Non potevamo trovare di meglio !! grazie L unica cosa che puó risultare fastidiosa per alcuni: la finestra accanto al letto che non avendo il vetro si chiude con una tenda veneziana e se hai dei vicini rumorosi si sente tutto

• Giuseppe (10/5): - Innanzitutto la signora Rosaria è molto cordiale e gentile. Se hai bisogno di qualcosa lei c'è sempre. L'appartamento è pulitissimo, arredato bene con mobili nuovi. Doccia favolosa di ottime dimensioni con getto potente e acqua calda sempre disponibile. Materasso confortevole, perfetto almeno per noi. L'appartamento è situato nel centro storico vicino a Spaccanapoli, la via dei presepi e Napoli sotterranea. Nel complesso risulta silenzioso, ben illuminato e dotato di tutti gli accessori compresa la macchinetta del caffè con relative cialde. Bottiglia di acqua in frigo, merendine, Nutelline e biscotti. Insomma non manca nulla. Per noi coppia non più giovane le rampe di scale da fare a fine giornata. D'altronde l'immobile è situato in centro storico ed essendo, per l'appunto, un immobile anche esso storico non ha l'ascensore. Per quanto concerne l'appartamento l'unica nota dolente, secondo noi, risulta essere la finestrella presente in verticale che non ha le due ante che si chiudono ma una fattura tipo tenda alla veneziana. E' dotata di due rotelline che servono per aprire e chiudere affinché possano entrare aria e luce. Unico particolare per così dire negativo di tutto l'appartamento, comunque nel complesso la location è ottima.

Appartamento situato in zona centrale comodo per raggiungere le vie principali da visitare Non per ultimo la signora Rosaria molto disponibile e cordiale . Da ritornare sicuramente

• Jolanta (10/5): Wspaniały - Świetna lokalizacja – blisko wszystkich najważniejszych miejsc, dzięki czemu łatwo można zwiedzić okolicę bez zbędnego przemieszczania się. W obiekcie było bardzo czysto, a na miejscu dostępne było wszystko, czego potrzeba: woda, kawa i inne udogodnienia. Właścicielka przemiła, kontaktowa i bardzo pomocna – poleciła nam, co warto zobaczyć i gdzie dobrze zjeść. Idealne miejsce na pobyt, zdecydowanie polecam! Brak okna w pokoju ale bez tego i tak było super!

• Anne-Marie (9/5): Au coeur de Naples - L'emplacement est idéal, au coeur du centre historique, c'est le top pour découvrir la vie napolitaine ! Le logement est fonctionnel, propre. Il est au 2eme étage, sans ascenseur. Même après une bonne journée de marche, les escaliers se montent facilement. Rosaria est une hôte accueillante et qui reste disponible tout au long du séjour. La possibilité de laisser les bagages le jour du départ est un plus non négligeable. Attention pour les personnes claustrophobes, il n'y a pas de fenêtre. Personnellement, ça ne nous a pas dérangé.

Zona més centrica imposible, perfectement net i cuidat, tots els detalls posibles (sabó, básics per cuinar, higiene,…), amabilitat impecable d ela propietaria que ens va ajudar moltissim,… Perfecte!!!! No hi ha res negatiu, per primera vegada. L’unic, potser, és que no hi havia ascensor però és una finca com totes les de Nàpols.

• Robert (10/5): - Very good location, jjust in the middle of Centrio Historico, 8 min walk from metro, plenty of restaurants and bars in 10-300 meters, supermarket in 5 min walk. Easy access to tourist attractions. Apartment is equipped with everything you need for such stay. It looks even better in reality than on photos. It's very clean, even persons with allergy will not feel the dust. Rosalia, the owner is fantastic. We arrived at midnight and there was no problem with such late arrival. She is very nice and helpful. Still in contact, she were asking all the time if we were OK and if we need anything else. No problem with leaving our luggage for few hours on the last day.

La location è veramente centrale, comoda per raggiungere tutti i principali punti turistici, piena di vita, di locali e negozi. E di notte è invece magicamente silenziosa. La gentilezza e la disponibilità della signora Rosaria fanno poi il resto... L'unico punto debole è che la stanza non ha affacci luminosi e ariosi, ma con il condizionatore si sta più che bene...

