• Neil (8/5): Well located caravan for a Clacton holiday - Well equipped. Nice caravan for a family holiday. Suited our needs for our stay. Great beach only 10 minutes walk. Hot water was a bit temperamental, but once you got used to how to set the boiler and hot flow and blend in the cold in the shower it was fine. 2nd bedroom mattress should be replaced. TV connection kept dropping out.

Location was excellent Except the cleaner was so rude, telling my daughter and kids of 12, 4, 2 to leave the property immediately whilst trying to get dressed after they have cleaned the entire property, they only thing needed washing was the bedding. They were in the middle of getting their breakfast, my daughter ve to throw the entire breakfast in the bean and call for a taxi to take her with the kids to the station . She could have them 15 to 20 minutes instead of telling them you leave leave right now.immediatelyugʻ

• David (1/5): Would not stay again. - The property seemed to be clean to look at but had a musty stale smell. There are 2 toilets and one of the toilets there was a very unpleasant smell. I left all the windows open hoping it would sort this out and went to the sea front for a few hours but unfortunately it never. So went out and bought air freshener. But after all this me and my twin daughters aged 13 decided we didn’t want to stay with an unpleasant smell. So left the same day we arrived. Even though I paid for 2 nites. After complaining I was offered £40 refund upon my review of the stay. I have refused the £40. Also I didn’t like the idea of being watched on a ring doorbell if your sitting out on the decking. That’s just my personal Choice I suppose. I offered to meet at the caravan but was just fobbed off with excuses. So I have given up trying to get a refund.

• Colin (1/5): Clacton stay - We only stayed one night. The smell of stale tobacco ruined our visit. There is a hole in the floor by the toilet in the bathroom.  This makes the floor very unsafe. We came back home yesterday,  very dissatisfied and disappointed. Is the complaint procedure with you or Booking.com?

• Jenny (10/5): Brilliant place to stay and visit - The accommodation was very comfortable and homely, especially the sofas and beds, they were of a much higher spec than we are used to when staying in a caravan. It was like home from home. Our host was very helpful and accommodating when ever we needed to make contact with him. Defiantly would recommend this and will use this again. The weather, it rained almost continually lol, like everywhere else that week.
