• Nashie (10/5): Very relaxing, quiet with amazing attentive host - Christos the host was amazing. Anything we needed he got for us. He couldn’t have been more helpful. He also supplied us with wine, beer, aloe Vera, gave us restaurant recommendations and booked restaurants for us getting us prime seats on the beach, nothing was too much for him. The terrace was fabulous- amazing sunsets enjoyed there and lovely breakfast every morning. A very calm relaxing stay. The bed was also super comfortable, slept better than I have done in ages. There was nothing really but just to be open and honest for Potential renters the room is on the small side (as is the bathroom) and to actually cook there would be difficult ( due to little surface space) but with so many good value, delicious restaurants on the doorstep why would you cook! But there was an outdoor BBQ if you really wanted to cook. The shared terrace is the extended very large, beautiful comfortable space.
• Bogdan (10/5): Stunning rooftop terrace, great amenities and an outstanding host. - The apartment and location was amazing. The terrace on the roof is a perfect spot to have a glass of wine at night and enjoy the wonderful view. The room is also perfect, internet works very good (Starlink) and there is a big smart tv you can use to watch whatever you like. It's close to couple of beaches in Neos Marmaras by walking but would recommend having a car to explore Sithonia since there are a lot of amazing places. Christos, the owner, is an amazing host, he is always asking if you need something else and he even taught me how to dive. Highly recommend it.

The studio is filled with love and style, every detail felt so warm and inviting. But what truly took our breath away was the terrace — the view of the sea was simply magical! A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful hosts. You made our holiday unforgettable and filled it with such warmth. We truly felt like home, and we’re already dreaming about coming back. Christos, the owner, is a very nice man who will meet you for everything you need, he is very friendly and a real host. The location of the apartment is excellent, the center is a 2-minute walk away, although the center is close, the apartment is very quiet. I was with my son for 2 weeks and we are very satisfied with the ambience and hospitality. Thank you Christos ❤️🙏

Full of accessories (Hairdryer, AC, great TV with Netflix, high end bluetooth speaker, internet speed was about 400mb/s. And to not forget, an amazing host - Christos - who went over and beyond to make our stay feel even more better!

• Aneta (10/5): A perfect vacation - Definitely the first thing that comes to mind is the lovely-looking room with its boho aesthetic, as well as the spacious balcony with the breathtaking view of the sea, where we enjoyed our breakfast to the full every morning. The host, Christos, is amazing and very kind, his recommendations for places to explore were very helpful. The place is basically located in the center of Neos Marmaras, so it's very accessible.

• Andrej (8/5): Very good - Nice location, magical view on a shared balcony. The room was cozy and tidy. Very good TV with a paid Netflix account. You can reach most of the good beaches in 20-30 minutes by car. Christos, the owner, was friendly and here to help. He gave some really good recommendations. Also, supplied us with coffee, water, beer, and wine. If you are looking for a good location, good view, and a cozy room but you don't care about luxury, I highly recommend Agape Studio. The place is missing some essentials, like a frying pan, coat hangers, and the toilet is quite small. You have to bring your own shampoo and showering gel. Keep in mind that all of these things can be easily fixed so it's not something that significantly affects the place.

We were given new towels and sheets every 3 days, the room was very clean and the AC was keeping the room cool. The TV is also huge and great, the views from the terrace are amazing. Hristos, who is the host of the apartment, will make sure to make your stay comfortable and he is a great guy! I recommend the apartments there. I liked everything
• Inger (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the room and the great atmosphere. The room had a big supermodern 55 inch TV, and we got access to netflix and youtube. My husband especially loved the big TV, great sound from the bluetooth speakers. Dimming of the lights in the room created a very romantic atmosphere. The room had a Nespresso machine, perfect for us. We enjoyed white wine at the nice terrace with the most wonderful view of Neos Marmaras. It was very quiet at night time, more noise in the center of Neos Marmaras. We were fortunate to borrow parking in garage by the host. By the entrance we could have a barbecue, also very nice to do. The host was very nice and helpful at all the time, and he told us about the beaches and places we should visit. We went to Ethnic, Orange Beach, Blue Lagune, Parthenonas village and Tigania beach- the water was crystal clear. The room and property was very clean and tidy. We higly recommend this place. Everything was perfect for us

The accommodation was immaculate, and the highlight was the most wonderful romantic terrace in Neos Marmaras, offering breathtaking views. My girlfriend got a sunburn, and Hristos, our host, was perfect—attentive and friendly. He even helped with aloe vera from his yard, which was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

It was tidy, quiet, private and fully equipped (even had a speaker so that we could enjoy our breakfast on the terrace with some music). The owner was incredibly nice and helpful, giving us clear instructions on how to reach and responded to messages really fast. The view was fantastic, I would say that it was the best we had in our entire vacation. The beach is really close and so is the city centre and the shops. We would highly recommend it. The property was flawless. There was nothing we didn’t liked.

• Raluca (5/5): Passable - The terrace is very nice Room with mountain view - NO, but we could see the neighbors though, which were pretty close, you need to keep your curtains always. No TV in the room, apparently the cat break it just before we arrived, but when we looked again at the photos on Booking, no TV was in the room. Location is close to the beach but you need to climb a hill to the location, and 3 flights of stairs to the room. The shower is actually a shower head put on the wall in front of the toilet seat. No hair dryer and an awful smell of paint. No wi-fi in the first days, we used the neighbors network and the lights are very low, if you want to put some make up on, you need your phone flashlight

The owner is very kind and the perfect host, he gave us suggestions for the best places to visit in Sithonia and made sure that we had a great holiday.

• Michael (8/5): Nice room but could use some improvements - The view from the shared terrace is great, that is the highlight of the room. Regarding the room itself, it is cozy and there are some nice details. The bed is good as long as the small kitchenette can cover more than what we needed it for. The owner is a very pleasant guy who also mentioned that wants to work on improvements and renovations once the summer season is over. The bathroom is rather small, there is no shower cabin as a result when showering in front of the toilet, the whole (tiny) bathroom gets wet. The ceiling of the room could use some improvements to make it look nicer. One issue that we faced is that out room's door cannot be locked from the inside as a result we were unable to lock the door when we went to sleep.

The apartment was nice and clean, in a very good location.

• Karol (10/5): Glamorous stay for two in Sinthoni - Halkidiki - If you are looking for something more than just a hotel room, that place is for you. Quiet, clean, air conditioned with very comfortable bed and full of detailed extras, like a lighting:) Have a meal on a amazing big terrace with the view for the bay and enjoy your stay. Very close to the beach and restaurants, good start point for any trips through the Sinthoni. Meet your host Christos - always smiling, very helpful, kind and wise guy! Can’t say nothing