• christophe (9/5): - Séjour agréable dans cet appartement, très bien situé pour visiter Naples , Merci a Rosaria pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Tout est à disposition (serviettes de bains, dosettes de café , gateaux....) .
• Adam (10/5): - Znakomity apartament, w którym gospodarze zadbali o potrzeby podróżnych. Doskonała lokalizacja. Fantastycznie urządzony i bardzo czysty apartament. Posiada dokładnie wszystko, czego potrzebuje para podczas wyjazdu. Bardzo wygodne łózko. Klimatyzacja. Doskonale wyposażony aneks kuchenny (sztućce, garnki, ekspres kapsułkowy do kawy, lodówka itd.). Łazienka dobrze przemyślana i również posiadała wszystko co trzeba. Sami gospodarze również bardzo sympatyczni i zawsze pomocni. Jeśli kiedykolwiek będę wybierać się do Neapolu to będę chciał tam wrócić. Gorąco polecam!!! Nic.
• Alžběta (10/5): Nádherné ubytování v historickém centru - Hostitelka byla neskutečně milá a nápomocná, se vším poradila a pomohla - dokonce nám i domluvila taxi na letiště. Ubytování je přímo v historickém centru, takže stačí vyjít ze dveří a jste v centru dění. Vše je v dochodné vzdálenosti, včetně metra i přístavu. Doporučuju, vše bylo čisté, funkční. nemám co vytknout
• ISABEL CARRIÓN (10/5): NÁPOLES ,UN LUGAR CON ENCANTO - Maravilloso lugar Rosaria es encantadora te espera cuando llegas para hacer la entrada siempre pendiente de todo y te da indicaciones para ver los mejores sitios la ubicación es magnífica muy cerca del metro para ir a todos los sitios,lo q más eché de menos es una ventana para poder ver la calle pero creo q eso no es muy relevante xq se duerme de maravilla pronto volveré a Napoles y seguramente me quedaré allí..me encantó Cuando entras al edificio no tiene ascensor y hay q subir unas cuantas escaleras para acceder al apartamento ,pero con paciencia las subes y hala a disfrutar de esta estancia q está tan bien ubicada...

Super helpful with tips and recommendations for places to visit and food to eat. The location is at first a little daunting, but embrace the setting in an old mediaeval Street. Tucked away up the stairs is a modern, spacious apartment. Thanks for a great stay.

She gave us clear directions to the apartment and booked a taxi for us when we left. The apartment is centrally located in the historic quarter of the city. Highly recommended. There was very little that we didn't like.

• C (10/5): Exceptional - centrally located in old town in the middle of most attractions and many many restaurants! walkable (~25min) from napoli centrale. property was very clean, smelt good, well furnished including towels, cutlery, coffee maching, even some small snacks & drinks in the fridge! rosaria was so so kind and helpful, showed us the property during check in and was contactable throughout. she also sent recommendations on what to do before that & offered to let us leave our baggage if needed! 10/10 reccomend this property & host🫶🏻 nothing! but note that the room doesn’t have a window looking outside (there’s one in the shared corridor) if you mind (personally we didn’t care)
• James (10/5): Amazing city, amazing accommodation and perfect staff!! - The owner of the apartment is amazing. Knowledge, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. For someone with mobility issues the steps might be a challenge. They were worth it though for the setting and the apartment!

When I arrived, I could already check-in, whe gave me some nice information about what to visit and where to eat. she was always checking, wheter everything was fine or if I needed something. The location of the appartement amazing, it‘s in the middle of the old town! The flat even had a kitchen with some croissants, sweets and juice - do if you are hungry, its tsken care of! shower gel, care products is everything there to use. Rosaria even called me a taxi on departure day AND brought me a cornetto for breakfast🥹. I felt so good and i am definitely coming back!

She was absolutely caring/ helping with everything, responded super fast, and was really interested in making my stay as wonderful as possible. The location is perfect, right in the center, but calm at the same time. The apartment was very clean, with a comfortable bed and cushion. It was well equipped and furnished smartly with nice lights, useful storage, .. I would defently stay again and highly recommend it!

• Ivan (10/5): Great experience in Naples - A wonderful experience and the most wonderful hosts. We had the impression that we were in our own house. The wonderful Rosaria helped us in everything and gave us useful advice. The accommodation is located in the center of all the happenings and you can easily reach everything on foot, and it is equipped with everything you might need. The score is 10+ for the hosts and accommodation.
• Katarina (10/5): Very cute and very central - It was very clean, very cute design, just a perfect location (you are basically in the main street but you don't hear any noise), best pizza around. Also, very easy and helpful communication with the owner. You have everything available there, even the coffee machine and some sweets. All recommendations. The room was maybe a bit smaller than it seemed on the pictures, but it was totally fine for 2 people. Also, our room had a bit of a weird indoor window type, but other rooms as we saw have normal ones. First we thought it would be a problem, but no, it was also totally fine like that.
