Il fallait suivre les instructions données par l'hébergeur mais pas le GPS La chambre n'était pas prête . Les pièces communes étaient peu utilisables , pas nettoyées comme si c'était hors saison et proche de la fermeture

- Christoph (8/5): Finca mit traumhafter Aussicht 444444444444444444444444 - Die Lage ist traumhaft. Reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien mit bester Aussicht. Die Räume sind einfach aber funktionell. Parkplätze am Gelände. Die einfache Bauweise führt zu Hellhörigkeit. Aber wir hatten sehr rücksichtsvolle Nachbarn.

- Christina (9/5): - Tolle Gastgeber, angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Gemeinschaftsküche bringt sehr nette Leute zusammen. Die Lage ist gut, wenn man mit einem Mietwagen die Insel erkunden will. Supermärkte sind in kurzer Fahrt erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist total in Ordnung und Unterstützung ist jederzeit vor Ort Die Finca ist mit viel Liebe gestaltet und ist eine schöne Oase in den Bergen. Wir werden wiederkommen und die Finca weiterempfehlen! Für den Regen den wir hatten war die Finca nicht gerüstet. Zwischenzeitlich vielen Strom und Wasser aus, das wurde allerdings schnell behoben. Außerdem lief das Wasser bis ins Zimmer bei den heftigen Regengüssen. Dafür reichten dann die zwei Handtücher leider nicht aus. Als kleinen Minuspunkt würde ich die Betten nehmen. Die Betten sind sehr leicht, für ein Paar ist das in der Nacht nicht angenehm, da die auseinander rutschen bei Bewegungen im Schlaf.

Propre et fonctionnel Le fait que les lieus communs étaient embaumé d'une odeur de cannabis. Il y a un énorme manque de respect de la part de certains clients Pas assez d'eau chaude pour 2 douches.

- Stefan K. (1/5): - Die hier viel kritisierte Lage ist tatsächlich gar nicht so schlecht, man ist rasch an den Stränden im Süden und hat so eine gute Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen. Ohne Auto ist man natürlich aufgeschmissen. Wir haben ein Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen, das war top Wir haben uns intensiv mit der Unterkunft vor der Buchung auseinander gesetzt und auch die negativen Bewertungen gesehen. Wir waren zwei Wochen da und sind Kompromisse eingegangen und haben bei vielen Sachen ein oder zwei Augen zugedrückt. Als es mal etwas windiger war, sind Bauteile des Gemeinschaftsraums auf unser Auto gefallen und haben dieses beschädigt. Das Auto stand genau da wo wir es laut Vermieter hinstellen sollten. Nach langem hin und her hat uns die Eigentümerin den entstandenen Schaden zur Hälfte bezahlt, was ich nicht fair finde, da die unzureichende Bausubstanz schuld an dem Zwischenfall hatte. Ich wurde dabei aufs tiefste beleidigt weil ich mit dem Mietwagen keine entsprechende Deckung hatte und die Vermieterin mir die Schuld gegeben hat. Ich rate ab hier zu buchen. Aus menschlichen und sicherheitstechnischen Gründen.

- Margit (6/5): Ruhige, Flughafen nahe Unterkunft, okay für nicht so hohe Ansprüche. - Tolle Lage mit Sonnenuntergang, Blick auf die Berge Für so viele mit Bewohner auf dieser Finca war die Küche zu klein. Wir mussten zeitig aufstehen, um zum Flughafen zu gelangen, und es gab keinen Strom. Gott sei Dank hatten wir eine Taschenlampe dabei.

Abbiamo alloggiato per una notte per avvicinarci all’aeroporto situato ha 10 minuti di distanza , peccato che dalle ore 00:00 fino alla mattina è mancata elettricità e acqua , non abbiamo potuto usare nessun servizio , né caricare cellulari né fare una doccia , nessuno ci ha avvisato di un gusto e la cosa non è stata confortevole.

Tiene que ser o coche o taxis, está muy bien para 1 noche después de un concierto o evento.. como en mi caso, más de 1 noche no sirve, no hay absolutamente nada, la habitación es muy bonita la decoración eso sí El personal horrible para hacer el check-in... Encima inglés... No saben tratar a los clientes

- Julia (8/5): - Die Aussicht war atemberaubend, Küche super ausgestattet, Parkplatz vorhanden, tolle Möglichkeiten sich aufzuhalten (drinnen und draußen) Das Bad war ein wenig dunkel und der Wasserstrahl aus Waschbecken und Dusche teils sehr schwach.

