• Galve Llanas (10/5): Excelente - Nos gustó todo el apartamento , muy cómodo, limpio y cerca de la plaza San Marcos. Era un cuarto piso, por poner una pega, pero no nos importó, ya lo sabíamos cuando lo reservamos

• Sally (7/5): OK but stingy on amenities - Good location - close to the main attractions without being in the tourist throng constantly. Spacious apartment. Cheap on amenities - there was no coffee in the apartment, the container was empty. Toiletries were ok, but items like laundry detergent, washing up liquid, etc. were really economised. Felt stingy for what we were paying. The rubbish disposal rules are complex and not well explained by the host, we had to do independent research to figure it out. Lastly, the mattresses and especially the pillows were hard and not comfortable.

• Monica (9/5): Nos encantó esta estadía!! - Ubicación espectacular tanto para las necesidades laborables como para salir a pasear a la noche. La decoración del departamento era muy linda y las camas super cómodas. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el agua caliente, que por suerte lo pudieron solucionar al otro día. Tener en cuenta que son 4 pisos por escalera (nosotros lo sabíamos).
• Céline (10/5): Plus envie de partir ! - Très bel appartement au calme avec tout le nécessaire, proche de commerces, restaurants, vaporetto et monuments. Lits individuels un peu étroits surement des 80 cm. Nous avons eu 4 jours de pluie, un étendoir à linge pour faire sécher dans la salle de bain ce qui ne va pas au sèche linge aurait été bien pratique.
• Loukas (9/5): Cozy, clean, and perfectly located! Ideal for small groups. - Excellent location! Close to the Biennale (Arsenale and Giardini), in a picturesque neighborhood without the crowds, yet still within easy reach of all the main attractions. The apartment has both a bathroom and a separate WC, and the kitchen is spacious enough to hang out in, making it a great choice for groups of 5–6. The flat is modern yet very cozy, spotlessly clean, and the host was friendly and responsive. We didn’t mind the stairs up to the fourth floor; however, during our stay there were quite a few mosquitoes (probably due to the season). I would recommend installing insect screens or providing mosquito repellent devices. We also would have appreciated a coffee machine, and the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak.
• Giada (9/5): Perfetto - Posizione perfetta. Struttura identica alle foto con tutto ciò che serve per soggiornare in tranquillità. Check in perfetto comodissima. Ci torneremo sicuramente. L’unica pecca sono le zanzare poiché non ci sono zanzariere.

• Eduardo (9/5): excelente opcion para familias de hasta 6 personas - El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de la mayoria de los puntos de interes turisticos, buenos restaurantes y el entorno es muy tranquilo. Brigitte quien fue la persona que nos atendio a la llegada fue puntual, disponible y respondio todas nuestras dudas. Ahora en verano que el calor es agobiante, cabe señalar que los aires acondicionados del apartamento funcionan muy bien. solo que para personas con limitaciones de movilidad o de mucha edad, no lo recomendaría porque esta en una 4ta planta y como es comun en Venecia sin ascensor

