• Richard (5/5): it was short just 1 night as we had family staying in Ludlow - location was remote Disliked · The greeting from the host when we arrived wasn’t the best. One of the reasons we booked this property was because it had an EV charger outside, so I plugged my car in to charge around 100 miles. However, the owner came over and seemed unhappy that it was being used, and asked for an additional £10 charge. While £10 may not sound like much, charging that amount at home would only cost around £1.80. I explained that at other properties we’ve stayed at, using the EV charger has never been an issue and we’ve never been charged extra, so this wasn’t a great first impression. It would be helpful to either put a sign next to the charger advising guests to contact the owner before use, or communicate this more clearly in the booking summary emails and property information.

• Issac (8/5): - Very lovely cabin, well decorated and equipped. The location is excellent, with a view of greenery from the windows. All was clean except of the floor. It was too cold; the heating wasn't powerful enough, and they had an extra small radiator, but it was still chilly. They have an electric shower with poor pressure, and you can't really control the water temperature much. Unfortunately, the floor was sticky and dirty.

So much more convenient than a hotel room as they had their own room and we could relax in the lounge in the evening. Sharon was really helpful when trying to organise our stay. Loved the homemade pottery too! Nothing!

• Patricia (7/5): Thank goodness it was fortunately just an overnight stay on our way to South Wales. stay on - Delightful chalet, very well maintained equipped & very clean The situation, it was like entering a transport depot ,at least 5 large transit vans & 5 cars parked which we had to navigate round to get to the chalet & then park on the GRASS, (the owner informed us he was charging his Electric vehicles as he had a BUSINESS to run , the chalet was obviously just a sideline ) - that was Sin no. 1, - Sin no. 2 was arriving 30 minutes early, normally a £20 surcharge ! I am 87 & my husband 94 & never in almost 70 years of Self catering holidays have we ever been charged for arriving early. How you can expect to predict a specific arrival time due to traffic conditions. The rear patio was well laid out , but no view due to a high hedge & no sun late afternoon so therefore sitting at the sides or front of the chalet you might as well have been on a car park.

• Robert (10/5): Lilac Cottage Wedding Stay - Stunning accommodation with amazing views of the countryside. We stayed here for 1 night after attending a wedding at nearby Bredenbury Court and wished we could have stayed longer. The accommodation is fresh, modern and clean and the communication from Peter and Sharon was excellent. Nothing not to like.

A perfect place to stay for a family of four. If only all rental properties could achieve such a high standard of accommodation. We would highly recommend this property to everyone.

• Sandra (10/5): Exceptional - The cottage was truly beautiful, everything you needed was there (even egg poacher pods), even though we did not use any of the cooking facilities I could see everything was clean and modern, we were only there for one night but it would be ideal for anyone wanting to stay longer as it felt like home away from home. The view from the rear is outstanding, we visited in rainy weather but even that didn't spoil it. The host Peter and Sharon were very quick to respond to any messages and couldn't be more accomodating.

The property is done to an excellent standard with everything you could want or need the beds are so comfortable and beautifully presented. The property is in a lovely area with views over the farms. • Nina (10/5): Beautiful, cosy little cottage with lovely and friendly hosts - Everything about this place was perfect. Absolutely lovely, kind, welcoming and friendly hosts. Communication in the booking.com app was very good, both before during and after our stay! The cottage was beautifully presented and very clean. It was clear that a lot of thought, love and care had gone into the design and creation of this place. It was an ideal place to stay for myself and my two friends, who were attending a wedding nearby the next day. Great parking facilities and I noticed an EV charger too. It was beautifully decorated, with lovely soft furnishings (lots of blankets!) and the kitchen was immaculate with all new appliances and utensils. So we cooked a lovely dinner and enjoyed it under the parasol with fairy lights on the terrace. I would definitely stay here again even if I were not attending a wedding - just for a cosy getaway! I wish I could have stayed another night!

We were keen to go walking in the vicinity (30 minutes from Malvern Hills), and this was an ideal stop. Beautifully decorated, it literally had everything you could need, and the hosts were so warm and helpful. The property is near a busy road, but you don’t hear a thing, and the back looks out onto farmland so you can certainly relax! Would definitely return here! Thank you so much. Nothing!

We had a little trouble finding it as the postcode took us to the main road but Sharon was incredibly helpful in helping us find it quickly.
