• Kelly (10/5): Very good, def reccomend (unless you have had a recent surgery and have trouble with the stairs) - Top location, right in the heart of the city, at close proximity to metro stations. The staff was exceptional, very kind, super helpful and tending to every need. The premises where spotless clean and the rooms very well equipped. There were stairs from the elevator to the reception (10-12) which was not mentioned and we had a bit of difficulty since two members of the group where operated on the legs.

• Christel (10/5): Rundum zufrieden! - Das Relais Ammira bietet ein Frühstück an, das über das des italienischen Typs (Kaffee plus süßem Gebäck) hinausgeht: Brötchen, Toast, Eiervariationen, warmes und kaltes Gemüse, Joghurt, frisches Obst und Cerealien, Säfte, süße Aufstriche. Die Lage ist optimal, nah am historischen Zentrum, an der Shoppingmeile, an den Metro- und Drahtseilbahnstationen. Besser geht es wohl kaum. Wir hatten sowohl auf der Hinreise (3 Nächte, 11.-14.3.), als auch auf der Rückreise sehr ruhige Zimmer. Alles top!

• Cinzia (8/5): Sicuramente se tornerò a Napoli prenderò in considerazione di tornarci . - Purtroppo non abbiamo usufruito della colazione perché inizia alle 7.30 e noi avevamo il taxi alle 7.20 . E stato un vero peccato anche se ci hanno lasciato fuori dalla camera una busta con dei tramezzini, acqua e delle fettine di dolce. Mi è piaciuto tutto.
• Chinwendu (9/5): Perfect for an overnight stay - The staff could not be more nice if they tried. They were honestly amazing. They made the night before my birthday perfect. They also stayed later than usual so we can check-in and left some Prosecco in the room. The breakfast was nice and although we only stayed over for a night, we would highly recommend. The smell of the drainage in the bathroom.

• Margherita (10/5): Classy and comfortable stay in the heart of via Toledo - The property is newly renewed in an ancient building in the heart of via Toledo. Interior are amazing and staff was really friendly and helpful. A lift in the courtyard was connecting the ground floor to the second floor. We took the breakfast included option and we were really happy about it as provided with a very good variety of both sweet and savory foods in the comfort of the hotel.

• Akshyan (10/5): It was a clean, well mainted property that offered an amazing breakfast in a great location with wonderful staff. - Everything apart from a little difficulty finding the reception or the hotel and the construction in the elevator area. The staff were helpful and friendly. They even organized a breakfast for the last morning before our flight because it was an early morning flight so we wouldn’t have been able to get breakfast. The room was clean, the cleaning lady was wonderful. The staff that h checked us in, I forget her name but she was amazing. The breakfast had some Italian sweets you would need to try. They had a coffee machine which was had multiple options. The room had a spa which we used every night which was a nice touch to the room, jets could have had more pressure but honestly the room and hotel was perfect. Location was perfect as well! Close to everything. Water pressure and shower were also great.
