• Angie (10/5): Couples Getaway - Our 5th time staying here and as always everything was absolutely fantastic. The owners and staff are all so friendly and welcoming and always remember us. The hotel is lovely and our room was ready for us almost straight away. We will always stay here whenever we visit. There is nothing to dislike.

Poți stabili un alt preț pentru micul dejun și să ai din ce alege sau să nu oferi nimic .Mi-ar fi plăcut să fi fost în altă locație. Un hotel de 4 stele , nu are ce să caute în acea zonă.
• Tomasz (7/5): Inattentive stuff. - It was near the seaside. The room was spacious and clean. We arrived on June 9th, after the local football match day Albania vs. Serbia. Even though we entered via the main entrance with luggage the receptionist didn't notice us and kept smoking. After spending 15 minutes in a lobby I looked for a cleaning lady to help us check-in. Only after she shouted at the receptionist that we were waiting he took care of us. He was clearly hungover and not very responsive. We asked for invoice before payment and never received one.

• ŠTEFAN (9/5): - Hotel sa nachádza v dobrej lokalite. Bol postavený v roku 2022. Izba a kúpelka čistá, pravidelne upratovaná. Pláž cez ulicu - cca 100 m . V okolí hotela sa nachádza množstvo obchodov a reštaurácii. Hotel má peknú vlastnú reštauráciu, kde sa podávajú servírované raňajky, prípadne je tu možnosť posedenia pri káve. Okolo hotela sa nachádzajú staršie budovy, za čo však hotel nemôže. Ubytovanie doporučujem. Zástavka autobusu cca 100 m. Supermarket ALDI cca 30 m. Slnečník + 2 lehátka na pláži 10 €. Na raňajkach mi chýbalo ovocie, ktoré nepodávajú

Es fehlt an nichts und ist sehr bequem. Ich kann das Hotel jedem nur empfehlen und auch die Lage, der Strand ist direkt über die Straße

• Tomáš Fojtů (9/5): První zkušenost s Albánií - Hotel je poměrně nový a je velmi blízko pláže. Nabízí vlastní parkování v garáži, což ve městě Durres oceníte. Na první pohled působí luxusně, má pohodlné postele a velmi dobré snídaně. Pokoje jsou klimatizované a v lobby si můžete dát velmi dobrou kávu. S pobytem v hotelu Diamond jsme byli všichni spokojeni. Asi nejhorší je okolí hotelu. Je to taková zapadlá ulička s polorozpadlým domem naproti. Dalším mínusem je, že hotel sice byl zrekonstruován, ale kvalita práce velmi zaostává za našimi standardy: nedotažené a nepřesné instalace, rozklížený nábytek, či jeho chybějící části. Škoda, protože to ubírá jinak velmi dobrému dojmu.

• Aleksandra (1/5): - Dobre śniadania Niestety mój pobyt w hotelu pozostawił sporo do życzenia. Pokój był co prawda posprzątany, jednak użyto tak silnych środków chemicznych, że część moich ubrań, które położyłam na stoliku, została odbarwiona. Zgłosiłam reklamację na miejscu, ale została odrzucona jako „niezasadna”, co było bardzo rozczarowujące. Dodatkowo, przy meldunku poinformowano mnie, że nie ma możliwości dokonania płatności kartą, mimo że zarówno na stronie internetowej obiektu, jak i w otrzymanym mailu, widniała wyraźna informacja o akceptacji kart płatniczych. Dopiero następnego dnia inny pracownik bez problemu zrealizował transakcję kartą. Sytuacje tego typu nie powinny mieć miejsca w obiekcie, który dba o komfort i zadowolenie gości.

