• Levan (9/5): - Размещение просто отличное. Номер со своей верандой, за 30 евро, просто сказка. Отзывчивая хозяйка, заселила на пару часов раньше. Далеко от исторического центра. Примерно пол часа пешком. Особенно трудно возвращаться назад, когда ноги гудят от усталости. Идти приходиться вдоль трассы и потом по довольно тёмной улице.

• Kriszta (10/5): - A szállás egy csendes utcában található, közel a bevásárlóközponthoz és a történelmi városrészhez. Nagyon kedves és segítőkész a vendéglátója, aki a ház felső emeletén lakik. A konyha közös a ház ezen a szintjén lévő másik apartmannal, amelyhez többek között egy nagy hűtőszekrény is tartozik. Az apartman tiszta, kényelmes és a nagy melegben - függetlenül attól, hogy nem klimatizált - jó hűvös volt. Tartozott hozzá egy nagy fedett terasz is, ahonnan a kilátás csodálatos volt a szép és rendezett kertre.

Náš pokoj rozhodně uklizený nebyl - koupelna nebyla umytá vůbec, ani záchod, ale největší vrchol je, když nebylo převlečeno prostěradlo, takže když jste zvedli polštáře, všude byly cizí vlasy. Paní majitelka je sice příjemná, nicméně pro mě je čistota a hygiena na prvním místě a to tady rozhodně nebylo.

• Nripendra (10/5): Clean and Convenient Stay Near Český Krumlov - The place was spotless — the cleanliness really stood out and made the stay extra comfortable. The location was great, within walking distance of Český Krumlov’s charming city center, and ideal if you're traveling by car. The owners were very helpful and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

• Shiyu (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. The room is excellent, the location is great and quite. Everything is super comfy. The host lady doesn't speak English, but I have no problems understanding her body language. No transportation from the bus station to the property. You can either take the taxi or walk. It wasn't easy to find a taxi at the bus station, so I walked. It was a pleasant walk, though.
• Mark (8/5): Very good - The lady was very friendly, explained the layout very well, and maintained the room and facilities in spotless condition. There is a Tesco ten minute walk away with coffee machine. The neighborhood is peaceful. When you advertise that you have a kitchen, then there should be a kitchen. There is not. What they have instead is a pantry with refrigerator and microwave. There is no way to cook meals, and I had to clean my dishes in the bathroom. Also, the man was working in the backyard past 6 pm on both nights of my stay, making a lot of hammering noise next to my room.

• Kamila (8/5): It was a pleasure to be there - The room was clean, spacious and sunny. Good standard of the room. Calm neighborhood There is shared kitchen with plates, glass and even coffee available. A little inconvenience is that there is no stove, just microwave.
• Andrew (6/5): The owner was not at home on time - It doesn't seem to be stated anywhere, but you will be living with the pretty old female owner in the same house. Only a very small room with a bathroom will be entirely yours. It was a surprise for me. Also, the hostess was not punctual. The day before, I agreed with her that I would arrive at 14:00. I arrived exactly at 14:00, but there was no one there. She showed up only at 14:30. For some reason, she urgently needed to go to the store. What about the agreements?

• Alvin (10/5): An enjoyable stay in a lovely city. - The accommodation is owned by a very nice and friendly lady who spoke little to no English, but that was not a problem for me at all as her verbal cues and instructions were very clear. The room was immaculately clean, private and quiet with access to the garden at the back of the house. I also enjoyed that the place was about 1.5km away from the city, which could have too many tourists during peak season. I enjoyed the walks between the house and the city. Everything was good.

• Kiseon (4/5): We would not like to stay at this accommodation next trip to Cesky Krumlov.. - Unfortunately, we do not remember anything that the accommodation made us pleasant. * Its cleanliness was poor: 1. The dishes, forks and other kitchen utensils were sticky because they were not washed poorly. 2. The drain in the show was clogged, and the water did not drain well after taking a shower. We had to clean the drain for next shower. * Poor communication - late or no response to our messages: The hostess did not reply to the message asking about how to check-in. She did not answer to my phone call, either. When I texted her, Finally, she replied in several hours.

• Mr (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly welcome, even without a shared language. Easy motorcycle parking (but bring a sidestand plate) Well equipped shared kitchen. Nothing really. Maybe the 15 minute walk into town along the main road. There are no local facilities, (but there is a massive Tesco about 10 mins walk up the steep hill)

• Jan (9/5): Very good place. - Room was clean, bed comfortable. The landlady is a very nice person. The apartment location is very good, ca. 15 min easy walk to reach the old town. I don't see any real negatives.
• Christine (7/5): A great self-catering base on a budget - Spacious, clean. Comfortable seating outside. Landlady checked me in with smiles. Very handy for the supermarkets, and the alternative train station with less of an incline to get there than the main station! Only hand soap provided. Not 'toiletries' as detailed. The coffee machine was not there. The landlady did not respond to my queries after I had checked in - she seemed less confident than another review suggested with her lack of English/my lack of Czech. Bedsheets uncomfortably plastic feeling. Sofa uncomfortable to sit on. Sky tv with only Czech channels.
