• Liz (9/5): Lovely staycation for a couple of days - Very spacious and comfortable The walks were lovely and it was nice to meet the hosts who were very welcoming and Will talked me through a couple of the walks that I was interested in doing. Our dog loved the addition of some balls to play with! It would have been nice to have a few bits like salt & pepper, and a toaster
• Joanna (9/5): A perfect, peaceful getaway in a beautiful setting with a warm and welcoming host. - We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be giving this accommodation the highest score. The area is beautiful and secluded, offering peaceful, undisturbed views. A scenic 30-minute riverside walk takes you all the way to the coast, which we really enjoyed. The accommodation itself is tastefully designed and very well equipped. We especially loved the sunroom, and the abundance of well-maintained plants gave the space a warm, homely feel. Everything was thoughtfully furnished, making our stay very comfortable. We also had the pleasure of meeting Miranda, the owner, as we arrived earlier than planned. She was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, took the time to answer all our questions, and provided helpful information about the local area. We would absolutely love to return and will definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area.

The dust, cobwebs, the bed and duvet were too small to be comfortable for two, no toaster, kitchen paper not even a dishcloth, not even a pint of milk in the broken fridge, spice cupboard dirty. Unable to adjust the heating as thermostat locked, COLD, noise and loud banging from owners upstairs on our last day and night.

• CHRIS (10/5): Quiet and close to the coast, perfect for what I wanted. - I liked the garden access to a field where I can walk the dog. Crossing the bridge gives access to a field where dogs can run off lead. Its a very quick drive into Lyme Regis and not far from seatown which is nice for a sunset pint. My car is a large vehicle and parking was tight but manageable.
• Danielle (10/5): Gorgeous home from home - Beautifully decorated, gorgeous garden and homey. It was the perfect home from home. The location is ideal for driving or walking to explore. Reg (the dog) was welcomed and enjoyed the garden and Lyme Regis beach. The hosts were very accommodating and took the time to explain walking routes and the detailed information folder. I would absolutely stay again! Nothing to dislike.

Bed was comfy, it's lovely looking waking up and just looking for the bookcase, and if you have open the current and looking out on the fields just a beautiful place.

• Steph :) (10/5): Beautiful space - Everything, the layout, the attention to detail in construction of the apartment, the quality of furnishings, the plantlife, the space. The underfloor heating. The natural light. The facilities to prepare meals. Would have loved to stay for longer and would definitely return if in the area. Ability to control the temperature - heating control was locked (it wasn't a big enough issue to contact the owners late at night) The space to park out the front was tricky in the dark.

• nicky (8/5): - The accommodation was lovely and the view of fields was very nice Access to the property was via a slope, it also said beachfront on the description which is why I booked it, it wasn't beach front. The doors are wooden and we couldn't get in the door, we had to call the owner out to let us in, he was very helpful.

Klemmende deuren, niet werkende verwarming en broodrooster, informatie WiFi onleesbaar, hangende schommel stoel op terras slecht gemonteerd. Voor de betaalde prijs mag je verwachten dat dit in orde is.

• Pamela (10/5): Relaxing break in a lovely apartment, with some nice walks and near to pubs etc. - Beautiful little apartment at the back of the larger Wandas house (not next door as we thought). Owners were lovely and were in when we called. Accurate instructions received before the day. Everything you would need to stay including dog bed, lead, towel, poo bags etc. Drive down a very narrow lane to get to the property but not far down. Dog walks on the field behind (not immediately from the garden) so close by. Lovely walk into Lyme Regis from close by. Nearest town is Lyme Regis - about 3 miles or so (mile and a half to walk. Big food shops in Lyme and Axminster. Nice pubs within a walk or short car ride. If travelling further afield, easier to go up to the A35 rather than through Lyme Regis. The other thing a little unusual in the flat was the bed was only separated by an bookcase frame - it was fine but if one wanted to watch TV later than the other the TV had to be turned down. The narrow lanes and sharp corners take getting used to when you come from a big down full of dual carriageways!! Some of the beaches dont allow dogs in summer, or after 6pm (Charmouth). The dog beaches in Lyme are not over nice.
• Melanie (10/5): Exceptional - A fabulous apartment with all we needed for our weekend stay. Amazing location - we loved walking down to Lyme Regis along the river and the walk to Golden Cap from Langdon woods. We were made to feel very welcome, from the fresh flowers to the milk in the fridge, to the lovely message in answer to our message saying we were delayed on our way down. Our only regret was how short our stay was and that we hadn't brought our dog! There was nothing not to like.

• Hans-joerg (10/5): Exceptional - Little Wandas is a spacious and tastefully furnished flat with access to a veranda and a nice view across some meadows. Our hosts were lovely and helpful. And you can bring your dog! There is a pleasant walk down to Lyme Regis along the river Lim. Other walks can be found from around the property. The local filling station has a small shop attached for daily necessities.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly by Will and Miranda—it felt like visiting family. The place itself is beautifully kept, full of charm and comfort, but it was the kindness of our hosts that really made it special. An unexpected bonus was the presence of their two lovely cats, who were sweet and friendly, and added a real homely touch to our stay. We left feeling rested and grateful, and we’ll absolutely be back again. Thank you, Will and Miranda, for such a memorable visit. That I had to leave
• Paul (4/5): All though it was a good location we will not be returning again - The accommodation was clean and tidy Unfortunately the bed and mattress was really uncomfortable and squeaky and it gave me a bad back and I couldn’t sleep very well Parking was right outside the property but very difficult to park and confusing as there was too many vehicles Property was stated as dogs friendly “Dogs Welcome” so we had taken our little dogs but they could hear all movement from upstairs and outside which continued to unsettled them, plus there was two cats moving around outside and jumping on the glass roof of the house which we could all see and continued to set the dogs off Unfortunately we left early and didn’t stay the whole term that we had booked

We had a very relaxing stay, many thanks to Will & Miranda, we would definitely recommend Little Wandas Apart from phone signals being a bit hit and miss it was great

• Caz (9/5): Really lovely property with a beautiful consevatory & back gaden - We liked the size of the property and the layout and furnishings. It's very tastefully decorated with a gorgeous outlook from the back garden. The parking was very convenient and just a short drive to Lyme Regis town centre. We didn't have any bath towels provided (we had our own so used them) our stay was a quick 1 night stop over, a welcome pack would have been greatly received i.e butter, bread, eggs (this is just a suggestion and by no means a criticism)

• Gary (9/5): Excellent apartment - The apartment was superb. Very large and comfortable. Great kitchen, only thing missing was a washing machine. The sofa & chair in the lounge area were very comfortable. Having a conservatory and seating area outside were a real bonus. The first couple of days we were there the weather not cold and very wet. This made the apartment cold. There is no heating or log fire. We snuggled under a throw blanket.

Can not fault the apartment at all - everything you needed was contained in the accommodation from fluffy towels to all the necessary cooking equipment to rustle up a good meal Nothing!

It was spotless and was well equipped with everything I could possibly need for the holiday. It advertised as pet friendly and this was very much the case. Friendly and welcoming hosts. • Lynda (6/5): Pleasant - Spacious clean apartment. Good location with everything you could want for a self catering stay. Unfortunately the owners live above the apartment and there is a lot of noise that can be heard from above. We were kept awake until the early hours of this morning by loud voices, furniture scraping on hard floor and constant heavy foot steps. This spoilt the end of our stay sadly.