• Sharon (8/5): Great location! Very comfortable! - The rooms are spotless and the beds are comfortable! Just one street back from the beachfront, this is an ideal location! There are no tea / coffee making facilities and sometimes it’s difficult to locate staff, although we stayed here slightly off season.
• Mathilde (7/5): Mer et restaurant - Hôtel neuf, récemment fait, à 2 min en face de la plage. Hotel très instagramable. Salon de soins au RDJ. Petit déjeuner à volonté, délicieux, de bonne portion. La proximité de la jetée de plage avec tout les restaurant en bord de mer. Les finitions de l’hôtel n’étais pas au top, le cadran de notre porte n’étais pas finis d’être monter, quand on fermer la porte tout le cadre tombais. Il y avais rarement quelqu’un à l’accueil de l’hôtel. Aucune activité ou lieux à découvrir proposer par l’hôtel c’est dommage. Nous n’avons pas vue de carte pour la restauration du midi et du soir.
• Alexandre (1/5): - Première fois que je laisse un avis négatif sur booking mais là pas le choix. Personnel désagréable à souhait, petit déjeuner vraiment mauvais, chambres qui rendent bien en photo mais qui ont de nombreux problèmes dans la pratique ( frigo ne fonctionne pas, fenêtre ne se ferme pas, isolation sonore inexistante, meuble mal monté qui bouge et casse, porte de la douche ne se ferme pas, évier coule ), aménagement du bâtiment incohérent ( nombreux passage dans le couloir devant les chambres car l'accès de l'accueil y a été installé ), frais non signalés à l'avance rajoutés à la note et paiement par carte vu comme un meurtre pour eux. Concernant le personnel, nous sommes gentillement allé expliquer que la fenêtre ne se fermait pas et que le frigo n'allait pas. Sans même venir voir et d'un air impoli, l'homme nous a répondu que pour la fenêtre ce n'était pas grave ( ah bon ??? ) et que le frigo n'était pas très puissant mais fonctionnel ( je ne suis pas expert frigo mais je sais faire la différence entre le chaud et le froid ). Personnellement je n'ai pas envie de dormir avec une fenêtre ouverte donnant sur la rue et et avec mes objets de valeur dans la chambre quand je ne suis pas là. J'ai donc dû négocier pour que l'homme vienne voir et qu'il conçoit que la fenêtre est cassée et que le frigo ne fonctionnent en fait pas. Une nouvelle chambre nous a été donnée dans la mauvaise humeur. Ensuite, notre séjour étant en raison d'un vol d'avion annulé nous avions besoin d'une facture ce que j'ai signalé le premier jour. Pas de chance l'imprimante ne fonctionne pas ce jour là mais ça sera fait pour le lendemain. Le lendemain, aucune nouvelle. Le jour d'après nous redemandons la facture et la même femme fait semblant de ne pas savoir de quoi nous parlons, elle ne sait pas ce qu'est une facture ?! ( Dans un hôtel ??? ) Nous insistons et expliquons que nous ne partirons pas sans la facture.
• Sale (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato due notti al Diamond Hotel e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La struttura è moderna, pulita e ben curata, con camere spaziose, dotate di balcone e aria condizionata. Il parcheggio privato gratuito è stato molto comodo, così come il WiFi sempre funzionante. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Barjam, il giovane dello staff che ci ha accolti con grande disponibilità e gentilezza. È stato cordiale, professionale e sempre sorridente: davvero un valore aggiunto alla nostra esperienza. La posizione è ottima per visitare sia il lungomare che il centro di Durazzo. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca un soggiorno rilassante e di qualità in città. _________________________________________________ We stayed two nights at Diamond Hotel and had a great experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with spacious rooms featuring a balcony and air conditioning. The free private parking was very convenient, as was the reliable WiFi. A special thanks to Barjam, the young staff member who welcomed us with exceptional kindness and helpfulness. He was friendly, professional, and always smiling — truly an added value to our stay. The location is great for visiting both the seafront and the city center of Durrës. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay in town.

The hotel is very clean and in a good location and very comfortable and the staff are so friendly and helpful
• Angie (10/5): Our first visit to Albania and won’t be our last. Fell in love with the area. - The room was lovely and clean, bright and airy. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and even let us store are bags at the hotel for a few hours after checking out as our flight was later that evening and we were able to staying in the town for a while longer without having to haul our bags around with us. We had breakfast in the hotel and asked for an omelette each. What we got was like a complete Buffett with an omelette plus fresh fruit, cold Meats, cheeses and salad, preserves and little cakes. It was simply delicious. We had trouble finding the hotel as it is on the website as ‘Diamond Rooms’ but is in fact called ‘Diamond Hotel And Spa’. It also states beachfront and so we were looking for hotels along the seafront when in fact it is on the other side of the road down a side road. However the excellent quality of the hotel and staff more than makes up for this.
• Angie (10/5): Few days away with my boyfriend. This is the perfect place to stay. - This was our third visit to Durres and our third stay at this hotel. As always the owners and staff remembered us. We were able to check in when we arrived with our room being ready. The room was cleaned every morning. Whilst we did not have breakfast in the hotel, we did have dinner and the food was amazing. The owners also brought us our drinks one day. On our last day, they let us store our bags for a few hours as we had a late flight back and also arranged our taxi to the airport for us. We are hoping to go back in April next year for a bit longer and will most definitely look to book here. There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this hotel.

• Fatima (9/5): Good value for a stay! Feels fancy. - The room was so nice! So new and so posh i would say. The toilet was fancy the mirror had its own touch activated mirror light.You can literally cross the road then reach the beach front. A convenient store outside main road. They have their own cafe?/bar. You can also pay by card for your stay thru their POS machine in the cafe. Language barrier with the receptionist I met, her computation with my final payment was off by one euro or 0.5 euro which is not really a thing but it was a struggle to communicate, I wanted to pay by card but we didn’t understand each other (good thing my friend knew about the fact that we can pay by card thru their cafe) seeing durres is a very touristy place and the hotel looks very nice and a bit fancy.

• Emma (6/5): - Sköna sängar. Kändes generellt nybyggt och fräscht. Städningen var inte som utlovat. När handdukar skulle bytas togs fyra handdukar och vi fick en tillbaka. De fixade detta dagen därpå. En kväll slutade båda våra nyckelkort fungera, detta löste de snabbt när vi bad om hjälp.
• Norbert (7/5): Einfach, aber meistens gut... - Tolle Lage, Busstation in der Nähe, Läden zum Einkaufen nebenan, Restaurants für jeden Geschmack. Das Hotel ist bei Taxifahrern nicht sehr bekannt. Schade drum. Immer Telefonnummer vom Hotel mitnehmen. Service im Restaurant gut. Frühstück ausreichend (bis auf Croissant). Schade, dass man nur 1 Getränk zum Frühstück bekommt, zweiter Kaffee oder Saft zusätzlich muss bezahlt werden. Trotzdem würde ich wieder hingehen... Reinigung der Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig
