• McCabe (9/5): - Great location for us as we were attending a conference at the Exhibition Centre. Having two bathrooms was convenient and the layout of the apartment suited us. Wi-fi in the apartment would have been good.
• Philip (5/5): It was okay - 2 bedroom near Southbank Not very clean cheap appliances. Getting the key was a nightmare. Carpark was too small.
• Angela (5/5): Read the reviews!!!!!! I would not recommend this apartment! - Great location. Great view. Woolworths conveniently located on the ground floor. No linen for the sofa bed. No bath towels at all. We messaged the owner multiple times. Eventually, this was delivered by Uber at 11pm on day two! The place needs a deep clean, in particular the showers. There was a lot of mould! See photos below. No wifi as advertised. No window in the second bedroom- more like a study with a bed. Apartment appears much bigger in the photos! My review reflects that of previous guests. The check in/out requires you to visit an IGA 500m away during their business hours. This is very inconvenient. Location and view are great. This is an air BnB, not a serviced apartment.
• Nae (8/5): Good - Good location close where we need to go heaps of things to do . There wasn’t enough linen like sheets for the fifth person or towels .. the air conditioner didn’t work The whole apartment was really stuffy also we went to use the oven no trays to use like for cooking chips ( etc) .
• Street (8/5): Nice, compact place close to the city, entertainment and restaurants. - Great location. Close to the Casino, Southbank restaurants and it was convenient to have a Woolworths in the building. Suitable for a base for 4 adults. Host was very helpful when needed. A little bit smaller living area than we expected. Could have been some bedside tables with drawers as there wasn't much space to unpack clothes for the 3 night stay we had.

• Lewis (2/5): Booking.com needs to indicate CLEARLY what accommodation is actually an Airbnb - not an experience w - The beds were probably the only good part of our stay 24-hr concierge turned out to be a cell phone number. The unit was actually an Airbnb, a system that my wife & I are philosophically opposed to. The building reception was hostile to Airbnb customers & I was told that, "we are for 'residents only!" & they had nothing to do with Airbnb users. The basins in the bathrooms had no surrounding shelf or storage space meaning toiletries had to be parked elsewhere. Overall, it was just a nightmare & an example of how not to do it. The view from the balcony was good.

• Renae (5/5): Not one of our best memories! - Great views! Cozy apartment & loved the fact we had a car space where we could come & go as we pleased, very convenient Terrible! The message in regards to how to collect key was sent through way too late, we arrived unknown to us on where to collect the key! The directions on where to collect the key was difficult! Very frustrating to be left walking around an unfamiliar area with 2 young children trying to find the key!!!
• Mustafa (5/5): PERFECT LOCATION AND COMFORTABLE - THE LOCATION WAS FANTASTIC. THE VIEW WAS PERFECT. IT WAS CLEAN AND. COMFORTABLE. OUR FLIGHT WAS DELAYED. IF WE DID NOT PICK UP THE KEYS BY CERTAIN TIME THE HOST DID NOT GIVE US THE ANOTHER OPTION. HE SAID HE DID NOT HAVE SPARE KEYS. LUCKY WE JUST GOT THERE IN TIME. THE SECOND BEDROOM DID NOT HAVE A WINDOW. I FELT CLAUSTROPHOBIC

• JANET (10/5): - The apartment has beautiful views and it was very comfortable. Would stay again as it had everything you need while away from home. First time we have stayed in an apartment and we loved it. Host was very responsive and helpful when we contacted him. We did not know until after we had booked that we had to pick up and drop off keys at a different location . Being elderly with luggage and not having a car, arriving after dark was a worry. It would be great if the lobby of the apartments which had ample room could have lock boxes of some description to access keys.

Disappointing to be truthful!! - The location and view The mouldy showers (despite me asking prior to booking due to other reviews mentioning), blood stained pull out couch and doona!! No willingness to replace the doona during our stay. Check out is 10am not 11am as advertised. No ‘sorry’ or apologies.

• Shauna (7/5): Didn't love it - Apartment is very modern and clean. Nice night-time view. Appliances etc new.. About 15min walk to Southbank precinct. Two main beds were comfortable. Instructions were to pick up the key at the IGA "around the corner". Arrived at the apartment to check in at 9pm (I did notify that it would be after 8pm when we arrived) to find that I had to go on a further 12 minute walk (6min each way) with luggage, to pick it up! Then there was an expectation to drop it back on check-out, even though it was nowhere near where we were headed! Ridiculous. The sofa bed was very hard and uncomfortable; There was an ironing board but no iron. When I sent a message asking for one/where it might be located, this was ignored. The smoke detector was hanging open and the lid/sensor had a plastic bag wrapped around it

• Coulter (9/5): Very comfortable - It was very comfortable for two friends travelling together - with their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped even though we didn’t actually use it. The property was a little far from the venues we needed to go to - but this was only really because of the wet weather we had over those few days. That is not a criticism of the property more of my own research into its location.

