• Anne (10/5): Lovely stay in an exceptional apartment! - The apartment was well furnished and lovely; everything was updated, particularly the kitchen and bathrooms. There was a drip coffee maker in the kitchen which made me feel at home! The upstairs bathroom had heated floors, as well as a washing machine, which worked great. The dryer was in one of the bedrooms. Plenty of room for luggage and hanging clothes, and the beds were quite comfortable. Loved the spaciousness of the place, and we took advantage of the balcony overlooking the Rhine frequently; enjoyed watching the paragliders soaring over the hills one night. The location was excellent and convenient to everything. The apartment key took a bit of practice, but we quickly became experts. We would definitely stay here again. What could have been better? Everything was great; if I had to say something, I would have loved to have had a heated floor in the 2nd bathroom :). Also would have loved a starter pack of laundry detergent, as stores were closed due to the holiday for our first 2 days. Other travelers may want to know in advance that there are a number of stairs, and some steps between rooms in the apartment itself as well. Not an issue for us. One thing that caught us off guard was that the entry vestibule is shared with the restaurant; when we first arrived, the main door was open with music playing, and we initially thought the prior guests had not left yet. After speaking with the restaurant staff, we learned where our door was, and that we had to ascend a flight of stairs to reach our apartment door. (This may have been mentioned in the listing and if so, I overlooked it.)
• Dan (10/5): Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location. Exceeded all of our expectations -
• Fdo_ (10/5): - + Groß und supergemütlich + Geniale Aussicht vom Balkon + Top ausgestattete Küche + Parken direkt am Wasser unter dem Balkon möglich. 6€/d überall in der Stadt. In der Touristeninformation gibt es Wochenkarten für 18€. Vermutlich aber in der Saison nicht so leicht dort auch einen Platz zu bekommen. Im Februar war alles leer. Achtung: Mit einem großen Auto direkt ans Wasser fahren, nicht versuchen von hinten ans Haus heranzufahren. + Möglichkeit sich das Essen vom Restaurant eine Etage tiefer in die Wohnung bringen zu lassen (Inhaber ist der Vermieter). Sind allerdings leider nicht dazu gekommen. Ich war überrascht wie günstig man z.T. Unterkünfte direkt am Rhein bekommen kann, aber das hier war defintiv den Aufpreis wert und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. - Achtung: Nichts für Leute mit eingeschränkter Mobilität, da viele Treppen: 1x hoch zur Wohnung, 1x nochmal hoch zu den Schlafzimmern, und natürlich zwischen Wohn- und Essbereich. Letzteres gefiel uns aber sehr gut! - Eingang zur Wohnung quasi über den Hintereingang, vorbei an der offenen Tür der Restaurantküche, und dann die Treppe hoch. Dadurch riecht die Treppe zur Wohnung extrem nach Essen Tür, Rahmen usw fühlen sich fettig an. In der Wohnung selbst riecht man tatsächlich nichts davon, aber vllt. könnte man die untere Tür noch besser abdichten.

• Nikoletta (10/5): - Die wunderbare Lage direkt am Rhein mit Blick auf den Rheinbogen.Sehr geräumige Zimmer.Schlafzimmer mit tollen Matratzen.Die offene Küche mit Blick auf den Rhein.Alle Elektro Geräte waren neu und funktionstüchtig.Der Hit war die Spülmaschine.Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden gerne nochmal dort wohnen. Die vielen Treffen hatten uns zu Anfang angestrengt aber mit etwas Übung war das nicht so schlimm.Die Wohnung eignet sich nicht für Menschen mit Bewegungsproblemen.
• Daniela (9/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. - Das Fachwerkhäuschen ist wirklich etwas Besonderes. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Und es ist perfekt ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts, angefangen bei Dingen wie Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Tiefkühlfach bis hin zu kleinen Details wie sämtlichen Spülutensilien, Küchenrolle, Klopapier, Seifen, Mülltüten & Co. Man bekommt wirklich das Rundum-Sorglos-Paket geboten. Die Lage ist sensationell, direkt an der Rheinpromenade gelegen. Rheinblick kann man ganz wunderbar genießen - vom Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, der Küche und dem Balkon aus. Auf dem Balkon hat uns besonders gefallen, dass neben Tisch und Stühlen auch eine schöne Bank vorhanden war, von der aus man den tollen Ausblick genießen kann. Fußläufig ist alles in unmittelbarer Nähe zu erreichen (Parkmöglichkeiten, Gastronomie, Bahnhof, Supermärkte, Fußgängerzone, Stadtkern). Da sich unten im Haus ein (im Übrigen sehr guter) Italiener befindet, ziehen Gerüche aus der Küche in die Flure. Schließt man konsequent die Türen zu den Zimmern, bleibt es aber im Flur. Sonst war wirklich alles super.
• Bert (10/5): Geweldig huis, aanrader ! - Een heel huis tot je beschikking. Op eerste verdieping hal, woonkamer, badkamer met douche en toilet ,keuken, en balkon met zicht op de Rijn. Op de tweede verdieping 2 slaapkamers, badkamer met bad en toilet. Overal veel bergruimte. Alles was super schoon. Mooi uitzicht op de Rijn, s zomers kun je hier vast heerlijk vertoeven op het balkon. Winkels/supermarkten op loopafstand, station op 2 minuten lopen, van daar uit leuk met de trein naar Mainz of Koblenz. Vriendelijke host, goed bereikbaar per mail. De pizzeria op de begane grond is zeker een aanrader ! Er zit geen eigen parkeerplaats bij de accomodatie. Betaald parkeren aan de weg, 6 euro per dag, tussen 08.00 en 18.00 uur. Nu eind november genoeg plek, hoe het in de zomermaanden zit weet ik niet.
