• Cindy (10/5): - Room is much bigger than what it looks like in the picture. Owners upstairs are great.Nice apartment with pleanty of cooking supplies. Lock on the back gate is an inconvience. Owner using the apartment. Didnt mind them doing there laundry but felt uncomfortable when he was sitting doing his work in the kitchen that i thought was for the renters.

• Ryan (9/5): Very attentive family hosting one of the best BNBs in Edmonton - A very pleasant visit. Best BNB in Edmonton I've visited. The owners live in a separate part of the house and are very attentive. Banana bread was even provided at one point 😀. Laundry is included. Very walkable to grocery store and restaurants - 14 min or so to Sobey's, haircuts etc. There was regular cleaning. Lots of space in the living room and kitchen area. Very nice workable kitchen for cooking your own meals. The Hermitage Trail nearby offers a quiet and scenic nature route. The room is in the basement and has a window that opens. Owners didn't give any fuss about keeping the window open. There are heaters provided as well. TV in the room and in the living room. Overall, a very hospitable family giving a clean and honest, nice bed and breakfast. Would recommend highly. The air fresheners used in the basement were a little irritating to me. At one point the owners had to drill the handle off one door because they didn't have a replacement key on hand.

• Paul (10/5): I felt right at home in this friendly space. - Very clean and friendly. I felt great staying there, and it was easy to contact the host with questions and special requests. I had full access to the whole basement suite, so I could use the kitchen. There was even an exercise bike and a bathtub. I also liked having the couch and desk space in the common area. The kids upstairs are cute, but they do shout and stomp quite a bit, as late as close to 11pm. If you want to sleep early and you're a light sleeper, this could be an issue.

• Ovidiu (10/5): Hidden gem - beautiful room for an affordable price - The room is in the basement, side entrance. It has a huge living room with a full equipped kitchen and big fridge. There is a large TV in the living room and another TV in the room, both of them with free Netflix. Everything is super clean and it smells good. I had a very good time there and I will definitely come back. Emmanuel was making sure that I don't miss anything, he is such a polite guy. - That I have to get back home and my house is not as nice :)
