• Mariia (10/5): Amazing escape to the seaside - The location, the house itself, and the surrounding area are absolutely amazing. Inside, it feels very cozy, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are large with super comfortable mattresses. The views are stunning, both of the sea and the mountains. The sunsets are gorgeous, and the air is so fresh and clean. The sound of the sea is powerful and always present, which we actually enjoyed a lot. Getting and returning the keys is done remotely, which is very convenient since you don’t need to go anywhere or meet anyone. The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine and plenty of dishes for cooking and serving. The outdoor grill was a lovely surprise, and we really enjoyed cooking dinner over the fire These things didn’t spoil our stay at all, but they might be important for someone, so I’ll mention them. There are no food supplies at all. Usually, in holiday homes, there are at least some basics like salt, sugar, or oil from previous guests, but here there was nothing. We didn’t even bring salt and pepper, expecting to find them. There were also no extra trash bags or laundry detergent, so keep that in mind if you plan a longer stay. The ants can be a bit annoying, especially around the sink, although they didn’t go onto the dining table. The sound of the sea might be too loud for light sleepers, especially if the windows or doors are open, and even with everything closed it’s still clearly heard.

• Ioannis (10/5): The best rutine breaker...Relaxing - The owners were very responsive and polite! The house was in a great location, right by the sea, there was access from a little gate on the beach and the sea, we enjoyed our morning, afternoon and night walks there! The house was crystal clear so was the extremely big garden the property is in. Despite the fact that the property is in an area that a lot of people take as isolated, there are a lot of things to do, a lot of fast food and restaurants to visit, supermarkets and local grocery stores and a lot of lovely and picturesque churches and other locations. There was a complementary wine ice colt in the fridge waiting for us, there was even ice in the freezer. Finally, the sunset from the beach, from the house veranda, from the garden or from the balcony upstairs was breathtaking and the sound of the sea especially in the night was a cherry on top of a delicious cake...very relaxing!! A great experience, thank you so much!! Hope to visit you soon again!

• Dora (9/5): After a disappointing stay in Ayia Napa, I believe we have found our spot! - It was a perfect retreat for the three of us. Loved the proximity to the sea and various restaurants. The property itself was well-tended and comfortable. We will definitely return to this site! We had a miscommunication with the owner on securing the keys.
• Denis (7/5): - Фантастическая локация, прекраснейший вид, отличная территория, большой зеленый двор, хороший гриль, шикарный вид на море и закат, везде чисто. Дом предназначен для четырех человек, но душ и туалет есть только на первом этаже, из мастер-спальни на втором этаже каждый раз нужно ходить по достаточно крутой винтовой лестнице. О многих вещах, которые кажутся базовыми- не позаботились. Нет геля для душа, нет запасных мусорных пакетов, есть стиральная машинка, но нет порошка, в одной из спален не работает пульт от кондиционера. На кухне очень много муравьев повсюду. Из-за конструктивных особенностей дома он очень сильно нагревается. В те дни, что мы жили в доме- было очень жарко и даже постоянно включенные кондиционеры не спасали ситуацию. Так же из-за конструктива в доме достаточно плохая шумоизоляция. Неудобный процесс получения ключей- нужно заехать за ними к хозяевам домой в другой локации, хотя у дома есть локер.
• Christine (9/5): Staff were attentive and helpful and always available many thanks for the bbq it was wonderful. - Superb view, spectacular sunsets , calm vibes all the way.. beach is great for walking collecting stones and dipping in the little pools when hot. This is not a swimming beach - but spectacular nonetheless.. head up 3 k north to paradise beach and you’ve found tranquil heaven Nothing, great space and layout - two bedroom large living dining area but spent most of our time on back deck looking at the sea. I never sleep beyond 9 .. but the sound of the waves has me out most days until 1 pm.. pure relax…❤️

The house, the view, the location was PERFECT! Many many thanks to the hostess for such a kind and treatment!!! There is absolutely nothing which we didn’t like :)
• Vanesa4 (7/5): Good - We really loved the beautiful view from the house and the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere—it was the perfect place to unwind. The pillows were uncomfortable, and the two beds in the first room were too hard to sleep on, which made the overall sleeping experience quite poor. The key collection process was also a bit inconvenient, as we had to stop about 15 minutes before reaching the house. The house wasn’t very clean, and while not a major issue, it could have been better maintained. Some basic supplies like washing liquid or spare shampoo/shower gel would have been nice, though not essential. Lastly, it’s important to note that swimming at the beach in front of the house is not possible—it felt too dangerous.

• Anastasiia (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation is cozy and peaceful. The house includes everything you need for your comfort stay: equipped kitchen (big fridge, oven, all the dishes and pans), bathroom, living room with an amazing view, two bedrooms. All rooms have AC. On the second floor there is a nice balcony with breathtaking view. The green area around the house is big enough to play with a dog or enjoy resting outside. The sea and the beach nearby, just few steps. During our stay the sea was rough and quite noisy, but no complaints, we really enjoyed it. It's the best place for a digital detox and relishing nature.
