommodate requests. They went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of, leaving a lasting impression. Thanks to their excellent service, I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely be booking with them again on future visits to Barcelona.
• Robin (10/5): - The room was very large. It was great to have 2 bathrooms, a washing machine, kitchen and air conditioner. It was also a secure apartment in a location convenient to activities, restaurants and transportation. The bed was quite hard for my back.
• Gabriel Simion (6/5): Too expensive for what we got overall - I receieved morexthan 50 e-mails regarding the check-in and when I finally did it they said I did in an old system because they are changing the system. At the end they transfered it into the new system. Alsi the allwed me to stay one more hour 12.00 instrad of 11.00 but the cleaning team arrived at 10.56 and we needed to leave the room. Overall not a goid experience we will not be back.

• Jim (8/5): Awesome - once you're in - I like that the "keys" are digital. Everything was clean and operated perfectly (elevator, etc...) The apartment was in great shape and matched the online photos We loved the neighborhood, the other building neighbors The nail salon across the street - exceptional The restaurant across the street - excellent Need more than one dish towel The instructions to get and use the digital keys are provided in English but not written in good English. For example, you have to click on a link in the email you get from them on the day of arrival but the English was not good. A couple of steps were missing "the code to the outside door is - ".... and it was blank, so it states there should be a code but there is no code,... You click the link and have to download an app you don't know anything about, import the link to get the digital keys. The key titles were not worded well - meaning there is one to get into the building, there are actually two building access doors and you use the same key twice. There is a separate digital key for the apartment door. pictures of the process would be most helpful, the steps to use the digital keys are written from the point of view of someone who is familiar with the process and not from a "never used visitor point of view". When I called the phone number to get help the person was rude and even ended the call with "do not call here again.....". So we stumbled through by actually watching a few people come and go and then trial and error. Once you see it work - it works. CAUTION: The reservation shows check out time is 11am. My party was a little miffed when I said to take everything with us to breakfast across the street at 9am. A gut feeling I had about not getting back in the building was correct, ... we tried to get back in to use the restroom before our ride and the digital access was cut off immediately when we left the building even though it was a few hours before checkout time. So, on the day of departure - take everything with you regardless of the checkout time. Turns out it was actually cut off at 2am - thank goodness we are not party animals.

If you’re visiting Barcelona for the first time, PLEASE do not book this apartment. The entire experience was stressful and disappointing from start to finish. The listing is misleading – they claim you need to pick up the key at a different location, but there is no physical key at all. Instead, they send you a complicated link to open the door, which is extremely time-consuming and unreliable, especially after a long journey. Worse still, the apartment is located on a very unsafe street. While we were struggling to figure out the key situation, our backpack was stolen right in front of our eyes. This area is full of thieves and pickpockets – not a safe or welcoming place for tourists, especially families or couples. The apartment itself is not worth the hassle or the risk. It may look like a cheap option, but trust me, the safety and frustration costs far outweigh the savings. I strongly recommend booking a proper hotel with reliable service and security, especially if you’re new to the city. To make matters worse, the customer service was rude, unhelpful, and completely inflexible. It felt like they didn’t care at all about our situation, and as foreigners, we were treated with very little empathy or support. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. There are far better, safer, and more professional accommodations in Barcelona. 1. When we raise the question to staff, didn’t even acknowledge it properly. We had to request information from a complete stranger who stayed in the apartment to get help. The phone number was not usable for international sim. !!! We have wasted more time just to locate the place!! 2. Not recommend to people who are not good with technology. There is NO KEY to the property. You simply get a link to open doors!!!!! And you don’t get the link until 3PM!! 3. Location of the property is very unsafe. It’s full with thieves!!! We lost a bag pack in board day light! 4. They don’t have / offer a hot kettle to boil some water for tea. Terrible Experience – Not Recommended for First-Time Visitors! • Cris (6/5): Nice location - The location for us was great. The kitchen is well equipped with quality items. There is a small supermarket just across the road which was handy The key access was not a good experience for us. They send you the link for a specific app. It did not work properly for us and it took almost an hour to gain access. The code ran out a day before we left so had to get new links. The view from apartment 5 is not the best. The shower curtain didn’t fit so the floor got very wet. The bed is a bit hard.
• Omer (8/5): Very good - Comfortable flat, very well equipped kitchen and great 2 bathrooms. Nice balcony. Great light blocking in the bedrooms and comfortable beds. I would have appreciated to receive an explanation in advance about the keys to the building door and apartment door (card) so I won’t have to figure out by myself how to use. The extra towels which were in the closet in one of the rooms had very bad smell. There’s no table in front of the sofa in the living room and the TV is quite old. Other than that everything was great:

• Divjyot (8/5): The apartment met our expectations. It was an enjoyable stay, - The rooms are spacious and comfortable with attached bathrooms. The kitchen is huge with most of the facilities and utensils. The luggage storage is 15 mins by public transport. The backend staff didn’t mention this in the first place. We first went to the apartment and then were asked to go to that place to keep our luggage. The apartment had no Smart TV and no dishwasher.
• Georgia (9/5): I would choose this apartment again ! - The apartment is in a perfect location! Just a 10 mins walk away from La Rambla. Alternatively, Metro station “Urgell” very near to the apartment. Easily accessible from the airport. Many 24hour super markets in the neighbourhood so you can find everything you need. I was a little bit worried about opening the door through an app, but it worked out. In any case there was a good communication with the host via Whatsapp where instructions were sent to me. Perfect mattress and pillows, very important !!! Furniture is same as appearing in Booking photos but not in that exact same condition - it is just a little bit worn but NOTHING to worry about.

Was a little bit worried about opening the door through the link but it worked out great, we had no problems and we didn’t have to carry a key which was definitely a plus. • Lu (8/5): Apart from the 1 drama we had a lovely holiday in Barcelona. - Spacious and had everything we needed. Access to the apartment being linked to an app on you phone. Whilst we were out there was a power cut so we were unable to get back in. It took a while for us to get through to someone to help which was very nerving for 3 females. Once we did get help we managed to get a spare key to access the apartment during our stay.
• Ziv (1/5): We’re unable to access the apartment, we’re extremely disappointed. - Access to the apartment was provided via a url which made us feel unsafe and also flat out didn’t work when we returned to the apartment at night! We were stuck outside for over 3 hours with no phone battery and no way to get our things. Had to completely cancel our evening plans and had to pay for taxis to a different location and back in order to beg the owners to help us! This is a massive disappointment and is unacceptable. We believe a compensation is due. Also - the apartment lacked many of the furniture presented in the booking pictures.
