• Cecilia Mariel (5/5): The overall experience could be improved - The location of the apartment is good and convenient, especially for getting around the city center. However, the overall experience had several aspects that could be improved. The apartment is located on the first floor and has little natural light and ventilation. Upon arrival, we could feel the humidity and the lack of prior ventilation. Although the living-dining area and the bathroom were in good condition and appeared to have been recently renovated, basic items such as hand soap in the bathroom were missing. In addition, the bedrooms had walls damaged by humidity, and some furniture was barely attached to the walls, which gave a sense of poor maintenance. Furthermore, some of the beds and towels were not completely clean or had visible stains. Regarding communication, the host did not send the necessary check-in information until after the scheduled check-in time, and we had to request it ourselves because we had not received anything beforehand. From that moment on, communication was quick, but the overall interaction still left something to be desired.

• Simon (7/5): Prijs kwaliteit goed met een fantastische locatie - De locatie en de 3 slaapkamers, net als de aantrekkelijke prijs Zorg zeker dat je de aankomst instructies een dag voordien ontvangen hebt en ook op voorhand de uitnodigingscodes voor het smart slot van Nuki, zo kan je met je horloge en telefoon de deur opendoen. Het appartement was ook niet goed schoongemaakt en er is geen koffiemachine, enkel een bialetti. Er zijn wel voldoende koffiebara op een paar minuten lopen indien je toch koffie wilt ‘s morgens.
• Anne-So (8/5): Belle découverte de Cadiz - Le propriétaire s'est adapté à notre demande d'arriver un peu plus tot, ce qui nous a permis de déposer nos bagages et de visiter la ville en toute tranquillité. L'appartement est très central, proche de la plage et du centre, conforme aux photos sur le site. Nous sommes arrivés en début de saison touristique, l'appartement sentait un peu le renfermé; il manque un peu de ventilation.
• Esteban (10/5): - Se encuentra en un sitio privilegiado a pocos metros del mercado de abasto muy céntrico, es una planta baja lo cual es accesible cómodamente, decoración moderna y con todo lo necesario para que tu estancia sea cómoda. Tiene un parking a pocos pasos del alojamiento.
• Jennifer (5/5): - Trato amable por parte del personal y ubicación excelente. El apartamento es bonito, bien decorado y equipado. Tiene mucha humedad y el olor era fuerte a humedad, además la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear.

• LEON JURADO (8/5): - Apartamento moderno y cómodo, techos altos y baño con buen tamaño. Parking de pago al lado. En el centro de Cádiz. Cerca de la Caleta. No puedes aparcar cerca a menos que pagues en el parking de pago.

• Ana Belen (6/5): Mejorable - La ubicación, cerca de la Catedral En 2 de los 3 dormitorios solo caben las camas y estan pegadas a la pared (cabecera y un larguero). Encontramos cucarachas, que pudieron entrar de la calle, pero también habia pulgas, nos llevamos picaduras de recuerdo

We paid a lot of money for a damp, dark apartment. - The location was central and there were three bedrooms There was a lot of damp - the paint was peeling off the walls, it smelt damp and the bathroom had no ventilation so it didn't smell good, and the towels didn't dry. I asked the host to if we could have a floor bed as I co sleep with my toddler, but when we arrived it was apparent that it hadn't been catered for.
• Silvia (10/5): The place did not disappoint. - The place was perfect. It was clean. Nicely furnished. Comfortable. We were a family of 4. 2 adults 🧳 with two adult boys the layout of the bedrooms provided good separation. Can recommend.
