• Elena (10/5): Άνετο, πεντακάθαρο, στο κέντρο της Σητείας! - Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα στο κέντρο της Σητείας. Πολύ άνετο, πεντακάθαρο, καλαίσθητο. Η ανταπόκριση στην επικοινωνία μας άμεση και οταν ζήτησαμε κάτι στο δωμάτιο μας, μας το έστειλαν κατευθείαν! Όμορφα τοπικά κεράσματα καθώς και κρύα μπουκαλάκια νερό στο ψυγείο. Ενημερωτικά, υπάρχουν σκαλιά, οπότε η μεταφορά των αποσκευών ηταν λίγο δύσκολη. Βέβαια, αυτο συμβαίνει στα περισσότερα καταλύματα της Σητείας. Εμείς θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά! Και ανυπομονούμε!

• Annika (10/5): Stilvolle Wohnung in guter Lage - Sehr zentral gelegenes und modern eingerichtetes Apartment. Ca 7 Minuten zu Fuß gibt es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Zu jeder Zeit war jemand erreichbar. Auf Nachfrage gab es ein kostenloses Babybett. Zudem war die Küche gut ausgestattet. Besonders am Wochenende hört man Abends Geräusche von der Straße unter der Wohnung (Restaurants & Fahrzeuge).
• Małgorzata (10/5): Perfect stay - The apartment is new, very well appointed, spotless clean and conveniently located. Big closet which is somewhat rare now-days. Very comfortable bed. There are two pillows per person and it would be nice if one of them would have been a bit flatter. Our apartment faced the small street and the noise from scouters was heard even through closed windows. We were there in a low season so there was no problem to find the spot at the public parking lot but during high season it might be challenging.

• Efpraxia (10/5): Luxury, aesthetic & clean apartment located at the heart of Sitia's center - 11/10 recommendation - Aesthetically the most beautiful apartment I've ever stayed at! Very polite hosts ready to cater to all our needs, very clean, wonderfully and fully-equipped apartment, balcony with a nice view to Sitia's famous raki places at the heart of the city centre. Great bathroom with everything I needed. I wish I could have stayed there forever because it surpassed all my expectations! Can't wait to book a future stay at Althea Suites! 11/10 recommendation 🤍

• Marta (9/5): Great! - Great location, very good communication with our Host. We spent half our stay in the smaller studio with two wonderful terraces – a great place for two in the summer. View is amazing. It might be a bit cramped in the winter. Well equipped – kitchen, washing machine, etc. The second studio (38m2) is very comfortable as well in winter, with everything you need within walking distance. Very nice decor and modern furnishings. Great place to stay in the Sitia. The city is cozy and not very crowded even during summer season. It has many very good quality tavernas and above all the most beautiful waterfront. We’ve been in all main cities of Crete and Sitia is our favorite. N

Que el aire acondicionado no conseguia calentar la habitacion pese a estar a 31 grados

Küche und Bad sind super ausgestattet. Der persönliche Empfang mit hausgemachten Keksen einfach liebevoll empfangend. Ein bezaubernder Ort um zu verweilen! Die Klimaanlage hat nicht genug gewärmt. Die warme Decke hat gefehlt. Ich hatte nie richtig warm. Ich habe mir eine Wolldecke gekauft, eine "Pet-Bettflasche" gemacht und viel Tee gekocht.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν ολοκαίνουριο, πεντακάθαρο και φτιαγμένο με πολλή φροντίδα, από τις όμορφες μυρωδιές μέχρι τον πλήρως εξοπλισμένο χώρο που μας έκανε να νιώθουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Η τοποθεσία του ήταν ιδανική, ακριβώς στο κέντρο, δίπλα σε όλα τα μαγαζιά, τις παραλίες και με χώρο πάρκινγκ πολύ κοντά, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμη πιο άνετη. Μια ζεστή, φιλόξενη εμπειρία που σίγουρα θα θέλουμε να ξαναζήσουμε!

Το δωμάτιο ήταν εξαιρετικά προσεγμένο, ευρύχωρο και διακοσμημένο με κομψότητα που αποπνέει ηρεμία. Η καθαριότητα ήταν υποδειγματική — από τα σεντόνια μέχρι τις μικρές λεπτομέρειες που κάνουν τη διαφορά. Το Althea Suites είναι ένας χώρος που σε κάνει να νιώθεις σαν στο σπίτι σου, αλλά με όλες τις ανέσεις ενός προσεγμένου καταλύματος. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον αναζητά ποιότητα, ηρεμία και αυθεντική κρητική φιλοξενία.

• Grit (9/5): Wunderschönes Tiny-City-Apartment mit großen Terassen. - Die Lage des Zimmers mit dem beidem herrlichen Terrassen/Blick aufs Meer war toll. Die Gastgeberin war supernett. Die Einrichtung ist modern und geschmackvoll. Für uns hat der Platz ausgereicht, obwohl das Zimmer relativ klein ist. Das Bad und die Küche sind schön und zweckmäßig, es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Es gibt keinen Schrank oder Kommode.

• Steffen (9/5): Eine absolut tolle Unterkunft! - Die Unterkunft war sehr modern, sauber und top gepflegt! Sie war sehr zentral, nah am Strand und allen Restaurants. Die Besitzerin war immer sehr bemüht und hat immer kleine Geschenke bereitgestellt. Eine Sache ist uns ein wenig negativ im Gedächtnis geblieben: Wir haben die Handtücher gewaschen, weil wir nicht so ganz verstanden hatten, dass wir immer neue bekommen. Daraufhin wurde die Besitzerin sehr laut und hat uns angeschrien. Im Endeffekt hat sie sich direkt entschuldigt für den Ausraster, aber für unser kühles deutsches Niedrigtemperament war das etwas doll und wir wussten nicht so recht mit der Situation umzugehen. Trotzdem hatten wir einen klasse Aufenthalt.

