• Nadia (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE EXTREMELY POOR AND FALSELY ADVERTISED! - I’m struggling to find anything to say! Hasn’t been cleaned in a long time dirty cupboards dirty mirrors dirty floors, no towels supplied, wifi didnt work, water was turned off on arrival and couldn’t locate where to turn it on when I contacted didn’t get a reply in time so has to have a cold shower!, hairs on the bed and in the bath and shower. Most rooms had personal belongings left in there right down to the owners toothbrush and washing in the machine! Dirty glasses and cutlery, paid £106 to stay for one night when contacting the owner his response was ‘sorry’ no offer of a refund or partial refund appaling!

• Janel (6/5): Good location - Location &secure parking.Owner helpful. Spacious and wheelchair accessible. Quiet( even though beside a main road) Good views. It was ok as we only stayed overnight. Rather tired looking. A bit of TLC & tweaking (I've mentioned issues /suggestions privately to owner) it could be much improved.

• Linda (1/5): Not as Expected, Disappointing Experience - The convenient location to NEC We booked this property based on its excellent review score and appealing photos, particularly the balcony area which seemed perfect for relaxing before a long trip. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the listing. The parking arrangement was unclear, and we were advised by a member of the public not to park where instructed. Inside, the apartment was not as clean as expected. There was an odour upon arrival, the windows were left open, and there were signs of previous use throughout, including soap residue, hair in the bathroom, and unclean kitchen cabinets. The children’s bed had some residue on it, and the linen did not appear freshly changed. Several advertised features were either missing or misleading—for example, the television shown in the listing turned out to be a wall picture, and the balcony did not have the furniture pictured. Instead, there was a sun lounger frame and an uneven surface. Additionally, there were safety concerns such as a cracked mirror and a damaged induction stovetop. Communication from the host felt less welcoming than expected, and we noticed the listing photos changed during our booking day, which was concerning. Ultimately, we decided to leave shortly after arriving. We appreciate that this property may work for others, but it didn’t meet our expectations.

• Sam (10/5): Very good communication and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Will def stay again - The apartment was lovely. It was very clean and suited our needs. The facilities were spot on. The only thing that I had an issue with was the oven door didn’t have a handle on and I burnt myself opening the door
