• Mayke (7/5): Perfecte locatie, ruim appartement ietwat ongezellig - Locatie is top, vlakbij station en restaurantjes - cafeetjes. Zeer ruim, superschoon en comfortabel appartement met terrasje buiten. Communicatie zeer vlot. Het appartement is wat sfeerloos. Het terras en de tuin zijn niet onderhouden.
• Kai (6/5): Majoitus oli ok, mutta suuri pettymys oli, että huoneisto oli kylmä, lämmitys ei ollut päällä. - Majoittajan tiedossa oli, että tulen myöhään yöksi,tulin noin 19.00. Majoitus oli ok, mutta suuri pettymys oli, että huoneisto oli kylmä, lämmitys ei ollut päällä, vaikka siellä oli kunnon lämpöpatterit.
• Veerle (10/5): - Locatie was perfect, vlakbij het station want normaal gezien kwamen we met de trein. Door werken echter reden er geen treinen en hebben we gestapt van Welkenraed tot Eupen. We waren kletsnat van de regen maar gelukkig werd het snel warm in het huisje.
• Guest (7/5): Super voor 1 à 2 nachten, vlakbij station en bushalte, centrum Eupen bereikbaar. - Geen overlast van verkeer, want slaapkamer lag achteraan. Slaapkamer kon goed verduisterd worden en het was er stil. Alles is gedateerd, maar netjes. Toevallig de heel erg vriendelijke dochter van de eigenaar ontmoet. Luidruchtige bovenburen, tot voorbij middernacht, hoorbaar in de woonkamer Een pollepel om soep te scheppen ontbrak. Tuin is verwaarloosd, dus niet uitnodigend. Jammer van een (heel lichte) rookgeur in de woonkamer.

• Ruben (6/5): - De voorzieningen in het appartement Het appartement is zeer ouderwets. De inkom is niet netjes. De extra kost voor lakens en handdoeken.

• Snipair (7/5): Zeer goede locatie, top kwaliteit-prijs verhouding. - Een bescheiden maar zeer goed verzorgde logies. Proper, voorzien van praktische benodigdheden en op wandelafstand van alles in het centrum van Eupen. Ook vlak aan het station, zeer strategisch. Communicatie met de eigenaars zeer vlot voor, tijdens en na mijn verblijf en duidelijke instructies werden meegedeeld wat alles vlot deed verlopen. Aanbod TV zenders was eerder beperkt en in de grote meerderheid Duitstalig, niet per se een probleem; afhankelijk van de gasten uiteraard. Wandhorloges tik tak kunnen storend zijn bij momenten, vooral bij het werken, maar niets extreems. Hangt ook af van de gasten.
• Petra (1/5): Zu teuer und schrecklich!! - Nur die relativ zentrale Lage Wir mussten 20€ für Bettwäsche bezahlen. Das war vorher nicht bekannt und wurde nirgendwo aufgeführt.

• Elisabetta (6/5): Pleasant - I liked the location When I arrived it was freezing cold. I would have appreciated if the heating had been turned on a bit before my arrival. The parking indications weren't clear. I parked my car in the alley next to the building as it was indicated and I found a flat tyre in the morning. I didn't like the single duvet on the bed.
• Antonia (3/5): Poor - The accommodation did not even offer bed sheets & duvet, not to mention towels, which is is not acceptable for the price requested. This was somehow offered at an additional cost of 10euros p.p. as a "laundry package".
• Eva (3/5): Underwhelming - The location next to the train station and walking distance from the city center is very good The apartment is uninspiring. The beds are too soft to sleep on. It is very weird that you have to pay extra to get bed sheets, just to get the code of a lock of a cupboard in the kitchen where the blankets are stored. You also have to make your bed yourself. The hallway was filled with cigarette smell when we arrived.
