- Kalana (10/5): Great location, clean and tidy - Very spacious rooms and social area with a garden at the back.
Not far from the Lakes, for someone comong from South it is a great place to base for a few days and cover the Lakes. Bathroom tiles were a little too slippery for our liking after a shower.

- Richard (10/5): Lovely stay and super cosy and clean! The host was amazing and helped us out, when we left our car keys there, posting t - Lovely and clean, had everything we needed for our family of 3 and a toddler. Nice and safe and close to the town centre.

- Lucy (10/5): Exceptional - The house was spotless on arrival, it was easy to find and park on the drive, the facilities were brilliant and it felt really spacious for me and my 2 friends. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again if we came back to Kendal. Matt was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Best part was the outdoor tap in the back garden as our boots needed hosing off after a long and muddy walk! Nothing
- Nicola (10/5): Love staying here so much we booked again. -
- Stephanie (10/5): Excellent, would stay again! - Lovely kitchen area, spacious house, big garden with seating and cover. Great location with parking Front bedroom bed a little uncomfy & doors are loud closing when child in bed, but that’s personal preference. The house itself is great.
- Eric (10/5): Great place to stay - Yucca cottage was a great place to stay, it was clean, comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Ideally located to explore the surrounding area. I was fortunate to actually meet Matt. the host, and he was happy to help with anything we required. We will definitely stay there again in future.

- Kavitha (9/5): Very well kept place . Recommend it for traveller who want to explore the Lake District. - Comfortable and clean place. Host had kept travel guide books and ensured everything was well equipped. Would definitely recommend this property. Bathroom is really small
- Maria (8/5): Was practical and good enough - Rooms and Kitchen was for a large family but Kitchen staff was prepared for the minimum.
An English large kitchen had no Teapot , 2 cooking pans, no cafe machine or similar, just a bit of powder.
When we asked for a tea pot the owner was surprised of our wishes but brought one the day after

- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Evie (9/5): Superb -

- Jay (4/5): Disappointing - Location was a shock. Not a cottage, but a refurbished 3 bedroom semi on a large estate in a run down area of Kendal, with a busy road running outside. We only stayed one night of our two night stay, because of the awful location. Bed too short for my husband. Booking.com should show pictures of the outside of all properties. This may be why it is non refundable and you have to pay in advance.
- Alex (10/5): Exceptional - great place and location, brilliants owners.
made everything so easy and we’re very accommodating, can’t rate highly enough.
would like to thank them for a great weekend!
- Graeme (10/5): Exceptional - excellent nothing
