• Laura (3/5): Esto es UNA HABITACION, no un alojamiento entero. - Lo único que tiene bueno es la cercanía al paseo marítimo. Todo lo demás es un auténtico despropósito. Dan a entender, como ofrecen en el anuncio, que es un estudio para ti, pero cuando llegas se descubre todo: es una vivienda más grande la cual han dividido (y fatal además) en habitaciones con aseo, y lo han llamado estudio haciéndole las fotos con un objetivo gran angular que lo hace ver mucho más decente de lo que es. Y de esto te das cuenta enseguida porque tras la puerta principal no está tu alojamiento, sino un pseudo pasillo con microondas común haciendo de vía divisoria entre las habitaciones. La “vista a mar” la tienes cuando sacas medio cuerpo por la ventana y te asomas hacia la izquierda, y a lo lejos ves el mar; no te hagas más ilusiones. Detrás del espejo de cuerpo entero, estratégicamente colocado, está LA PUERTA que da a la habitación de al lado. Trabajo en construcción y no he visto algo más chabacano en mi vida. Tuvimos que poner la cama mueble delante, porque eso podría abrirse enseguida por cualquiera. Y todo esto por el “módico precio” de 450 euros por 3 noches. Fuimos por negocios y de verdad que no quise discutir en el momento con el hijo del auténtico dueño por parecerme demasiado joven e inexperto; pero lo de romantizar ratoneras se les ha ido demasiado de las manos. Este alojamiento es Un claro ejemplo de especulación de vivienda. No se recibieron instrucciones para la salida, ni un mensaje preguntando qué tal había ido todo (al cual íbamos a responder con calma de todo lo que decimos aquí);Y nos encontramos un desinterés total después de haber cobrado la estancia. Curioso también que como no funcionaba el enlace de check in, después no nos pidieron DNI a la llegada. ¿Da igual quien se aloje mientras pague? Todo deficiente, la verdad. Una pena que exista este tipo de ofertas engañosas y poco formales en alojamiento que empañen considerablemente las estancias, las experiencias; y sobre todo el sector inmobiliario y de hospedajes temporales, cada vez más decadente y menos profesional.

Al no tener ventilación hay demasiada humedad dentro pareciendo incluso la cama mojada. Tampoco hay sillas porque no caben. Además el edificio en obras, se oía todo el ruido. Demasiado caro para tener estos imprevistos

• margarita (1/5): Estafa - Ubicación Yo había reservado un apartamento y cuando llegué al alojamiento era una habitación que tenía verjas en la ventana y daba para un corredor que parecía que estabas en la cárcel una habitación pequeña en la que no nos entraban ni las maletas

We arrived in Benidorm where it was pre arranged that I was to meet the someone for keys at 3am I messaged when we landed but got no reply we arrived at 02:30 we waited and tried to contact the gentlemen until 4am which was actually 2 hours as clocks had went back we then spent the next few hours trying to find a hotel might i add they are also refusing to refund

• Carmen (9/5): Volvería. - Para mi lo mejor es la ubicación ya que estás en medio literalmente de todo el meollo y sus servicios. La limpieza y comodidad de la cama y del baño también fueron otros dos aspectos destacables. Es ruidoso, se escuchan mucho los ruidos de los otros apartamentos.
• Patt (7/5): - La ubicación perfecta. Lo bueno que tenía nevera y eso es una ventaja para meter agua o alguna cosa para comer. Cerca de la playa, del centro y de sitios de restauración. La habitación muy pequeña, pero bueno, para dos suficiente. Lo único que sin ventanas, y se escucha a todo el mundo vocear.

En mi opinión no era un apartamento sino habitación de hotel con baño - La ubicación Era una habitación con baño, con nevera de hotel y un hervidor . Microondas en el pasillo de distribución de habitaciones como la reservada. Ventana a una corrala.

• Iniesta Medel (5/5): - El lugar es limpio, buena atención y buena ubicación Había gente al lado armando jaleo hasta altas horas de la noche y nos despertaron varias veces estaban gritando y dando golpes. Aparecer es complicado al no tener parking, tienes que aparcar arriba que hay muchos coches y es muy complicado el hecho de aparcar.