Close to restaurants and a short walk to the city and it’s great shop - Excellent location, 15 min walk to Flinders Station and then you are in the free tram zone, so no need for the MyKi travel card, which was a bonus. The apartment was very clean and suited our family’s needs perfectly. The key pick up and drop off is a little odd at the local IGA, I’ve never had to do that but other than that, all was great.
• Naidoo (4/5): I would not recommend. Location is the only good thing. - Apartment was not very clean. Carpets not vacuumed. Pictures on the website deceptive. Soap dispenser in kitchen had water and not soap. Showers were not clean. Small cramped apartment. 1/2 toilet roll in one toilet and one in the other. For a three day stay. Parking was a not great at all, narrow and steep.

• Stacey (8/5): very pleasant - This stay had very good facilities avalible and we loved the individual bed and bath set up. It had pretty much everything you'd need for meals as well as the convenient woolies downstairs. The decor was also very well done and helped the whole place feel calm and relaxing. The view was very pretty, even the noise from the road below was not as loud as expected so that was good too. Staff in the building were very polite and the location was perfect for going about activities in the cbd, especially with tram stops so close. Any correspondence with hosts about enquiries were delt with quickly and politely as well. Overall, very pleasant and would stay again. Some places could do with a bit of a deep clean, like around the tiles in the shower etc. There was also an issue with wind whistling under the entry door, we solved this by using a blanket as a draft stopper but adding one to the apartment would probably be a wise idea for in future.

Collecting the key was too far away, the hallway of the building smelt as rubbish disposal was being fixed. Clearly states there is a coffee machine, but when we got there none in sight. Should have been instructions for wifi left in apartment.

• Nm (3/5): False promise of free parking space - Room and location was exactly as described but not the parking space. Parking wasn’t free. We reached the apartment at 1pm and were kept waiting on the road till 3:30pm on promise of parking space. We didn’t get parking and the owner told us to park elsewhere and he will reimburse us which never happened. After constant visits to the concierge we came to know that the owner doesn’t have any parking reserved in his name and was sub letting it and made false promises to lend it to us. Each time to enter and exit, we had to go to the reception to get the door unlocked and locked, and were also asked to park on the road in paid parking when no one is at reception. We made this booking due to closeness to CBD and parking but were fooled on the latter. Highly disappointed and will not recommend this place to anyone

• Tais (4/5): Disappointing - The key was in a place IGA that closed at 23 pm, and I put into booking.com that my flight was about to arrive close to midnight so my check in supposed to be between 00:00 to 1 am. There from the accomodation to the place where we have to get the key is like 7 minutes walkinh but it is annoying at 1 am with all the bags, and we saw where we have to get the key, and the place was close it was very disappointing. So we tried to call them more them 20x when they answered saying unfortunately the place IGA will opens at 8 am for I get the key. If I didn't say that I was on the street with all my bags, they probably will leave us there without accommodation. Also, the bathrooms were durty. Location

• Paul (10/5): Great stay and we will certainly book the apartment again when we next travel to Melbourne. - High quality apartment situated close to the river. The decor and facilities were top class and the view from our balcony was superb. It was a real struggle to obtain the check in details in good time for our journey from an overnight stay in Lilydale and we were literally on the train when we finally received the information. I believe this was down to the Host, not the owner. The location of the keys to the apartment was located some distance from the apartment, which was a real struggle with two suitcase and hand luggage plus one of us has a walking issue.

One bedroom was a bit small. Parking in side street to access keys and drop back is very limited. There was no plug for the sink.

• Libbyg83 (9/5): Great location, stunning views - The apartment was lovely, clean and exactly as pictured. The view is amazing! The beds were really comfortable too. The location is great and there's even a small supermarket downstairs and a French cafe across the road. The check in and check out procedures were very straightforward and Dave was great with communication. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend. I really didn't have any complaints at all. I guess the apartment is a little on the small side, but there were 3 of us (all adults) and we didn't feel cramped at all.

Self check in process also very easy 👍 You can find supermarket next to the lobby so it was very convenient to get food, etc. Might be a bit noisy from the traffic below in the front room for light sleepers but still managable. Not a big problem.
