• Lida (10/5): A stylish and comfortable stay in the heart of Tbilisi with a warm atmosphere and great host. - The stay was very enjoyable overall. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with high ceilings, large windows, and a cozy atmosphere that made the place feel special and authentic. The location was convenient for exploring Tbilisi, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The property had a warm aesthetic and felt much more unique than a standard hotel. Everything was comfortable and matched the expectations well.
• Martin (10/5): Pièce magnifique d’un charme ancien absolu. - La pièce a conservé ses elements historiques: parquet et fenêtres en bois, mur de brique, ancien poêle en faïence, etc Matelas un peu ancien. J’aurais fais bon usage d’une bouilloire et d’une tasse à thé. La rue est bruyante, mais je reconnais qu’on n’y peut rien.

• Evgeniya (3/5): Die Realität sieht GANZ ANDERS aus, als auf den Fotos!!! - Das Zimmer an sich hatte einen interessanten Flair und die Lage war okay. Vieles war nicht in Ordnung. Der Aufenthaltsraum war dreckig, die Schränke hatten keine Griffe und in drinnen war Müll. Die Flächen in dem Aufenthaltsraum waren dreckig. Der ganze Weg zum Zimmer war schockierend heruntergekommen. Zimmer: Der Balkon hatte sehr heruntergekommene Möbel, das Schlafsofa war alt und dreckig. Zudem haben wir das falsche Zimmer bekommen. Anfangs waren nicht genug Decken da und es war kalt. Wir mussten darum bitten uns Decken zu bringen. Dusche: Hatte kein heißes Wasser, nur lauwarmes zum Duschen. Ein Duschvorhang war nicht vorhanden. Die Türklinke zum Badezimmer war abgebrochen. Die Sauberkeit war okay. Wir waren drei Frauen und wir haben uns absolut unwohl gefühlt, auch wenn der Gastgeber zuvorkommend war. Was noch zu bemängeln ist, ist die Lautstärke. Man hat einfach alles gehört, was draußen passiert ist, weil die Fenster so alt sind. Ich empfehle es NICHT weiter. Ich bin einfach schockiert, von dem was ich alles gesehen habe! Leider habe ich nicht genug Bilder gemacht, das hätte aber den Rahmen gesprengt. Zudem ist es absolut nicht nachvollziehbar, wie es solch gute Bewertungen bekommen hat.

• Matinyan (4/5): Несмотря на то, что при бронировании мы выбрали конкретную комнату, которая нам понравилась (в том числе из-за наличия б - В целом объект размещения оставил нейтральное впечатление, однако были моменты, которые значительно повлияли на комфорт проживания. В номере было холодно, мы обратились с просьбой предоставить дополнительное одеяло нам пообещали, но, к сожалению, его так и не принесли, несмотря на повторное обращение. Также перед выездом неожиданно рано отключили горячую воду и отопление, что создало дополнительные неудобства. Хотелось бы более внимательного отношения к гостям и выполнения обещанных просьб, так как именно такие детали формируют общее впечатление от проживания.

• nana atchaidze (10/5): Super :) Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen 👌 - Das Apartment war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Es gab alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht – einen kleinen Kühlschrank, Handtücher, Shampoo, Seife und einen Haartrockner. Außerdem stand eine gemeinschaftlich genutzte Küche mit sämtlicher notwendiger Ausstattung zur Verfügung. Der Eingang war sehr sicher, da die Haustür des Gebäudes immer geschlossen war und nur Personen mit den entsprechenden Informationen Zutritt hatten. Die Lage ist ideal – im Herzen der Stadt, nur 2 Minuten von der Bushaltestelle und 5 Minuten von der U-Bahn entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich viele Cafés, Geschäfte und Apotheke. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

• Mariya (1/5): - В последний момент бронирование отменили, сообщив, что произошла ошибка и Букинг позволил мне совершить бронирование на одну ночь, хотя их политика — сдавать только на две. Чтобы получить эту информацию, мне самой пришлось несколько часов дозваниваться до администратора.

• Atlı (2/5): - The landlord didn't care at all. We arrived early, only to leave our luggage, but he wouldn't let us and said he wasn't in Tbilisi. We ran into the landlord at that hour, and he lied to us. We told him we'd check in at 3:00 PM, but the house wasn't ready, and he made us wait again. One of the beds was broken, and the bed base's iron bars were sinking, which was very uncomfortable. There was no trash can. The water went out in the evening, and it didn't come until 1:30 AM. We asked the landlord to bring water, but he didn't, saying he was out of town. He also didn't inform us of the water outage because we arrived late, so the markets were closed, and we couldn't find any water. He said there was plumbing work going on, but we didn't see any. For some reason, the water came right when the landlord arrived. There was probably no problem with the plumbing, so the landlord turned off the valve and told us there was no water. We left the house and never came home. We left our luggage at the property until 3:00 PM. When I came to pick up the luggage, I looked at the room and it was just as we left it. The landlord never came. He was a very irresponsible and liar. I would never recommend it.

• Kseniya (10/5): Best value - Amazing room, right in the center, such beautiful old architecture, 4,5m, ceilings don’t think you could find a better value/deal. I was really surprised to find it right in the center. We loved everything, the vibe, the architecture, kindness of the owner and him always being accessible. Metro station, shops, countless restaurants everything is in a 1-2 min walk distance. What a beautiful neighborhood
