Guest Reviews
- Karin (8/5): - This property is a fantastic find for anyone seeking a bit of serenity. The location is unbeatable , situated right next to the river, offering beautiful views and a calming atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. If you aren't a fan of the 'great outdoors,' the external toilet might test you—but the trade-off is front-row seat to some incredible sunrises.
- Sonya (10/5): Wonderful cottage with spectacular view - Marg and Trevor provided us with the perfect place for our getaway. The cottage is clean and some lovely dried fruits were left for us on arrival. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and the view is absolutely spectacular. Hubby enjoyed being able to do some fishing as well.
- Sue-Anne (9/5): -
- Gary (10/5): Will definitely be going again but for longer - Everything Nothing

- Renee (10/5): -
- Bronwyn (9/5): Loved our time here and would recommend. - The peace and quiet. We lived the rustic charm and had every facility you could need. The outside loo was not a problem but could be if it rained.

- Wilson (10/5): - Beautiful cottage right on the water! Couldn't ask for better location. The hosts were very responsive.
Kayaks were fun
The verandah overlooking the water was beautiful
All very clean and the shower was great Some of the beds were a little tired

- Dana (7/5): - View out the back outside toilet, but that was OK really
- Anne-maree (9/5): Superb - The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The road leading to the property was extremely corrugated.
- John (10/5): We had a really relaxing stay. - The kitchen facilities are fantastic. It is espeiclally important since the only local night time eatimng option is the Berri Pub so only pub grub. The view over the creek is magnificent. Nothing really.
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Location. Old world charm. Toilet facilities could be improved.
- Dawes (8/5): Very good nice value for money - Was a lovely location on the creek area and was nice neat and tidy area Only problem was girls didn't like toilet outside at first and the block drains after having showers.
- Mark (9/5): Superb - It felt like home
- Kelly (9/5): Lovely - Clean, peaceful, on the waters edge, nice and private , lots of room for the kids, kayaks for the kids, they loved it!

- Melissa (7/5): It met our needs for the weekend. - Good number of beds. The beds that we used were comfortable. The main air-conditioner worked well. The portable cooler worked well. Good range of kitchen dishes/utensils to use. The towels were good :-) The whole of Migga Road is unsealed and the property is right at the far end. The water supply to the house is river (creek) water excluding the drinkable water which is rain water.

- Steven (8/5): Very good - Was a nice little cottage with great views an was really comfortable an warm. The neighbours were extremely noisy on the first night ,loud music an yelling an letting off guns.Terrified my kids an partner, recommend a better light for outside as none worked apart from a little sensor light. Not the best when you need the toilet an have stupid neighbours.

- Nicole (10/5): Peaceful and get set for a laid back stay with a magnificent view in this cute but roomy cottage - Beautiful spot to spend a few days with the river view on the back verandah - lovely peaceful spot - stars were amazing at night and the views are first rate - it’s an old place but the beds and pillows were very comfortable and the place was very clean and tidy - had a good oven stove top and a great BBQ area - did I mention the spectacular view No complaints at all - there is an outdoor loo which may not suit everyone - having said this it’s close to the house and has great lighting so no dramas for our crew

- Tracy (10/5): Country Experience - The owners are lovely, communication top notch. The location right next to the river was very relaxing and quiet. The outside toilet was a little inconvenient (oversight on my part), more so because we are not country folk and dealing with toilet frogs (sometimes in the bowl if hubby forgot to put the seat down lol) was something we will remember always. Otherwise could not fault it :)
- Lyn (10/5): Exceptional - The position & peace, comfortable beds & frogs in the loo😁

Great location, peace and quiet. beautiful lagoon.
Sensational shower.
comfy beds
Nice big shady verandah over looking the creek.
birds and goanna. needed in the kitchen. more basics. eg , salt and pepper and paper towel
Bit dated and old, eg. carpets.
With pets, floating floors would be more appropriate and easier to clean
Canoe leaked and difficult creek access
No flat area to sit by the water.
