Guest Reviews
- Jacqueline (7/5): - Nice house , great location . Back yard need to be levelled , dangerous walking on it as car parked at back. Shower head need to be adjusted to spray over your head not taking it down to shower
- Glen (10/5): -
- Angelo (7/5): - Good WiFi and off-road parking
- Olivia (8/5): Very good and worth the price paid - Very clean near train station and a shop. Guy who runs it is very helpful with any issues or questions and easy to check in. Didn’t have a frying pan and only had salt no pepper and lots of forks but only one butter knife but doesn’t matter too much as not really essential
- Angela (1/5): Very disappointed, would not stay again and would not recommend. - Good parking on site Dirty
Bed bugs
Not well equipped, had to buy towels, cutlery, a plate and glasses.
Communication was poor.
Left long before our booking was finished.

- Hilary (4/5): Disappointed - It was clean. Place had been 'modernised' but workmanship was shoddy. Very basic accommodation, not homely. Tv barely worked and had led backlights showing through onto screen (broken). Bottle shelf in fridge door non existant. Freezer was iced up. Luckily only needed it for cool block. Central island/table in middle of kitchen - plinths not attached and falling out, bits of cardboard underneath trying to hold them up. Boiler sticking out into room at head height. Electric cable from washing machine needs hard wiring as trailing over worktop. No visible smoke alarms fitted. Kitchen window completely blown. French style doors unsecured in centre, a good push could open them. Cutlery needs replacing.
- Helen (8/5): Good property exactly as described - would definitely rebook if in area again - Host communicated check in details swiftly & made contact the following morning to ensure all was well A few essentials like toilet roll were overlooked (less than half roll in the property on arrival) no big deal but ensuring small additions like this are in place would be great
Also a couple of dirty trays found in oven - not specifically hosts fault as were underneath a clean tray so previous guests had perhaps hidden but closer inspection would have identified
That said nothing a bit of washing up liquid & water didn’t fix
- Aaron (7/5): Good - Lovely spacious house, wonderful location, off road parking was really good Had problems with the heating and could do with some plants and other furnishings to make it more cosy
- Michelle (9/5): Superb - We had everything we needed
- Paul (7/5): Serves a purpose - Good location for us. Basic and functional. Sofa in lounge uncomfortable
- Chantelle (9/5): Pretty decent for the price. - Overall pretty clean and ready to use..
- Paul (7/5): Overall decent stay, off street parking, much better than staying in hotel. - Clean, tidy, off street parking, comfortable front room, all rooms decent sized, kitchen was well laid out. Good location for access to friends we were visiting. Comms with host was quick and easy. Shower wasn't easy to use, few plug sockets could do with being changed.
- Tom (10/5): Exceptional -
- Valerie (1/5): Guys a muppet - Tried saying I broke it wen it was already like that cheeky man
- Declan (1/5): Bad -
