• Justus (7/5): Gut aber laut - Recht zentral gelegen. Ordentlicher Standard. In der engen Gasse ist der Verkehr extrem laut. Die Schiebefenster sind nicht schalldicht. Ohne Ohrenstopfen ist an Schlaf nicht zu denken.

• doris (10/5): - Muy buena la atencion de José, facil acceso al piso porque tienen las llaves en un cajetin afuera y no hace falta que venga nadie a abrirte, equipado con todo lo necesario, decorado con mucho detalle, y además todo estaba muy limpio y el piso es muy cómodo, la decoración muy bonita, todo muy cuidado, nos ha gustado mucho, vamos a repetir y a recomendarlo entre los conocidos. The host is cooperative, polite and easy to reach. As for the parking place, indeed, a bit problematic if car ground clearance is lower than 15 cm and the driver should be rather skilled,.but not that hard (not suitable for a very big vehicle). No
• Eric (9/5): Superb - Excellent stay in this very nice apartment. Communication with José was flawless. Location is perfect, close to the Centro historico and the shopping area as well. Good bed, great shower, nice living room. There is also a private parking garage which you can rent from Jose separately. Good driving skills required as the access ramp is a bit challenging. Conclusion: do not hesitate to stay here.
• Soul (10/5): Exceptional - The host is very kind and helpful, the flat superclean and very spacious, well decorated, and the building is quiet and new. As for the position is close to the historical center, 10 minutes walk to the Mozquita cathedral. I have had a very pleasant stay.

The host is very proactive, responsive - Great host, lovely location with easy walking distances to the old centre and shopping. Good sized living/bedrooms with windows facing onto the street. Passing traffic, but not noisy. Roller shutters on all windows. No nighttime noise. Well presented and clean, enough cooking gear for meals. Large fridge/freezer. Good aircon throughout. Note: Apartment is up two flights of stairs and no lift., but comfortable wide staircase.

The immediate area did not have mobile data signal so important to have all WhatsApp instructions for entry to appartment downloaded or printed off. Once in apartment WI-FI available.

The accomodation was a little pricey but the location was absolutely fabulous and worth the money - I was able to explore all of the nearby attractions with ease and really soak up the local atmosphere. The apartment itself was also fantastic - comfortable, tastefully decorated, and with all of the amenities I needed to feel at home. But what really made my stay truly unforgettable was the host who was with us thru whats app till we got into the apt safely. She went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed and that I was comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay with an amazing host. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!"
• Christophe (9/5): Superb - This is a brand-new apartment, with much attention to the guests' comfort. Wifi, hot water, towels ... were perfect. Heating was good. The array of available goodies (cakes, drinks, cooking basics, etc.) was impressive. The location could not have been better. Good information on Grenada was available. The parking is extremely convenient, with very easy access and large parking spots. The hist, whom I did not meet, was extremely reactive, nice, and accommodating. Congratulations Jose. The apartment is not very charming. The proportions are not the best. The rooms are a bit noisy – I could hear the neighbors until late at night, and there is noticeable street noise.