- Roman (10/5): - Ubytování předčilo mé očekávání. Nově postavené nebo hezky opravené bungalovy, poměrně dost prostorné a hlavně velmi čisté. Škoda, že jsem tu strávil jen jednu noc. Velmi příjemné ubytování Je to trochu na konci světa. Ale stojí to za to.

- Garcia Hueso (1/5): Pagas para que te insulten - Nada El problema empezó porque yo reservé una habitación con cama doble, y el mismo día de llegar me dice que tiene una avería y que me pone en una habitación con dos camas. Le contesté que no, que quería una doble y a eso ella respondió que por un día que durmamos en dos camas no pasa nada. Esa poca educación que tuvo al contestarme hizo que le dijera que yo quería una cama doble y que si no la tenía que cancelaba y me devolviera el dinero. Pues a raíz de esto, se volvió loca( tengo los textos y los audios) diciendo que yo quería quedarme en su hotel gratis, un sin fin de cosas terribles, incluso me dijo que me vaya a Otto hotel y se la chupe al director, una locura el trato y la poca vergüenza de la regente de este hotel. Jamás, y mira que viajo muchisimo, jamás me encontré a alguien así. Llamé a Booking para que me devolviera el dinero completo de la reserva y fin No vayáis, en un momento me dijo que me había cancelado y que pena que no pudiera cancelar a todos los españoles que solo damos por x ulo. Ella imagino que será rusa por el habla, una sinvergüenza racista impresionante.

La stanza si presenta in condizioni pessime con bagni di dimensioni ultra ridotte, doccia che su 4 giorni solo 1 giorno é stata funzionale (al punto che il custode Danny, che é l’unica persona gentile li dentro, ci ha fatto usufruire della sua doccia privata), dal soffitto a causa dell’umidità della notte ci sono infiltrazioni di acqua che cadevano sul nostro letto e anche sulla nostra faccia e oggetti personali, la luce che a volte non funziona, la porta che si chiude a fatica e fa tanto rumore da svegliare le altre famiglie, asciugamani che non sono stati cambiati da nessuno,la cucina non ha un minimo di igiene e non viene curata da nessuno a quanto pare, fuori dalle stanze non é presente nemmeno una luce e non si vede niente essendo in campagna, il cancello rimane sempre aperto e non é dotato di un sistema di sicurezza. Sinceramente pagare questo 45€ a notte mi sembra eccessivo

Obiekt w opłakanym stanie, wszechobecny brud, kurz, brudne naczynia, porozwalane losowe przedmioty. W obiekcie NIE MA ciepłej wody, zdarza się ona raz w ciągu dnia więc kto pierwszy ten lepszy, rano zapomnij że się umyjesz, ogrzewania również nie ma żadnego więc w nocy najlepiej spać w kurtce. Zachowanie właścicielki po zwróceniu na to uwagi karygodne, krzyki, wyzwiska, groźby, zupełny brak profesjonalizmu, czegokolwiek w zasadzie, kobieta musi być zakompleksiona. Po dwóch nocach w męczarniach i bez prysznica krzykiem zostaliśmy wyrzuceni z lokalu, owa Pani stwierdziła że wyrzuci nasze rzeczy przed lokal jak ich nie zabierzemy, generalnie obiekt to jedna wielka pomyłka. Wrzucam screen tego jak Pani właścicielka traktuje gości :)

The owner insisted we book a taxi through them, and my parents were charged 35 euros for a short ride. This is outrageously overpriced and felt completely illegal. The car was breaking down, and the driver already had another passenger inside — unsafe and unacceptable. The room itself was awful. The bathroom had absolutely no hot water, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. There is no reception, just a woman on the phone instructing guests to take keys from a secret locker, which feels unprofessional and shady. Overall, this place is absolutely disgusting. Overpriced, dishonest, and exploitative. Do not stay here — it’s a scam

- Oriana (3/5): Decepcionante!! - La cocina estaba sucia tanto el piso como el fregadero, tablas de madera con restos de comida, platos sucios de días sin lavar, manchas en todos lados. Como si hubiese habido una fiesta y dejaron ese desastre así. No obstante de todo eso, cuando salimos en la noche, no hay ni un solo foco de luz, está todo súper oscuro, no se ve nada! En la mañana siguiente cuando nos fuimos a bañar, no había agua caliente y hacía mucho frío. Imposible bañarse con el agua así! No se porque razón la habrán quitado pero no nos pudimos bañar! Muy mal servicio! Deben mejorar
