• roberto (8/5): - La ubicación es muy buena Mucho secretismo, te dejan con la duda si esta todo correcto hasta el último momento. Les llamas y la persona que atendió fue como un robot y solo decía te mandemos los pasos a seguir y nunca llegaba nada. Hasta el mismo día por la mañana nadie nos llamo, ni escribio, llegamos con dudas si tendríamos la casa o no. Entendemos la protección y la discriminación pero podían ser más amables, tener un trato mas cercano.

• Claudia (10/5): tres bien - la localisation vraiment en centre ville et la tranquillité, les espaces des chambres, la propreté Il serait agréable d'avoir des informations sur le supermarché le plus proche et un plan de la ville dans l'appartement à votre arrivé.

• Patrizia (9/5): Appartamento vicino al centro. - La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima, vicino al centro. È dotato di tutti i comfort, comprese le luci con sensori automatici nell' ingresso e nel corridoio. Staff molto veloce ed esaustivo nel rispondere ad un problema con una tapparella. La camera a due letti (uno a scomparsa)è un pò piccola per due ragazzi grandi.
• Thomas (6/5): Great apartment but a pity the host didn’t live up to the same standard. - Great location, clean and good facilities (cooker, oven, washing machine and dishwasher). Whoever checked us in was curt, bordering on rude. He gave the briefest tour of the apartment. As I said previously the facilities were good,, except there were no instructions on how to operate them. Managed to figure out the cooker and washing machine but the dishwasher was a dead loss. Also the host didn’t confirm my requested check in time through Booking.com and didn’t reply to two follow-up messages I sent.
• Daniel (10/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are happy to recommend the apartment to any visitor to the city. - The apartment was excellent. Bright, clean and comfortable and very close to visit locations, pubs and restaurants. It was directly across the road from the Roman Theatre Neither the host nor his key holder spoke English and this made written and oral communications difficult. It was not until the day before our arrival that we learned the arrangements for the key. There was no local information or recommendations provided and the external door lock proved difficult to master each time we entered the apartment block.

• Antonio (10/5): Fresh, quiet and convenient. - Very fresh apartment. Seems newly renovated. Fully equipped, I can’t think of anything it was missing. It even had an electric kettle, sandwich grill and radio in the rooms. Located in a very quiet area, next to the roman theatre museum, but still a short walk away from the bustling old town city center. Parking Los Sitios is less than 10 minutes walk away and is about half the price of the other parking garages around the old town. There is also an El Corte Inglés shopping center nearby.
