• Pankaj (9/5): Great place to stay - The hostess and host were most gracious and welcoming. The room was comfortable as was the bathroom clean. Good breakfast spread, more than one could eat. The mattress on the bed was very soft, providing inadequate support to the back. While it may work for others, for me personally the synthetic terry towel texture of the bed linen was not very good to sleep on - while being very clean etc.

The bed was very comfortable and the house was quiet and I was given an amazing range of food/drink for breakfast as well as some evening snacks! I knew I’d need to share the bathroom, but it was always free for me and near my room and I had no worries.

• Aida (10/5): Perfect place to choose! - Loved the location within easy reach to East Croydon station, transport is easy by tram, bus, taxi or within 15-20 mins walking distance from E Croydon train station, 10mins from Lebanon tram station and there is Lloyd Park within 15mins walk for your long walks, jogging or simply enjoy the local nature! ☺ The accommodation itself is a beautiful home, in a quiet residential area, it is spotlessly clean, a warm homely welcome feeling. Bedsheets are soft and lovely. There is a TV in the bedroom. The hosts, Deborah and Anthony, are super friendly and accommodating. Bathroom/toilet is clean and fresh. Beautiful family, kind hearted, warm and accommodating. ❤🤗 I will definitely be coming back soon! Breakfast in the kitchen was provided with a range of cereal, yoghurt, bread for toast, butter, jam, teas/coffee/water and a separate small fridge for your own use. What is there not to like?! 🤔

• Kate (10/5): Deborah was very accommodating and really pleasant, I didn’t arrive back until the early hours and I hadn’t check in but - Deborah was a very accommodating hostess and the home was very clean and well kept. It was quite far away from the town centre although that also meant it was quiet which was nice.

It was truly home away from home. Debora was very attentive and helpful, for example, on several occasions she assisted me in determining the location to various attractions, such as museums, etc. She facilitated visits from my family members also. Debora went above and beyond the call of duty. She is the consummate host and deserves the Booking.com Host of the Year Award. The location is central and close to public transportation and the town center. I would stay at Cozy Homestay again and I unreservedly recommend Cozy Homestay to prospective guests. The television service in the bedroom requires improvement. Debora promised to address this matter. I am sure it will be attended to in short order.
• Céline (10/5): Best place to stay in London - The best thing about this homestay is the welcoming atmosphere. Yet, there is also the soft and warm bedding, the practical and wholesome breakfast, the flexibility in arrival and departure times, the tram, bus and train stops all between 5 and 15 minutes, which makes it possible to reach the airport and to visit London easily. Perfect from start to finish. I'm sure to come back again.
