• Richard (6/5): Nice apartment but could use some minor improvements - Great location. 10 min walk to Milano Centrale train station; 30 min walk to Duomo Owner seems very nice (although we never met); excellent communications Apartment is not luxurious by any means, but it is very spacious Nice balcony Very comfy bed Large refrigerator and everything you might need in a kitchen No heat in the apartment until Oct 22 (per Italian law; would've been good to know) so apartment was chilly. No hot water in bathroom sink. Only 1 towel per person for a 4 night stay Only 1 tiny trash can (and I mean tiny!) in the whole apartment

• MALGORZATA (5/5): Good location, but that would be it… - Location was good. Check in was smooth. Responsive host It was a very dark and pokey apartment, which looked much better in the photos. The steep and super narrow staircase did not help the overall experience.

• Nantera (10/5): It was really comfortable for all 3 nights of our stay. We loved that the location is close to the Milan Centrale Statio - We loved the kitchen, It had all the appliances and tools we needed. We also loved the fact that we had space to layout at least one of our big luggages in the bedroom. The owner was really helpful and kind for our whole stay.

• Zsuzsa (2/5): Very poor - Location. This apartment should not be rented out in its current condition. The problem isn’t that it’s a bit worn-out — the location could compensate for that. Unfortunately, the necessary technical renovations have not been carried out. The heating is inadequate; we shivered for five days. The air conditioners don’t work properly and couldn’t be used for heating (cooling wasn’t needed at this time). Water barely trickles out of the taps (the pressure is insufficient). In the bathroom, we could only use hot water if the kitchen tap was also open (I assume the low water pressure prevents the gas boiler from functioning properly). The toilet leaks. Although the owner was accommodating, these are not issues that can be resolved during a short stay. A smaller issue is the lack of a washing machine in the apartment — this is something a traveler is likely to need more than a dishwasher.

• Nikolay (3/5): Did not meet our expectations - Close to the central railway station. A big reason why we booked this apartment was because it was supposed to have a lift. However, we were informed about the fact that the lift is broken on the day of the arrival (when it was no longer possible to cancel the reservation). We had to live without the lift for the whole duration of our stay. That is a lot of stairs. The cleanliness was questionable, there was some opened food left in the fridge from previous guests. The apartment had issues with some of its light switches which were tough to press. Additionally there was a warning with paper attached to the wall to be careful about some electric current (the paper was apparently covering some problematic spot). The water pressure in the bathroom sink was terrible and the shape of it made it very tough to wash your hands without touching the basin. When showering it was impossible to get the water temperature to stay steady. It was too cold most of the time with the occasional too hot moments. It made us consider booking a hotel to get a proper place to shower - however to save money we decided to just bare somehow through the 3 nights we had reserved here. On the day when we were supposed to check out we were woken up at 7am by loud opera music from the apartment next door - apparently used as a sign to make us check out on time. Overall this place needs maintenance and it did not meet our expectations. We did not enjoy our stay in Milano that much because of this accommodation.
• Liyinglinda2 (8/5): Very good - The hot water (washing basin tap does not working, we can not wash our faces with the hot water, only fir the cold water, and the cold water doesn't run very well, either, it comes very little cold water. The Bidet does not work, either. Theses are things which bother us. In sread of washing our faces there we do it at kitchen. The another tjing is, there are only 2 big bath towels, there should be 2 more small or middle towels fir drying hands. Finally the cover of the toilet wasn't fixed.

• Fiona (9/5): Great location, great apartment, great hosts! - Beautiful apartment. Modern but classic aesthetic. The pictures don't do it justice. 5 minutes walk to the station. We got there very late, Sergio could not have been more accommodating. Everything was spotless. Lovely balcony. Very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Very modern, nice apartment with a wonderful balcony! Lacks nothing. Host available online all the time, quick response. A/C for hot days, apartment located on 5th floor, not a very busy street.

• Roberge (9/5): Cozy and central! - Sergio waited for us to give us the keys and give us a few instructions. Helped us with our luggages. The place was clean, the bed super comfortable. We had an amazing time. Located really close to the center, it was perfect to walk or move bu metro. I would go back.
