• Barbara (9/5): Wunderbares Apartment mitten in Rom - Das Apartment liegt zentral, von wo man alles sehr gut erreichen kann. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten um die Ecke. Tolle Lokale, wo man sehr gut essen gehen kann oder auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Die Kommunikation hat auch sehr gut funktioniert und es wurde alles im Vorfeld prima erklärt. Das Bistro, in dem man das Frühstück bekommt hat sonntags und Feiertage geschlossen. Ein kurzer Hinweis wäre prima - dann kann man sich darauf vorbereiten.

Siamo stati seguiti con attenzione sia prima che durante il soggiorno, con risposte sempre pronte per qualsiasi necessità. La posizione è super centrale: sei nel cuore di uno dei quartieri più belli e logisticamente strategici, perfetto per raggiungere facilmente Piazza del Popolo, San Pietro e le principali attrazioni, pur restando in una zona tranquilla e riservata. Un’esperienza davvero positiva, ci ritornerei e lo consiglierei senza esitazione.

• Roksana (6/5): Przeciętny - Lokalizacyjnej super, blisko Watykanu i ogólnie spacerkiem można przejść cały Rzym. Apartament mogły być bardziej zadbany. Śniadanie na dole w kawiarni dosłownie jedna kawa i rogalik na osobę.
• José Manuel (10/5): Si volvemos, repetiremos - Ubicación perfecta, cerca de todo Zona super tranquila, sólo se escuchaba el silencio por la noche y por el día muy bulliciosa, con mucho comercio y transporte cerca (aunque no es necesario) Instalaciones limpias y cómodas Anfitriona atenta, colaboradora y resolutiva con los problemas. El portero del edificio muy colaborador y amable Éramos 4 y los cuatro contentos. El apartamento es perfecto para cuatro Por poner una pega, aunque el desayuno era suficiente, posiblemente es un poco escaso, al menos para nuestras costumbres. Pero muy amables y comprensivas las camareras.

Coloseum and Trevi Fountain reachable by short Metro ride. Two metro stations within 5-1; min walk. Wonderful breakfast options included in the same building with friendly and helpful staff/owner. Host was easily reachable and very prompt responding to questions. Nothing!!

• Marianne (6/5): - Værten var hurtig til at svare på spørgsmål når vi skrev. Placering perfekt. Køkkenet var meget mangelfuldt i inventar. Derudover var der kun to “stole” i køkkenet. Morgenmaden var sydlandsk og meget let.

• stefania (9/5): siamo stati molto bene - posizione, palazzo, arredo, accoglienza (abbiamo trovato l'acqua in fresco nel frigo!), phon ottimo, condizionamento efficace sostanzialmente la dotazione della cucina: la moka era senza manico, pericolosa da usare la macchinetta per espresso era inutilizzabile in quanto le cialde presenti non erano adatte, qualche euro in più nel prezzo avrebbe risolto e sarebbe stato molto gradito manca un forno a microonde Con poco investimento secondo me diventa una valutazione da 10 per tutti i prossimi clienti

• Martin O. Haugaard (6/5): Lidt skuffende på grund af dårlig morgenmad. - Lejligheden var booket inkl. morgenmad. Morgenmaden bestod af en kop kaffe og en enkelt croissant per person. Det mener vi absolut ikke kvalificere til at være morgenmad. Når man sælger lejligheden med morgenmad så forventer man en solid morgenmad som består af toast, æg, yoghurt, cerealier, mælk, kaffe og te. Morgenmaden skulle være tilgængelig fra klokken 07:00 om morgenen og det havde vi planlagt efter. Det viste sig bare i realiteten at morgenmaden ikke var tilgængelig før kl. 07:30 - 07:45. Dette bevirkede at vi ikke kunne benytte mos af morgenmaden de fleste af de dage hvor vi var i Rom.
• Gabriel (10/5): Cozy apartment with great facilities, top location and super helpful staff - Overall a great apartment with good location close to all the transport, the staff was really helpful and overall we had a great time. Breakfast could be a bit improved and diversified. It was a bit poor for what we are used to.
• Magdalena (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very clean. It has absolutely everything you need for your stay. All rooms are spacious. The beds are comfortable. Four of us women stayed in the apartment and there was hot water at all times. You need about 20 minutes of sand to get to the center. The area where the apartment is located is quiet and clean. The owner of the apartment is extremely helpful, he responds immediately to messages. He sent us detailed instructions before arrival. All in all for every recommendation.

• Adam (8/5): Comfortable stay in a great location - Fantastic location Lovely suburb/area nearby 2 good sized bedrooms Comfy beds Very warm apartment Really clear instructions on getting in via a video Helpful advice on the taxi fare from the airport Nice that breakfast is included in a cafe downstairs Listing has 'free toiletries'. I'm not sure if that's a mistake as there weren't any and the host mentioned they're not allowed to leave any. When I asked on WhatsApp the host was helpful and knocked it off our tourist tax, but it would be easier to not have on. The kitchen had a lot of things, but not kettle. A kettle is needed, a food processor isn't. The only other annoying things were little touches such as the light switches being outside the room, no hooks for towels in the rooms etc. It didn't bother me so much as I'd had it 3 days running already, but the cafe downstairs that include the free breakfast is closed Sundays. It should state that in the listing.

• Lustberg (6/5): Not worth the price for what you can get elsewhere. - Location was great. Owner was quite reachable. Two bedrooms great if it was needed for a larger family. Well stocked if you prefer making your own meals. Some food items provided upon arrival.Apartment was well secure. No place to sit- if you have visitors. Shower had mold and was tiny- way too small for heavy people.Ridiculous city tax added on after your stay is over-should be included in price like all the other places relatives stayed. Overpriced compared to a place around the corner- that place was less expensive and received daily cleaning and free breakfast every day in addition to other amenities not provided here. Building has a tiny old elevator- but it works. Place has its good points, but look for better accommodations.