• Raluca (9/5): Perfect location in Venice - Perfect location, in a nice and quiet neighborhood, with supermarket, restaurants. Spacious, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. I particularly liked the style and the drawings. It’s on the 4th floor without elevator - it wasn’t a problem for us, but you should be aware of this. You have to take out all the garbage early in the morning, so you need to get organized for this. We used the sofa for the 5th person and it’s not very comfortable.
• Tomas (10/5): An appartment with spirit - A lovely furnished spacy (above average for Venice) apartment with spirit. Two separate bedrooms, a living room, fully equipped kitchen with large eating table, spacy bathroom, additional toilet is an added value. Washing machine also useful. A lot of spirit. High floor gives opportunities to glimpse some church towers in the neighbourhood. Large supermarket 5 min walking. We have booked the appartment again :-) The 4th floor is not for everybody (we enjoyed it :-)). Mosquito nets in the bedroom windows would be appreciated.
• Claudio (8/5): Very good - Lovely apartment in a relatively quiet residential area, but close to all the main attractions. It is well equipped, so you can have a meal there if you don't want to always go out and pay Venice extortionate restaurant prices. The hosts are very nice and responsive. Be aware that you have four steep flights of stairs to get to the apartment. Also, the fact that you are responsible to dispose of your own garbage is a bit of a nuisance.
• Michael (9/5): A superb stay in lovely light-filled apartment, located in a quiet area - We loved our stay for 7 nights in Appartamento Calle Furlani. It has good natural light flooding in from the windows, and being on the fourth floor there are views out across the rooftops. The location in a quiet area suited us perfectly, and only a short walk to the waterfront, Piazza San Marco, the Arsenale, etc. There are many great places to eat (restaurants, bars, pasticceria, and more very close by. The apartment is on the fourth floor, accessed by quite a steep set of stairs. We didn’t mind the stairs, however others may find the climb up a bit too much.
• Destiny (8/5): Lovely home with all you need within walking distance of all you could want - A very inviting home that has everything you could need and then some. The location is fantastic, it’s incredibly quiet, lots of space and a separate toilet/shower area which is nice for multiple people. The floors had a weird curve, you always felt like it was slanted but truly that is the only complaint, we had a wait to meet the person to check us in but she apologized and was lovely hardly a negative but being honest
• Bronwyn (8/5): Very good - Authentic apartment, live like the locals away from the busy tourist area but easy walking distance to restaurants and St Marks square.
• High (9/5): Nice place to stay in the heart of Venice. - The location was great. We could walk to many places in Venice and also not far from the water bus. There was a clothes washer and dryer which was very nice. The only bad thing was the stairs and no elevator.
• Claudia (10/5): Perfect stay in Venice, spacious and comfortable. - Great location, quiet part of town but easily accessible to everything. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. It was accessible only be stairs, but we knew that ahead of time and we didn't have an issue with it, after all it's Venice and there are stairs everywhere :-) The apartment had some contemporary touches such a a stylish kitchen and updated bathrooms. It was the perfect combination between a Venetian home and modern life. A very friendly lady met us at the door, explained how everything works and handed us our keys. Communication was great throughout. The internet was fast and reliable. A supermarket was nearby as well as several great gelato places and restaurants. We would certainly stay there again. Everything was perfect, no complaints.
• Getrisc (6/5): Five flights of stairs up 2x-3x daily was too much for my group. - The four flights of stairs got old quick. It's actually 5 floors up because the first floor isn't counted. If you have mobility issues at all this is not for you.

• Rohitha (10/5): Great location, nice host, convenient. - The apartment was very central a 5-10 min walk from San Zaccaria. All the boat and Gondolas start from there. Restaurant's are 5 mins away too. Safe and nice area. The apartment was really nice too. There is a supermarket nearby also. AC and the equipment are also really good 4th floor. If you cannot climb steps, there are 65 of them. No canal view. However, the canals are one minute walk away from the door.
• Eliyahu (6/5): ok. - The apartment was very functional, clean, and liveable. We did not like at all that five minutes after showing us into the apartment she demanded that we go to an ATM right after traveling a full day with five people for the city tax. Very demanding. Were very clean, left her apartment immaculate but we had no choice but to leave a little garbage outside because of an ant invasion. Our host was overly stern about leaving the garbage outside. We did not ask for anything during our stay and we expect a host to be less demanding and kinder her occupants.
• Naama (9/5): Superb - The apartment is situated in the city center. The staff was helpful. The apartment was equipped with everything l. 4th floor with no elevator. Apart from that, the apartment was wonderful

Ideal base for exploring the city. - Great location, quiet at night but within easy walk of Doge’s Palace etc. Good bars and restaurants close by in Castillo that are way better value than those in neighbouring San Marco. Apartment was clean and comfortable and had most things we needed. Staff were really friendly and responded quickly when we needed them. Some simple things we needed, coffee machine or cafetière for example, were missing. We found the pillows really firm, but to be fair that is a personal choice and others might find them really comfortable. Not a problem for us but the lack of a lift might put some off … I’d imagine the stairs would be difficult with heavy cases.
• Gordon (9/5): Perfect location, perfect apartment. - Fantastic apartment in a great location, a short walk from all facilities and Piazza San Marco. The rooms are large, clean, warm (wet weekend in may), and luminous. The kitchen is well stocked for simple food prep (we only used it for breakfast), and the beds are comfortable. Arriving was easy by boat and a short walk, where we were met outside and shown the apartment. The support provided was perfect and we will definitely come back. It's on the 4th floor, so arriving with luggage is a pain, but isn't that just life! Two kids made the trips up and down the staircase every day, so no reason to complain.
