• Manuel (1/5): NA - NA The house is not in the condition for rent The amenities are very bad not acceptable
• Simone (1/5): Inacceptable conditions and behaviour of rental property manager. - We are frequent travellers and this was hands down our worst experience. We trusted the positive reviews which we cannot confirm. We share publicly so others get a chance to take an informed decision. ON THE APARTMENT: -No fans, no air con in the dorm. Air con from living room does not reach. You can’t breathe or sleep there in hot summer nights+neighbours partying until 4am.
 -The windows of the dorms open to a chamber with a ribbed roof. Incoming air is as hot as in a sauna, so no chance to open windows for air to circulate from there either. In the listing this was embellished as „patio/veranda“ and the truth of what’s behind the windows was disguised by shutters. 
 -Bathroom has no ventilation which does not help with the air situation and is unhygienic because of mold.
 Washing Machine was smelling badly, no chance to wash clothes.
 -This apartment is not entirely clean and on top has cockroaches, we removed 3 in the first night alone. ON THE PROPERTY MANAGER: -We informed both Booking and the owner about the situation. Booking was comprehensive at any moment. The owner resisted to acknowledge the facts, despite proof of evidence.
 -Lorena’s behaviour was unprofessional throughout. She was defense, non-comprehensive, with a rude tone. Displaying zero service-attitude, empathy or solution finding toward the customer.
 -We offered to find an amicable solution, but she refuses to this day, to pay the 6 remaining nights back. (We paid the whole amount in advance, as it is normal on Booking).
 -Instead she asked me privately via What’s App to send more money to a random account, saying once she receives it, she would cancel our stay. She did not disclose her full name or company details. Booking states, all communication has to go over their official chat and requesting money outside of their platform is illegal. 
 -IN CONCLUSION: A professional company is solution and service oriented, and does cooperate with Booking. Please be wary, this is shady and fraudulent behaviour.
• Narek (9/5): Great value for money, new facilities, very good host - The venue is in a very quiet neighborhood, about 25-30 minutes away from the downtown. Getting to downtown was easy, as the bus line starts/ends close to the venue (about 8 min walk). The venue is clean and quiet location, the kitchen set up with the necessary tools for cooking, all nicely repaired. There's a good playground not far from the venue which came handy with the kid. Also the supermarket is about 15 mins walking distance. The host was very nice, attentive and fast in communication. The shower/bathroom has no ventilation, so expect humidity after taking shower. Also the shower/bath door doesn't help much with water leaking, so you'd need to be careful and wipe the floor after. Other than this, all else is excellent.

• Andrii (8/5): Almost very good - Quiet neighborhood almost silent at night, quality facilities, nice interior, 10 minutes to supermarket with enough of food. 15-20 mins on motorbike / 50 mins on public transport to the beach Neighbours door is very loud🤪 Mosquitoes The biggest problem - poor air ventilation, windows in bedrooms looking into wall
• Estera (10/5): Great apartment with a very comfortable space. - Clean and quiet space and that the kitchen was set up with the necessary tools for cooking. As I’m a person that loves to make my own food this was a plus. everything you need is there.
