• Fernando (7/5): Bien pero, necesita eliminar olores - La situación y que tiene todo lo que se necesita. Supongo que los que estuvieron antes que nosotros eran fumadores y se quedó el olor impregnado en todo.

• consol (8/5): Apartamento aceptable, teniendo en cuenta el precio y la ubicación - Equilibrio precio calidad. La ubicación es céntrica y el apartamento está bien. Dotado con todos los aparatos necesarios. Bien decorado en los detalles. Apartamento interior con ventanas a patio de luces con muy poca luz. El dormitorio era muy pequeño y el desagüe del lavabo no drenaba bien.

• Sanahuja Moros (5/5): Genial ubicación, ideal para 2 ya que el sofá cama es incómodo. - La ubicación, muy cerca del Movistar Arena a un precio razonable. La comodidad del sofá cama deja bastante que desear.
• AGUSTIN (6/5): Buena ubicación - Su ubicación y tranquilidad .El buen trato de Alejandro que nos pudo adelantar la entrada. El detalle de los bombones. El colchón del sofá cama del salón muy incómodo para dos personas jóvenes. Falta algún menaje en cocina como cucharitas de café.
• Arès (8/5): - Anfitrión excelente, súper amable y atento en todo momento, muy predispuesto a ayudar. Piso pensado para ir sola o con otra persona. Edificio tranquilo, al menos cuando yo estuve. Zona agradabla y también tranquila. Varios supermercados cerca.

• daniel (8/5): Genial ubicación, apartamento excelente para dos - Si ubicación era excelente Han de cambiar las almohadas, no se podía dormir con ellas, se ha de efectuar un mantenimiento a la puerta del lavabo, la maneta está suelta y falla, las bisagras hacen mucho ruido y de noche molesta.

• HOYU (10/5): - We highly recommend this place. Although self check-in wasn’t available, the staff was extremely friendly. After our flight was delayed, they patiently waited for us and arrived at the apartment door within five minutes. They gave us a detailed introduction to all the room facilities. The bathroom provided full toiletries, and both heating and air conditioning worked very well. The WiFi instructions were clear and easy to follow. We also appreciated the complimentary bottle of red wine and the capsules for the coffee machine.

• Adrian (1/5): Pésimo - No llegue a entrar a este alojamiento por tanto no puedo opinar de ello El dueño de este alojamiento después de cogerme el teléfono y quedar con él en quince minutos en la puerta de su casa me tuvo tres horas esperandole en su puerta desde el inicio del check in que era a las 15:00, mientras lo llamaba y mandaba mensajes sin dar señales de vida, algo que su teléfono sí que daba señal. Contacto conmigo cuando conseguí a través de Booking cancelar el alojamiento. Llevo muchos años usando esta app y sin duda la peor experiencia que he tenido.
• Pablo (1/5): ESPANTOSO.No lo recomiendo a nadie - Es penoso. Nos cobraron más de 500€ por un fin de semana. El edificio es es deplorable. El apartamento sucio, oscuro,interior, con un sofá imposible. Un robo a mano armada. No me gustó nada de nada.HORRIBLE.

Καλή και ήσυχη τοποθεσία αν και το πρόβλημα εργασιών με την κυκλική γραμμή του μετρο που δεν λειτουργεί προσωρινά δυσκόλευε την μετακίνηση. Η πόρτα του μπάνιου είχε πρόβλημα το οποίο θα πρέπει να επιδιορθωθεί.

• Milco (1/5): CUIDADO! Pésima experiencia es en serio - Nada, todo pésimo. Desde el inicio a fin. Propietario ingresó intempestivamente hasta 2 veces al Dpto, sin avisar. Borracho, indicaba que porque era su propiedad podia entrar sin permiso Y el Gestor, alias Alexander o Alejandro me exigió de mala manera 80 euros más por que vio que una amiga vino a visitarnos. Es decir si algún amigo q vive en madrid viene a visitarte debe quedarse afuera en la calle por que solo por ingresar a la sala,, te van a cobrar adicional, lamentablemente por mi tranquilidad tuve que ceder y darle el dinero que pidió. La chapa del baño esta malograda, no abre facilmente te puedes quedar atrapado adentro. Al salir nos percatamos que no entraba la llave, nos habia puesto otro seguro y nuestras cosas estaban adentro. El gestor vino borracho la noche anterior a abrirnos la puerta con otra llave y el propietario vino borracho tambien al dia siguiente. Pésimo, y falta de respeto total. Me impresiona tanto que haya personas asi. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto. Tengan mucho cuidado es la 1era vez que nos sucede esto, lamentable por que Madrid es una bella ciudad pero esto, lo malogró todo. Adjunto foto para que vean que se metieron al depa sin pedir permiso "solo por el hecho de ser el propietario".

• Ganna (6/5): Wenn man NUR unterwegs ist und nicht kochen muss, ist die Unterkunft ok. Bettwäsche mitbringen - Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert, obwohl ich relativ spät (21:30) angereist bin. Der Gastgeber hat mich persönlich empfangen und die Wohnung gezeigt. Das Bad war sauber! Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut. Die Wohnung ist ziemlich dunkel (Fenster zum Innenhof). Dadurch kann es sehr laut sein, wenn die Fenster offen sind. Das Schlafzimmer fand ich nicht gut. Fraglich war, ob die Bettwäsche überhaupt frisch war. Die Küche habe ich nicht benutzt, aber es gab nicht mal ein scharfes Messer. Sonst ist alles ziemlich untergekommen: Flecken an den Wänden und auf dem Sofa, altes Geschirr, kaputte Kaffeemaschine. Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

• Azul María (10/5): - Hermoso departamento. Luminoso, limpio y cómodo. Rafael me permitió ingresar antes del horario del check-in porque ya estaba vacío el departamento. La ubicación es muy cómoda, la zona muy hermosa. Repetiría sin dudas.

• Lewis (8/5): Great place to stay for weekend trip in madrid. - The property was quaint and easily accessible. It had everything needed for a weekend stay. It was moderately clean. We did mop the floor over the weekend stay and there was lots of dirt that came off the floor. The location was good and the host was lovely! Lack of soft lighting, ie lamps and the sofa could have done with some cushions. The neighbours were very noisy
