• Aura (2/5): Very poor - Nothing!! Not worth the money!! A miserable apartment with no parking space in a horrible block An outbreak of infection!! Everything is old, broken, dirty and musty. It looks like in the Ukrainian war. Every piece of furniture is old, worn and different. There is mold growth on the balcony. You cannot enter the bathroom if you are taller. Current drops frequently due to fuses. Very weak internet and has to be reset continuously. There is a heavy musty and old smell throughout the apartment. If you shower, the water flows under the bathroom door into the hallway. The shower curtain is faded and shabby. He has not changed bed linen or new towels in 7 days. The dingy, old, brush-painted refrigerator over the rust.The door to the kitchen was missing, you could always get hurt from broken furniture, water running down the hall from the bathroom. I do not recommend, it looks very bad for the money paid. The owner never contacted us during the stay

• Kat (10/5): Very clean and suitable place for your summer vacation! - 1. The location is the best in the town. Close to the beach ( 2-3 mins walk), close to the main street with restaurants, shops, supermarkets and bakery (3-4 mins walk). 2. The apartment is on the north side, hence the rooms are not sunny in the morning and hot during the rest of the day. Just perfect. 3. We use the living room as a separate bedroom , because of the two sofa beds. 4. The balcony is one of the top things in this apartment. Big enough, with spaces for lunch/dinner or morning coffee. There is one big table with chairs and one smaller with chairs. 5. The last but not least is the host, very polite, we did the checkin at the mentioned time as we spoke. Thank you! None
• Gjuzelov (7/5): Great location but apartment needs renovation - The apartment's location is its greatest value, only 5 minutes walking to the nearest part of the city's beach. In Kallicratia there is one long beach and If you need a car to go to the beach you can found a parking space in that part of the city's beach more easily than for the other parts of the city's beach. The apartment is also close to city's centre. The surrounding area was calm. The apartment was comfortable enough for a 4-member family. Its terrace was especially large. The bathroom was renovated and large enough. There was a hot water at any time. The apartment was clean although it was old. The sheets and towels were clean and allowed to be changed after 3-4 days. The owner was very polite and helpful. The two sofa beds in the living room were totally uncomfortable for sleeping. They may be used for seating but not for sleeping. The stovetop in the kitchen was almost unusable. It was hard to cook even a simple meal like baked eggs or even a coffee. Some chairs in the kitchen and on the terrace were broken and unsafe for seating. The carpets in the bedroom and living room were very difficult to move. Except for the bathroom many facilities in this apartment need fixing or even replacement. Parking place was also a problem, but that is a problem in the whole town especially if you are situated near the sea.

• Milan (10/5): Definitely one of the nicest booking experiences we ever had - thanks to Giorgos! - Giorgos was the best host of all we had in our many traveling (including all the booking platforms we used). The apartment location is awesome - quiet street but not far from the city center and even closer to the beach (and I'd say the better part of the beach). It had everything a family would need, but most of all, it had the most caring host willing to help with any question. WiFi was excellent. It has a nice big teras too. Some things might not be new but it had a charm. And everything was perfectly clean... if you are visiting Nea Kalikratia - Giorgos apartment is definitely a good choice! There was nothing to dislike!