• David21791 (1/5): Ni aunque me pagen vuelvo a ir alli - ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA Es la primera vez que llego a un hotel y me voy a los 5 minutos, tuvimos que irnos de alli por qué de lo que sale en las fotos a lo que es no tiene nada ver, para aparcar imposible, la habitación es un zulo y estaba todo lleno de gente muy extraña. La ventana daba a un patio interior.

• Joseph (10/5): Great Place to stay. - Comfortable property for me and my wife, Jose was a fantastic host and I would definitely return. My only slight boggle would be that you could hear everything when ppl came into the main corridor but this did not stop us enjoying ourselves.

• Maria (4/5): Pequeño y ruidoso - Que estaba reformado a media , ya puesto que saca de un apartamento 4 habitaciones para alquilar independientemente deberías de insonorizarlas se oye todo si vas a descansar no puedes Que quedes con la persona encargada del check -in a las 16h y llegue 45 minutos más tarde y te tenga esperando en la calle en el mes de Julio, como no hace calor a esas horas y en estas fechas…

• Rodríguez (6/5): Vacaciones - La cercanía de todo la playa, discotecas, supermercados, mil sitios para comer, cenar. Todas las tiendas al lado. El aire acondicionado si no nos da algo. Yo alquile un apartamento y cuando llegamos me encuentro q es una habitación sin más con su ducha pero vamos ni una silla para sentarse. Un lavabo minimalista que un poco más y no te puedes lavar la cara. Y no subas la persiana porque solo ves el interior del edificio. Un engaño ya que ponéis apartamentos que sean apartamentos. No que eso era un apartamento y como el dinero para muchos es codicia había 4 habitaciones. Se oía todo de los demás igual que a nosotros nos oirían por supuesto. En microondas fuera de la habitación. Cafetera no había y no sigo porque decepcionante

• marchis (4/5): Lipsa curatenie , lipsa comunicare - Locatia Umiditatea extram de mare in camera. Camera nu a fost curatata inainte ,nici dusul. Peretii murdari, paianjeni in camera, patura murdara, prosoapele vechi, peretii foarte subtiri, auzind pe ceilalti locatari , galagie foarte mare pe strada. Ni s-a spus inainte de check-in ca mai dureaza pana primim cheile, deoarece curatenia nu era gata. Insa cand am primit cheile, femeia care trebuia sa faca curatenie, nu a venit din apartament ci dinspre o alta locatie. In plus, aceasta avea o mana in ghips. Fapt ce explica lipsa de curatenie si conditiile din camera. Daca apartamentul ar fi mai curat, ar compensa dimensiunea mica a camerei si umiditatea.

• andy (4/5): Not very helpful on arrival - Not good for me as I’m disabled two flights of stairs and I fell down the second flight as stair case wasn’t lite properly I ended up breaking my ankle my booking didn’t last the time I payed for as on Monday 10 th I went to hospital till Thursday 14 th so I’m asking booking .com a refund on my short stay as I feel the responsibility is if I asked a lower ground floor I was given it please call mr Andrew thomson in regards a refund As above

• sue (7/5): Small and compact, good value for the price, great location. - The property is in a great location in the Old Town , close to beach and all amenities. The shower is lovely and hot. There is a fridge and a kettle which is a great bonus. The apartment has been nicely furnished , has everything you need and is lovely and clean. The apartment has been divided into four smaller apartments , therefore “the apartment” is actually one quarter of a large apartment. The issue we had with this set up is the close proximity of the other guests. Unfortunately , one guest returned home very drunk at 3am every night whilst we were staying, this was scary for us ( mother and daughter) as he was banging on the doors and was not capable of opening his own door. One night he collapsed on the floor and two other guests had to put him to bed. Obviously this was very noisy and unsettling. The main door to the apartment is difficult to open , although the lock was broken by another guest during our stay. Regarding the facilities, the pillow is very uncomfortable, and there was only one.

• Oliver (8/5): Tolle Lage und top Preis/Leistung - Tolle Lage, renoviertes Zimmer, freundlicher Kontakt. Preis/Leistung völlig ok! Zimmer ist schon sehr klein, eigentlich für 2Pers.. Zimmer zum Hinterhof sehr dunkel und hellhörig.
