• Orli (7/5): Good-ish, not brilliant. - Overall this is a nice place. As an apartment it offers most of what one needs to save money on food and enjoy the comfort of an apartment rather than a hotel room. The main two things the I found annoying were: 1. The water in the shower was bordering cold, almost all the time. 2. No night lamp which is annoying. I think that for the money they asked along with the far away from city-centre location, the two issues mentioned here shouldn’t exist…

• Hui Lin (6/5): - the apartment is located at around 10 mins walking distance to city center, The 2nd floor balcony has no solid door , so the whole apartment is very cold after sunset. Also hot water is not hot at all for shower, and there is a tennis court , so can hear playing ball sound all the time .

Las habitaciones, salón y cocina tienen cada una una puerta individual para entrar, lo que es poco práctico - instalaciones un poco viejas - poco espacio en las habitaciones, pero es suficiente para lo justo - iluminación muy artificial y sin lámparas pequeñas - un poco alejado del centro

• Doina (10/5): Very nice stay in Antigua - Quiet, modern, clean place on the outskirts of the town. Less than 15 minutes walk to La Merced Cathedral, about 10 minutes to the market. Easy self check-in. Kitchen with everything you need. Rooftop terrace with view of Fuego volcano. Good communication with owner. Not under the control of the hotel: some late evening noise from a nearby sports club. The night is quiet though.

• Georges (10/5): Séjour confortable dans le calme. Un - Un peu excentré, protégé du bruit du centre cet hébergement est agréable. Ce qui est un peu déconcertant à l'arrivée, c'est la disposition des pièces. Chacune est indépendante et nécessite de sortir pour aller à la suivante. Mais on s'y habitue très bien. La wifi est puissante partout. Ce fut un bon séjour. Tout est bien. La maison paraît au début un peu loin des centres d'intérêts mais après quelques jours, on comprend vite comment les rejoindre à pied facilement. Et puis pour les paresseux, il y a toujours un tuk tuk qui passe au coin de la rue qui vous amènera au centre pour 20 Quetzals (3€).

• Heidi (8/5): - We really liked that the place had a large, comfortable space — two bedrooms with two very large beds, plus hot water. The host responded promptly to any questions we had.. The home also had a kitchen and a living room, with TVs in the bedrooms The pickleball court next door was quite loud, with music and lots of people, and the sound echoed into the courtyard. It made sitting outside in the evenings unpleasant. There was also early-morning noise — a language school on Saturday and the pickleball court opening at 7 a.m. on Sunday. If you’re sensitive to noise, this may be an issue, though the court did close by around 10 p.m.

• STEPHANY (10/5): - Es muy amplio, el servicio 10 de 10, te ayudan mucho con las inquietudes, está súper acondicionado para todo lo que necesitas. Quizás la decoración es muy tradicional y es un poco oscuro, pero es 100% como se ve en las fotos.

• Frank (5/5): This place could be so much better with some minor investments. - Large living room, hall, kitchen and bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen with almost everything you need. Small annoyances: huge wardrobes but without clothes hangers or shelves, making them basically useless. No bedside lights. No bedside sockets (for charging cellphones). Mayor annoyances: the wash basin in the bathroom is very small and there is no place where you can put toiletries, except on the floor. The electric shower head barely works, leaving the water quite cold. The terrace upstairs is solidly fenced off. This may keep out burglars but invites in mosquitos. There where many of them during our stay and there is no way to keep them out.
• Audrey (5/5): Passable - Comfy beds Quiet but a bit depressing neighbourhood. Small and dark bedroom and you had to go outside to go to the bathroom.

We were attending Antiguena Spanish school which ended up being taught right next door to this apartment! Wonderful to have lots of space, washing machine, kitchen. Would have loved a curtain over the window in the room that led into the bathroom since the bathroom is so small. The rooms are all separate from each other, so you go outside to get from one room to another (and there is another apartment in the complex also so not entirely private if you walk from one room to the other).
