• TIFFANY (7/5): Bon emplacement et personnel sympathique - Nous avons apprécié la localisation du logement et la gentillesse du personnel (vrai accueil et aux petits soins + nous donnent des conseils pour notre séjour). Le logement est très mal insonorisé, nous entendons le bruit de tous les occupants alentours. Au niveau des équipements nous avions sel, poivre, liquide vaisselle, éponge mais il manque certains éléments type torchons pour la cuisine
• Varvara (4/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική. Ήμασταν σε όλα δίπλα . Οι διαχειριστές στο τηλέφωνο ήταν βοηθητικοί και ευγενέστατοι. Δεν ήταν καθαρό. Το σφουγγάρι της κουζίνας βρώμικο. Μοκέτα στο μπάνιο που φυσικά δεν ήταν καθαρή από τις προηγούμενες χρήσεις. Το πάτωμα με τρίχες εδώ κι εκεί ( όχι οι δικές μας). Το πάπλωμα δεν ήταν σε παπλωματοθήκη αλλά ανάμεσα σε δύο σεντόνια, και δεν φαινόταν να είναι καθαρό. Μας είχαν αφήσει τα ρολά υγείας που δεν είχαν τελειώσει, πιθανώς από προηγούμενους ενοίκους, μαζί με δύο καινούρια ρολά χαρτί τουαλέτας. Ο ακάλυπτος χώρος της οικοδομής ο οποίος έχει πρόσβαση από αυτό το διαμέρισμα και λειτουργούσε σαν το μοναδικό παράθυρο- μπαλκονάκι, ήταν βρώμικο. Δεν ξέρω εάν γνωρίζουν όλη την κατάσταση οι ιδιοκτήτες όσον αφορά την καθαριότητα. Ελπίζω να τους βοηθήσει.
• Ana (7/5): Apartamento poco funcional pero bien situado - La ubicación es perfecta para ir andando a los diferentes puntos de interés. El personal de la recepción muy simpático y facilitador. La habitación tiene mucha humedad. El suelo del baño es de moqueta y tenia alguna hormiga. El grifo de la fregadera no funciona y tampoco la cafetera así que poco pudimos utilizar la cocina del apartamento. La cama está bastante usada y llega a ser incomoda. La ducha tiene la mampara rota por lo que se sale el agua cuando te duchas.

• Javier (7/5): Recuerdo de un verano caluroso - La ubicación lo mejor El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba bien. El baño tenía moqueta algo bastante malo. La TV no tenía mando a distancia.

• Angela (10/5): Comodo e accogliente soggiorno nel cuore di Roma, ma fuori dal caos cittadino - La posizione, la comodità di avere due bagni, il silenzio La terrazza, purtroppo, non molto vivibile per la presenza dei motori dei condizionatori del palazzo sempre accesi, per cui portavano molto calore
• Hildegard (8/5): - Super Lage, nette Möbel und Design, unkompliziertes Check-in, Checkout. Bequemes Bett. Klimaanlage riecht muffelig. Wasserhahn in der Spüle spritzt in alle Richtungen. Für den Induktionsherd hätte ich eine Anleitung gebraucht, mit Hilfe des Internets konnte ich ihn letztendlich in Gang bringen.
• David (10/5): Exceptional - I loved everything. The location was excellent, the place was spacious and clean, and the hospitality from Elisabetta and Lavinia was exceptional. They were incredibly kind, approachable, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Truly, a highly recommended experience. I loved everything
• Rachel (6/5): Pleasant - The location was fantastic, giving easy walking access to the centre of Rome. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a nice breakfast provided on the roof every morning. Our room had no windows, which we were warned about but still made the stay much less enjoyable. There was lots of construction happening immediately outside. The apartment was supposedly furnished with a kitchenette so we could do some cooking. There were some basics, but no chopping board, tea towels, sponge to wash up, etc. It made preparing even simple meals very difficult. Other rooms in the same building were cleaned every day, while ours wasn't, presumably because it was an apartment style. In hindsight, we wish we'd just got a regular hotel room.

• Emmy77 (8/5): Good location, nice apartment with 2 floors but basement and no windows. - Good location, easy access. Well laid out. Nice roof top breakfast. Kitchen facility lacking. Kitchen faucet needs fixing, no kitchen towels, dishes and serviceware not clean, coffee maker water not clean. Internet non existant in this basement apartment and WiFi not always strong so electronic access sometimes difficult. No windows so no fresh air. There was supposed to be a balcony but the door was locked and led to a construction site.

• Nicole (8/5): Overall it was a good stay. The host was easy to coordinate with and I would probably stay again. - The property is close to all the attractions making it easy to explore the city. I was placed on the ground-level unit and there was a hint of cigarette smoke in the room. Also, you can hear everything in the room. I’m assuming that there is some work taking place in the building and they start early at 7 am.

• Karissa (3/5): Poor - Great location WE GOT ROBBED OUR 2ND DAY!! someone broke into our room, trashed it and took our money and jewelry! The staff tried to tell us it was impossible! That they had a front door man (who was always gone and never at his post). The next day they watched the tapes and aaWow we did get robbed¡ Someone came off the street and broke into our room. They only refunded half our stay and it took over 1.5 months to get that money!

• Artur (8/5): Very spacious apartment in the amazing location in the centre of Rome - 1) this apartment is located very close to the all sights and attractions in Rome and Vatican. Yes, literally, it is in 5 mins far from Vatican. 2) Very calm and silent apartment. I am very sensitive to noise during the nights, and I spent a wonderful nights in this apartment. 3) there are a lot of bars, restaurants, cafes around and it is very comfortable and they don't annoy you during the nights. 4) there is a terrace on the third floor where you can spent you evenings and morning yoga sessions. 1) unfortunately, there were no any windows there, only a roof tiny windows and glass doors, but it doesn't count, in my perspective. We didn't spend time sitting in apartment, we only had nights there. However, if you are planing to sit inside for hours, it might be a bit obnoxious. 2) I am not sure that there were any free parking lots around. I guess, if we have a car, it might be a problem. Anyway, I guess, if you discuss it with the host, they can help you.

• Ermanno (9/5): perfect place to stay in the center of Rome - the position close to everything on walking distance. the space big enough for being relaxed only a bit dark and cold
• Camilo (9/5): Lavinia at our property made our stay exceptional - The staff made me feel like a VIP. The courtesy check on how the stay was going and as simple as wishing us a Merry Christmas.
