• hang (10/5): - 地理位置方便，出门几分钟就是商业街和乌菲兹美术馆，超市就在旁边，这对于我们带娃人士极为友好。房间内部整洁舒适，活动空间充足。位于中心地带但晚上安静，不影响休息。一切都很满意，甚至让我们萌生在这里安家的想法。如果有机会再来，等孩子大点不用婴儿车了，一定还会回到这里住宿！ 没有电梯，但这不是房主的错。

I have stayed in a lot of airbnb and this one had almost everything. It would hurt to have just a couple of pods for coffee and some sugar. We left some for next guests

Apartamento antiguo pero bien reformado, tal y como se ve en las fotos, con todo lo necesario. Personal muy atento y amable, tuvimos un problema con nuestro viaje de llegada y pudimos cambiar la fecha sin problema A pesar de estar avisado, las escaleras de subida al apartamento se hacen pesadas. Por lo demás todo bien.

• 奕君 (9/5): great, will absolutely choose again if we’re back in the city. - the bed is comfortable for us, even the sofa bed, sleep well. a bit smell at the shower drain, however i guess its due to old building and pipe.
• Mante (1/5): - The apartment was spacious. The hosts were very responsive, and the location is central and easy to reach. The apartment was very cold during my stay. The AC units were running constantly but did not warm the apartment. Upon arrival, even after being informed that I could already check in, I encountered a cleaning staff member still working in the apartment and had to wait about 15 minutes outside. After entering, it was clear that the apartment had not been fully cleaned, which was disappointing. Although I reported this to the host and the cleaning staff returned later to finish the job, the overall experience of my stay was already affected.

I recommend this beautiful place, I would hire it again when I return to Florence. I loved it, I am very grateful for so many attentions. Todo es perfecto
• McRobbie (10/5): A great apartment in the perfect location - The location of the apartment is fantastic, only a few minutes walk from lots of city centre attractions, restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was clean, quiet and very comfortable. It had everything we could ask for especially the washing machine and dryer as we had been travelling for a time. We cannot fault this place. Highly recommend.

Apartamentul este superb, totul a fost confortabil, faptul ca nu s-au folosit chei, ci cod de acces a fost foarte ok. ..ca am stat putin :))

• Regis (7/5): Estadia bonita, porém sem internet. - A acomodação é limpa, bonita e muito bem localizada. Dica: sempre fique próximo à estação de trem. Facilita muito! Tinha lido as reclamações sobre o Wi-Fi e não levei fé. E é totalmente verdade, o Wi-Fi não funciona! Não é questão de instabilidade e sim não funcional completamente. Se isso não for um empecilho pra ti. Pegue este lugar com certeza Mas, se for como meu caso que vem de outro continente e tem plano de internet limitado. O Wi-Fi é algo essencial! E nos 5 dias ficar sem internet irritou muito! Diversas vezes tentei contato com os responsáveis, mandei fotos, comprovante de velocidade da internet. Mas, no fim fiquei com a sensação de ser enrolado e para não estressar deixei de lado. É bom também ficar ciente que tem que subir 64 degraus O pé direito dos apartamentos são muito altos.
• Malcolm (9/5): A great retreat - Centrally placed, easy walk to most of the places you'd want to visit, cosy, and well maintained. Some people may not appreciate the 64 steps up to the door, but they are honestly not that bad. The only really disappointment was the WiFi, but that is not really something that can fixed by the company.
• cory (4/5): Great location but not a great stay. - The location is great, the space is very nice and the kitchen worked well. Shower is good and the couch is comfortable (which is good cuz the bed is horrible). Communication was not very good before the check-in, they didn’t really communicate anything until about 30 min before we arrived… but during they were pretty responsive. I know there are a lot of very high ratings for this place (the reason we booked it) but our experience was not so nice. We had 5 nights here so a pretty good grounds for how the place operates. And as you’ve seen from other reviews, there are 3 floors of stairs to definitely be mindful of if you have luggage.. it’s no joke haha. The door lock mechanism they have, worked sometimes and others it took 5 or 6 tries to get in or out.. at one point we thought we were going to get locked in here lol… The bed was hard which I don’t mind but you can also feel the springs which was pretty uncomfortable so I actually slept most nights on the couch. During our time the bathroom had a horrible smell. They came and tried to do something for it which helped a little but it was still pretty wicked…. And I know you don’t come to Florence for the internet… but if Wi-fi is important to you, I would highly suggest elsewhere as it was spotty at best. We had to reset the modem pretty much every few hours to get a good hour of use before we would just give up on it for the day. So, if you are working or doing anything remote… Not really dependable. We probably wouldn’t stay here again unless it was a much better price, but for the price we paid, certainly could have had a better experience.
• Collins (9/5): Perfect location, in the details it tells you there is no lift so we knew that we would have flights of stairs to climb, - Lovely apartment, with everything we needed, air conditioning was a must have, great location. There was an issue getting into the apartment but the staff were very quick to resolve the issue. There was also a problem with the A/C in the lounge (dripping) but again the staff resolved it straight away!
• Reanna (10/5): Urban retreat was great place. Felt like home. Relaxing. Perk to have washer and dryer. Quiet. - There's a little Cafe next door that was perfect to grab a pastry and coffee. Friendly service. Has little inside and outside seating. The lack of knowledge of the stairs especially since we arrived later evening and surprised with 3 flights of stairs carrying both our individual and our children's luggage. But I didn't mind the stairs much after with no luggage. Haha

Rent og godt utstyrt. Stort og behagelige senger. Litt dårlig vedlikeholdt. Store flekker på sofa, merker på vegger og hyller, knagger som ikke var skrudd fast. Dette ga den nydelig innredet leiligheten et noe nedslitt inntrykk. Trappene opp.

• Steven (3/5): Overpriced for the stay, old photos. Needs maitenance and needs to be refreshed. - Location was excellent. Trek up the stairs, but a good workout! The shower door was broken and doesn't close, the shower didn't drain which is disgusting and unsanitary, and the shower walls had holes in them. 2 glasses in the unit for 3 people. The place wasn't adequately cleaned from previous occupants, hair everywhere. The furniture was tired and dirty.
• Christie (10/5): Great spot! - We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for 3 adults and would have been comfortable with children too. There is no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up about 60 stairs. We used the washing machine and it worked great. The wifi was not consistent for us. Great location, only 10 minutes from the train and a close walk to everything in the core. The windows open to the Center of the building. There is no view but it is quiet which was nice. The exposed stone on the ceiling was beautiful.
• Shoaib (6/5): Great location, nice apartment, lot of stairs and not many amenities for the price - Great location in the centre of Florence. Everything in the centre is within a 10 minute walk & it is a 5 min walk to the train station. Hosts were attentive and very communicative on WhatsApp & helpful. Stairs: read a few reviews that complained about the stairs but assumed it was just being exaggerated. Roughly 60 steps (3 long flights of stairs) up to the apartment. We’re both relatively mobile, but I’ve had a knee injury so was very sore towards the end of the week stay! Amenities: only 2 small (hotel sample size) bottles of shower gel provided. No shampoo provided. We stayed at the property for 7 nights. Kitchen: No bottle opener or cork opener. Only a small bin with no noticeable replacement bin-liners. So if you are planning on cooking and have food waste it will fill up very quickly - luckily we didn’t cook, but we still struggled for space after staying there 7 nights.

• Bernard (6/5): Great location, washing machine and dryer helps on long trips. - Location was good, walking distance to all the major sights and walkable to the main train station. Apartment was large and there are beds for up to 5 pax. There is a washing machine and dryer. Host replies to all questions very fast on whatsapp. 1. apartment on the 4th floor, so can be tiring to bring up large luggage. 2. Wifi was slow and not working on some days (host says if there are a lot of users, then the internet will be slow). 3. need to buy 3. Due to large size of the apartment, it got really cold on some days, esp the main bed room. 4. bath room floor does not dry up and was always wet during our stay, only 2 rolls of toliet paper provided for 4 night stay.

Been to the city a couple times and this was a great stay for two people! Host was easy to communicate with and was responsive. The biggest issue for other people would be the amount of steps it takes to get to the apartment.

• Vlad (9/5): Excellent location, great design, unfortunately has no parking. - Great location in the city centre. Spacious and very stylish interior design. Its also well equipped with all you might need for a pleasent stay. It’s advertised that it has parking which is not true. Only when you check more details you can see that it’s a public parking with extra charge - using that logic every apartment on the world has parking as every city has a public garage or street parking - very misleading. The apartment is on the third floor with no lift which was exhausting experience considering we are traveling with the kid - 3 large and 3 small suitcases.

• Eliana (10/5): Exceptional - I recently stayed in Florence for two nights and had an exceptional experience. The bed was excellent, providing a comfortable and restful sleep. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to all the main attractions and local shops and restaurants. The cleanliness of the accommodation was impressive. The highlight, however, was the couple who rented the place. They were incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel truly welcome. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence.

• Ana (9/5): Superb - Right from our personal greeting when we arrived with one of the hosts, followed by the prompt correspondence to any questions, this property has been one of our favourites in Italy so far. The location is incredible, highly recommend 'My Bakery' for morning coffee and pastries, only 50 meters from the front door. The apartment was lovely, with a big primary bedroom and a spacious bathroom. I'm sure it would've been a lovely spacious lounge, too, if we hadn't needed the sofa bed for our kids. Everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Thank you.
• Inna (10/5): loved the stylish apartment and warm hospitality. can't wait to return! - The apartment was very cozy, stylish, and beautiful—so much so that I was pleasantly surprised as it surpassed what I had expected from the photos. The host was incredibly welcoming; they provided a wealth of information about the city, highlighted everything on a map, and even helped carry my suitcase. I’m not sure which impressed me more—the apartment itself or the hospitality. The location was also fantastic, close to everything. It’s a pity I only stayed for one day. If I’m ever back in Florence, I will definitely choose these apartments again! 3rd floor with no elevator. But i believe this is a standard for this city

• John (10/5): Comfortable stay with great hosts but watch your head. - Marco was incredible. Net us upon arrival, showed us everything in the apartment and then sat down and shared his favorite places with us. Even pulling them up on his phone so we could take a picture. Shower was larger than most in our past experiences and loved having the bedroom separate from the living space. Shirt ceiling. Hit my head multiple times. The pictures are accurate.
• Lynda (10/5): We really enjoyed the independence of having a beautiful apartment to stay in. - The apartment was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and quirky in its decor. The location was fabulous, only 10 mins from the station and fairly central for everything, but quiet at night. The pillows were too firm! A welcome pack would have been very welcome as we had had a 14 hour train journey and it would have been lovely to have made a drink on our arrival.
• Marie (1/5): Disappointment - Location Please don't stay here. The day before our reservation they told us that they had structural damage on the ceiling and the room would not be available, we could only sleep on the sofa bed. With such short notice there were no other accommodations available and we had no choice but to stay on the sofa bed. They did not offer any type of compensation for our inconvenience and we had to ask them for it. In the end, they only agreed to return €92 of the total €1,004.55, which does not even represent 8% of our payment and we slept 4 nights on a sofa bed. They did not agree to compensate us for even one of the nights. As owners of a rental property, part of the business is assuming the expenses and consequences when the properties have a problem, for that reason they benefit financially from the property all year round. When situations like this arise, at a minimum they must fairly compensate those affected. The entire time we were very respectful and polite and we were not treated as we deserved.

• Wang (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was so spacious and well decorated. All the lighting gave off a warm ambience. The bedroom was a bit dark but made it nice to wake up slowly in the morning.
• Taimi (10/5): Everything you need for a stay in central Florence. Loved the location near the river to cross to Oltranto area. - Fabulous location and extremely helpful hosts who allowed early check in and late check out when asked. Only issue for some would be the 3 flights of stairs with bags.

Will stay back in a heartbeat.  No elevator. Suggested the owners to provide a little bit more detergent for laundry and coffee and spices for visiting guests. Small touch would go along way. Other than that great location. And great stay. Thank you so much for everything. 
• Gareth (10/5): Great location, great retreat from the hustle and bustle! - Really good location to explore all over, less than 10 minutes to most of the big attractions, and only 5 minutes from the train / Tram station. run by a group of 3 great locals, a modern finish with some funky details / style and plenty of space and 1 minute from a great pastry place!

The apartment was beautiful & loved the original architectural details of the roof rafters & brick. The apartment had everything we need. Daniele met us on time to let us in & explained everything. He was very helpful & available to answer our questions, which was mostly about the neighborhood suggestions & our scheduled tours.

Lots of space with everything you could possibly need. our daughter just loved the bunk space up the ladder for reading, and great spot to sleep too. Location was perfect, walking distance to everything and convenient short walk to train station too. Great cafe just on the same corner, as well as a couple of great restaurants at the end of each block. Price also great, much better value than most places we stayed on our Italy trip. Hosts were great, went out of thier way to ensure we had everything we needed, great communication. can’t think of anything, maybe for elderly people just know that there are a few stairs to get to the third floor. But the host was there to help if required. Wasnt an issue for us at all.

• Özgecan (10/5): Nice appartment and friendly staff - First of all owners and welcome staff is very friendy and they ask most of time everything is ok. We did online check in before arrival and didnt lose time for it. Location is a few min to piazza republica and also close to train station, very nice area. appartment is lovely, lightings and decoration is so nice. Bed, pillows and also sofa very comfortable and sofa is large enough for 2 people. Cleaning is good. Hot water is also good. We’r with a baby and I was worried about the temperature of the room but it was ok too. Lastly windows are not on the streetside so there is no noise. it is on 3rd floor wihtout lift. It was a bad suprise for us with a baby and baby stroller. It would be nice if u add a room odor and a few basics for kitchen like oil, salt and paper.
