• Christine (8/5): Great location, comfortable and roomy accommodation for an enjoyable short stay. - Great location and once arrived, could park the car and leave it there for the entire time, walking and public transport to all the places we needed to go. Good setup for our multi-generational family visit, but not toddler friendly. Second bathroom had some issues with water drainage and splash throughout. Rubbish bins on street filled by outsiders so unable to dispose of rubbish easily, (perhaps a rubbish bin lock would help).
• Mary (9/5): Perfect stay in Manly. - The property was much bigger than we expected. The location was perfect for us, easy walking to the Esplanade as well as to shops and restaurants. There's a great coffee shop just around the corner. Our host was very helpful and responded quickly. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

• Sue (10/5): Fantastic location, clean and comfortable, spacious, great facilities and a wonderful host. - Great location - we could walk to most of the places we wanted to go to. It was quiet - not too close to busy roads. Conveniently close to beach, bottle shop, general store, local bus stops. The apartment was very clean, comfortable even for our age group and had great facilities. We were able to park our extra cars very close. The host was excellent - always responded very quickly to queries from us. There was a lack of fly screening to a few windows and the sliding door onto the main balcony. No curtains on large window to balcony meant we felt people could see in to the main living area at night.

There is a staircase inside the property that wasn’t clearly mentioned in the listing, which makes it less suitable for elderly guests and young children. We also found it difficult to bring our luggage up to the room.

• Shani (10/5): Great place to stay with family or friends! - Great space to socialise, rooms were perfect and the location is great. We had such a beautiful time there, heaps of space for us to play games, we got three girls on the rug doing yoga and hello heated floors in the bathroom was so nice! Honestly for a last minute booking in the middle of winter it was not cheap. We had shocking weather so we didn’t get to take advantage of the outside spaces but can’t fault the accom.

Only a minor thing but some more comfortable sofa seating in the lounge area given the number of people the property can host.
• Mary (7/5): Spacious Manly apartment - Communication with Stuart was excellent and timely. Keycode access made checking in simple. The 4 bedroom apartment was ideal for our group of six ladies. Disappointing to see single use toiletry products in use.

• Lisa (5/5): Basic accomodation with limited amenities available. - Host was responsive and we appreciated early check in to leave luggage and late check out before airport. Location was good as short walk to the beach. Amenities were lacking on arrival: no bin bags, no washing machine powder, no dish drying towels or cloths. The images booked were not the same as the apartment provided [breakfast island, decor etc was not as per images]. No plates, knives, forks, limited number of glasses and mugs for number of guests. The host did sort it out the following day after our arrival but still limited supply of crockery. The apartment and bathrooms were not super clean and one shower overflowed into hallway area. Despite beds being made, it did not appear to have been not been prepared with attention for our arrival - towels were in a pile on the sofa for us to select [not placed in rooms]. We specifically planned a BBQ one evening and asked about BBQ before arriving and the one to use was broken. No bathmat so had to use towels on the floors. Overall we were quite disappointed as are easy to please guests but we kept encountering inconveniences in the facilities.

• Lynette (9/5): Superb - Amazing location, spacious well appointed, great outdoor spaces. Walk to Manly Corso and ferry. Once there no vehicle necessary. A little challenging to find in a car, due to laneway markings saying do not enter.

Com has a very deceiving way of advertising the two properties ( there’s a top floor and a bottom floor) by putting all the pics together so I though I booked the bottom one but turned up to be the top one which was ok but not the one I thought I booked. Host was ver accomodating though It was all good
• Penny (8/5): Location perfect for a group - Great location, clean apartment and host easily contacted. Good facilities, but if someone else was downstairs it could have been a bit close. Had to ask for some supplies. The cleaners should have checked what was needed. We rented the top and bottom apartments for a group of us. The apartment downstairs was really well stocked and the one we stayed in wasnt. It appears that everything migrated downstairs, from previous tenants. Also we only had 7 chairs for 8 of us. I particularly didnt like the toilet position in the main room. The third bathroom flooded as well. We didnt have any gas for the bbq so had to contact the owner who promptly bought another one around, but it should have been checked. No tea towels either.

• Katie (9/5): Excellent for group stays - We loved our stay here. 15 minutes walk from the heart of Manly and only 2 minutes from the beach. We hired both floors - upstairs has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, downstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with basics. Check in was very easy and the host is exceptional in terms of communication. In the upstairs 4 bedroom apartments, one bathroom is in one of the bedrooms, with a dividing partition but not a full wall or door - this would only suit certain groups of people and we noticed the exhaust fan didn’t reliably automatically start meaning the room does steam up.

Was already at property and had to sit there while the cleaners changed all the beds. Which took another hour. Not good enough really. There were no dinner plates in the kitchen?? The couch is too small for the number of guests that can stay at the property. Was unaware it was a split level house and we only had access to the top level with no access to either the front or backyard. Photo's on booking.com are deceiving.

Dishwasher didn’t work and when we arrived the oven had to do a self clean which took an hour, so we had to wait until it finished to start cooking. The BBQ could also do with one flat plate.

Couple of blocks to beach and grocery store nearby, as well as several restaurants if you don’t want to fix your own. A few more kitchen towels, but everything else…great!!

• Mindy (10/5): Best 3 nights in Manly at an amazing location. - Stuart was awesome! We were in a bind to find a place last minute as our travel plans to drive up the coast had changed. We found this place and it was PERFECT!! We loved having the 3 bedroom place since we had the yard too. We all loved the awesome hammock! Our 7yr old loved laying in it and playing in the yard. The place was perfect and we were wishing to stay a 4th night but he was booked. We cooked. Played cards. Relaxed. Walked to town. And having the car parked in the carport was just the icing on the cake. But also having a washer/dryer was so appreciative. We hope to be back! That we had to leave.

Great communication and very easy check in/check out. Property was extremely dusty. We vacuumed when we arrived, but didn’t have proper equipment to clean the house thoroughly ourselves. Dust was so thick under beds, skirting boards etc. Property will be great after a deep clean.
