• Earade (9/5): Molto carino! - L'appartamento era esattamente come in foto. Tutto molto pulito e funzionale: era piccolo ma pieno di spazi organizzativi per vestiti/valigie. Lo staff davvero gentile, mi hanno anche dato una mano a capire come spedire i miei bagagli alla città successiva, nonostante non siano un hotel e non offrano questo servizio. Zona stupenda, molto tipica, a due passi dalla linea Yamanote, quindi comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. Ci tornerei sicuramente! Un po' macchinoso il fatto che per fare check in bisognasse presentarsi in un locale in una zona vicina di Tokyo, il cui indirizzo fornito non veniva riconosciuto dal navigatore e ho impiegato un'ora a trovarlo nonostante abbia chiesto aiuto a delle persone giapponesi 😓

• Akira (1/5): 最低 - 今回のアパートですが、利用できませんでした。 ポストは開錠出来たのですが中に箱がありその中に部屋の鍵がある様なのですが、そのダイヤル式の箱が開錠出来ないので、予約確認の際に貰った書類にある電話番号036705-5554に電話しましたが、私の名前は確認できず取り扱い会社が違うとの事で諦めました。因みに電話した会社は部屋番号205は扱ってないとの事です。寒くて最悪でした。これはbooking.comのミスと思います。

È comodo fare il check-in e l host è disponibile per qualsiasi dubbio o necessità. La casa era molto pulita. Il bagno è un po' piccolo ma fattibile per qualche giorno!

• George (9/5): Convenient location, good space - Amazing location near the station and a lot of options for food nearby, also many convenience stores in walking distance
• Xuan-phong (6/5): Great location, if only the hosts would put some more effort into upgrading the room. - Great location - 3 minutes walk to Yamanote line giving easy access to the whole city, with many good restaurants in the surrounding area, especially good if you are a fan of ramen or South Asian cuisine. The room was clean but facilities were due for a good update/maintenance: This was the only accomodation we stayed in during our time in Japan without a bidet, the lock to the balcony door didn't work and the plumbing in the kitchen/laundry area gave off some sewage odor. The provided plastic dishes were oily as well so we had to give those a wash. Another annoyance we faced was that the room had all sorts of printed instructions (for check in, check out, TV, garbage separation, ...) but they didn't have one for the WIFI and I had to message the host for the password which in my opinion was an oversight.
• Carolyn (4/5): Four hours of waiting! Inconveniences happen but unit owner was in NO WAY IN URGENCY in helping us. - Utility man was VERY helpful. DISASTER! Almost 4 hours of waiting downstairs (without aircon and seat) because they gave the wrong code of the locker where the door key is kept. After 4 hours, the owner was able to send the code of the locker which shockingly did not fit the door knob of our unit. Waited for another 30 minutes. The unit ownwr I think was in NO WAY IN URGENCY in helpin us. Four hours! Before we got inside. Elevator is also jammed at the time we checked in. Careful elevator door closes abruptly.

• Brittany (8/5): Clean and comfortable stay - The beds were comfy, the location was great, near lots of shops and restaurants. It was very close to the train station, and Ikebukuro was only 1 stop away so there was even more shops and restaurants. The check-in is quite late, just note that if you are getting to the city early as you can't store your luggage there and all the lockers at 3 different train stations we tried were full on that day.
