• Adrian (10/5): An exceptional apartment - It is an exceptional apartment, the best I have ever been, great location, new furniture, large rooms, 2 toilets, big and equiped kitchen, 4 balconies, digital entrance, etc. Just a few things that can be improved, but nothing urgent or a resaon to not choosing the apartment, that is great overall (low water pressure, very noisy washing machine and dryer, some lights are not working, cusions too high, in the bathroom the sanitary ware is all with corners - it's painful when you accidentally bump into any of them, there is a cargo unloading area nearby and it is a bit noisy in the morning - a solution would be some better insulated thermal windows, a balcony door cannot be fully closed so the air current is entering and the noise too)

• Kathryn (1/5): Left to sleep on streets first night of stay then unable to leave building... no help from owner. - Nothing. we liked about this...We chose this property because of its location...but it might as well have been in Timbucktu as we were unable to come and go to enjoy our holiday. We only got instructions for an 'ekey' by text when we stepped off the plane at 8 p.m. even though we had prearranged a late 9.p.m. check in, there was no answer to our many telephone calls trying to get help when the door wouldn't open...so we were left to sleep on the street...we were locked out until 6.30 a.m. when another apartment owner exited and allowed us into the building. ..we then used a code to gain entry to the apartment. Next day we called to ask for assistance 5 times between 10.30 a.m.and 10.30 p.m. and left messages on the answerphone...and two text messages with more detail... all we got in reply was " you were given an ekey"...and a link which did not work ( I had Vodaphone internet on my phone and my husband Tesco mobile and had no issues with reception or calls during this time so this was not the issue). We spoke to Jose the maintenance man who told us the entrance door lock had been changed the day before we arrived as previously it was left unlocked ( he told us that he knew nothing about the ekey). and said he was not authorized to give out keys...nor could he allow us entry. As a result we were unable to leave the apartment at the same time for fear of being locked out of the building....so could only go out one at a time to get bottled water, groceries erc...which ruined our romantic get away....meant..to celebrate both our birthdays...no walks along the beach hand in hand to see the sunsets, no romantic meals out, no sightseeing.....we wished we had never booked here. Then to top it all off...the owner sent a message after we flew back to UK saying that they had tried to phone but my phone didnt work...(it was only turned off for the flightt) that after our departure...the key wasn't in the apartment and asking if we had taken it ? Paying for this nightmare stay. Being left to sleep on streets.. being unable to come and go from apartment so having to stay indoors...but most of all believing the marketing hype of the owners being just a phone call away...To add a response to the owners reply...The so called ekey to the outer door to the apartment block was NOT mentioned before I booked, self check in is one thing (keys to the same block are available to other apartments we have stayed in on other occasions ...and are usually to pick up from a designated location) as I said we were only informed of the so called 'Ekey' by text when our flight landed and this 'link' did not work. I would like to point out that it was not a case of 'we couldnt work the ekey'...OR ' We didnt have internet access' as others have also had issues at around the same time (see other reviews). Our being unable to access the apartment the first night was disappointing but to make matters worse the next day when we called and it was still an issue that could have been dealt with... we received no help from you. Had we been able to communicate it might have been resolved... we called several times and left messages, we didnt want to clog up your answerphone with the same message over and over with no reply... so we sent text messages and the only reply we got during our 4 night stay was " you have an ekey" and a link we we repeat did NOT WORK...and this is the reason why we couldnt leave the apartment together (as one of us had to stay in to open the outer door). This totally ruined our stay. Your attitude is not one that I find appropriate to good hosting...this is why I left a 1 score review.

• Vita (6/5): Regular - Ubicación estupenda No hemos podido acceder al piso porque acceso del portal estuvo averiado y enlace de desbloqueo no funcionaba y la persona responsable de la reserva no pudo ayudarnos y recomendó o esperar algún vecino que entra a las 22:00 a portal o Cancalar la reserva para que booking nos reubique. Hemos tenido que esperar casi una hora con maletas fuera del portal para que entra una vecina muy amable y nos facilita acceso hasta el piso . Esta mujer nos comentó que acceso está averiado desde hace meses para que los huéspedes del piso vacacional no moleste a los residentes del edificio cuando pierde la llave del portal. El piso era muy bueno, pero la entrada fatal.
• Iulian Ionut (9/5): Exceptional - The apartment was clean, beautiful, and spacious. We didn't have any issues with the apartment. Everything was great. Close to the sea. We had some issues with the main gate, but they were solved the next day with help from the owner. The link that we got with the open button for the main gate wasn't working. We pressed open, but it didn't open the main gate.

Good facilities in the apartment - Location and interior layout Outside entry key wasn’t inside the apartment, had to wait for other residents to open the outside door to get inside the building WiFi code wasn’t provided , supposed to be written on the router box but not found At the end of the stay rubbish bags had to be thrown away but we couldn’t find where the collection bins where located so had to take the rubbish on the collection points in the street Very noisy road

• Dominik (10/5): Great! - Big space, two shower, in the end was like 8 beds available. We had some problem with entering as the door have no number on it and after showers the water stays in bath for quite long time.
