- Julie (10/5): - Close to shops. Kitchen Appliances all worked. Comfortable, warm and clean
- LESLEY (10/5): Great location lovely clean comfortable property - Location great comfortable warm house Nothing
- Deberah (8/5): - Booked to visit family nearby, around the same price we would have paid for a hotel room for 2 nights and had a house instead. Close to shops, takeaways etc. Quiet area with an enclosed private garden. We'll equipped kitchen and good communication with the owner. A few minor issues which have been noted before, no lamps in any of the rooms including the living room, not a major issue but would be most people's preference and no curtains. The blinds are quite thin so would be an issue in the summer months. All issues noted and addressed with the owner who was very helpful.

- Tamsin (9/5): Comfortable, relaxing and lovely experience. - Home from home feeling. heating was lovely and you got to control the temperature. Beds were very comfortable. P Nothing
- Edward (10/5): House was one of the best we have stayed in from booking.com and the kitchen was stunning. Nice to have one with TVs in - Everything was 10/10 excellent accommodation. Not one thing
- LESLEY (10/5): Great property, clean, light & bright - Great location as used to visit family in Acklam. Lovely and clean. Very spacious, lovely little garden for dog. No complaints, have rebooked Could have done with a lamp, in bedrooms & lounge, but thatâs just my preference
- John (9/5): - Kitchen was good..comfortable beds..Nice place Blinds required for kitchen !!
Stranger in garden..unsettled young child..Foul smell from dishwasher when opened !!
- Deb (10/5): Great place. Would definitely recommend. - It had everything there we needed. We took more than we needed, eg, washing up liquid cloths and bags, but all was supplied. We had an issue with one of the beds on the first night. Could not send a message through booking.com, so I had to text the owner. He was great. The maintenance team didn't do the job, so he came out, and he and my husband built a new frame. Great guy, really friendly. Not being able to send messages through Booking.com was really frustrating, but I got it sorted. The only note I would add would be i couldn't find any scissors to open things.

- Gemma (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed at the property whilst at a wedding in the area. The location was ideal for us and only a short drive from the venue. The property was homely and comfortable. There was tea but no coffee. Luckily I did bring my own and this is only me being picky but I love my coffee.
- Stephen (9/5): Superb -
- Ciopec (8/5): Very good -
- Stuart (6/5): Perfect for what we needed - Availability Bit in the bathroom a bit tatty
- Nickyjd70 (8/5): Ideal for what we needed! - It was ideally located for us to attend a family gathering. The hosts were very communicative and check in was very easy.
The house was a good size so we could each have our own space, beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The area was very quiet. The kitchen was lovely - it was good to have dishwashing facilities (these are often not provided!) These are not dislikes, but suggestionsâŚ
The house doesnât seem to be equipped for the number of people that could stay there. There werenât enough dinner plates, for example, and not enough seating downstairs- only two stools in the kitchen and a sofa plus two âoccasional chairsâ in the lounge. It would be beneficial to have either blackout blinds or curtains in the bedrooms. Also, perhaps consider leaving salt, pepper and cooking oil in the kitchen?
- Emily (7/5): Good -
- David (10/5): Excellent property and owner was very quick to sort a problem we had with tv.would highly recommend this property - Super clean and great location for teeside uni Nothing

- Stephen (10/5): Great home - Lovely clean house, communication from the host was excellent. Nothing
- Angela (10/5): Lovely place to stay, very comfortable, would come back - Very comfortable beds, slept like a baby. Nice kitchen, able to cook if you wanted. Very good communication from Steve the host. Not a dislike but a suggestion:
A non slip mat for the shower. The shower screen is a bit short so drips a bit. Just had been given the wrong WiFi code from three but he sorted this out promptly.