The location was perfect, parking was easy on the nearby port. Even though we did not order a sea view room, we still got a little glimpse of the ocean between the 2 buildings in front. No faults, this place was perfect!

Sicuramente consigliato Come suggerimento consiglio un servizio di pulizia quotidiano considerato che in Grecia non si può buttare la carta igienica nel wc, ma i servizi separati dalla doccia e con ventola sono funzionali.

I was on the top floor with great terraces front and back, so had a lovely view and a nice breeze through the apartment. The location couldn't be better. My hosts stayed in touch through WhatsApp which was very helpful, and brought some nice gifts. My stay was perfect. (There are a lot of stairs up to the top apartment so don't bring too much luggage!)

• William (10/5): Luxurious living in Sitia - Everything about this property was luxurious. The interior design exceptional as was the decor. Everything was new. I was the first person to use the oven. Bathroom is large modern and new. The toilet is fully functional unlike most in Greece. The view from the balcony is a little restricted but you can see the bay and it’s enjoyable. The bed was excellent. Mattress firm. The air conditioning was very effective but I didn’t need it long. The sun hits the balcony mid morning and has gone overhead by midday. The service was contactable via WhatsApp and was always available. If I ran out of anything it was replaced within a couple of hours. It was such a nice flat part of me didn’t want to leave. I’ve stayed in 3 flats in Sitia - just to compare and this one is easily the best. Everything has been considered - even a very heavy floor to ceiling glass sliding door to the balcony to keep out the noise. The electric blinds are a nice feature. I’m glad I spent 2 weeks there. The welcome cakes were a nice touch from Georgia. I can’t fault it. Outside because it’s in the town centre some noise can be heard late at night but that’s about it.
• Laflamme (10/5): Newly renovated apartment, near downtown - We loved everything. The space is newly renovated with great taste, and very well laid out. The shower is great, and the beds very comfortable. It is ideally located near downtown. The owners are very responsive. Bonus: the apartment includes a washing machine, if you need to clean your clothes. Since it is so well located downtown, parking can be a challenge. Also, for those that can be affected, there is good set of stairs to climb to get to the apartment.

• Olga (9/5): Superb - We had a lovely 3-night stay in Sitia. We stayed in B2 studio with a partially seaview from the balcony on the 2nd floor. The studio is amazing! Very bright, spacious and modern. The bathroom with a hot shower was probably the best one we had during our almost a month long trip around Greek islands. The bed was very comfortable with a high-quality linen. The kitchenette is modern and fully-equipped. The place was absolutely spotless. Also the location is really hard to beat - just steps away from the marina and all restaurants. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended! The place is lacking of proper shutters or blackout blinds. Also it’s located in the small but quite lively central street. You better bring a sleeping mask and earplugs with you.
• Michele (10/5): Small apartment with huge outside space - An excellent apartment (we were in Unit G with the outside balcony). While we found the inside space to be a bit “tight,” we found the two decks to be beyond spacious. The view is fantastic and the locale is ideal for the waterfront area. The apartment was absolutely immaculate upon arrival. Self check-in was clearly communicated and the hosts were very proactive in outreach. The kitchen was small but adequately provisioned — and everything works perfectly. The pictures actually do not do this place justice….it is better than it looks. Even in such a small space, they had a washing machine. We just wish there was a little more space to hang things/put thing away. We ultimately extended our stay here an extra day given how much we liked both the community and the apartment.

• ענבר (10/5): Exceptional - So in the middle of sittia, The apartment was design very well. super clean, and you can see the sea. the family gave me some hand made cookies and jam. it was a warming nice place, i will come again for Shure! There isn't a full body mirror, but its ok :)

• Karl (10/5): An excellent apartment with great value–would stay again! - The decor was phenomenal, very bright, white, and clean, with an especially attractive bathroom. The smart TV was an unexpected bonus. The unit also had a washing machine and drying rack, which was exactly what I needed! Very little! I would have liked a bigger/more substantial blanket to go with the bed, as the one that it had was quite small. I also had to but detergent for the washing machine–it would have been nice it some came complimentary.

• Susanne (10/5): Wonderful apartment near the harbour - I had a very pleasant stay at Althea Suites. The modern apartment is tastefully furnished, with AC, shower, TV etc. all working smoothly. I also appreciated that the apartment was super clean. The location is great - only a one-minute walk to the harbour with its cafes and tavernas; shops are also within easy reach. Communication was excellent: I received clear instructions for check-in and although I did not meet Natasha or Alexandra in person, they were always there to share information and answer questions. I would be happy to return!

The apartment was gorgeous and impeccably clean, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine. It was conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The owner was exceptionally helpful, promptly answering all our questions and accommodating any requests. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Sitia! The apartment didn’t have a full body mirror

The bed is very comfortable. bathoroom / toilet - spacy/new/stylish wifi - 100% AC - 100% big screen tv fridge with cold water bottles kitchenette - good equipment, new location - 1 min from the main/port street, bakery/café right on the corner,.but not too noisy in the night balkony - 2 chairs, table, dryer, view on the street, the balcony-window has a mosquito-net and electric curtains, so you can make the room dark and quiet the checkin/checkout has been made over whatsapp :-) the sofa bed has some hard areas but is still usable
