• Kirstie (7/5): Good location - Location was good. Parking not the easiest. Wasn’t filthy but could definitely have been cleaner. The staircase to attic bedroom should be carefully considered.

• Ali-Brown (8/5): Lovely apartment on 3rd floor but lots of steps inside and on a spilt levels - The flat is in a superb location right near to the pier, promenade and shops. The.flat was beautifully clean and ready for our arrival The stairs up to the 2nd level bedroom within the flat (which was the double) are extrenely narrow and have a sharp corner.. Sadly two of our party slilpped down them. The pub directly opposite plays live music on Friday and Saturday night till late which can be heaed in the.upper bedroom and living room. Free parking is very differcult at weekends and evenings.

• Samantha (10/5): The Penthouse - Perfect apartment, lovely location. Every detail was well thought out, the apartment had everything you needed for a great stay. Would have been nice for 2 toilets instead of bath but this wouldnt put us off booking again.

Difficult to operate the lock box Bathroom lock doesn't work Narrow stairs, no lift Balcony lock was tough to open and close. Single toilet.
• Jacqui (10/5): Top notch gaff in the heart of Dudders! - Super location and such a fabulous property. The beds were sooooo comfy and the shower one of the best I’ve had. The apartment is tastefully finished to a high standard and doesn’t feel like it’s rented, like you can sometimes experience. The icing on the cake was the patio area which had sun for most of the day. Nothing that I can think of. If I was being picky the only suggestion from me would be to provide bath sheets, rather than towels, but that’s literally all I can think of, and I’d come back in a heartbeat.

• Paul (10/5): Perfect Christmas break, thank you xx - Stunning, spacious, immaculate Penthouse. We had a wonderful Christmas break, home from home with everything you need for your stay. The Christmas tree was a lovely touch, thank you. We will definitely stay again.

• Jim (10/5): Perfect penthouse - The photos don't give you an idea of how spacious this apartment is. It has an amazing amount of space including separate shower room,toilet with washbasin and a separate bathroom. With a quirky appealing layout that includes 2 large bedrooms with plenty of storage for clothes. The attic double room is a lovely feature. The apartment is fitted out to an incredibly high standard . Furniture, fixtures , fittings, crockery, glassware everything is as you would want in your own home. The location is great. A minutes stroll from the pier. We have visited llandudno many times and always stay in apartments. This is the best we've stayed in.
• Michelle (10/5): Excellent apartment - I visited the penthouse with my best friend, we thought the apartment was excellent in every way, location, cleanliness & comfort. I have tried to book for next year but unfortunately the summer months are already booked up. Parking is an issue but once I found a space a couple of streets away on the 2nd day I didn't have to move my car again so all good in the end.
• Neil (9/5): Amazing place; great location, nice decor and really well equipped for self catering. - Location is amazing, parking close can be an issue - but as it’s so close to the pier etc that’s to be expected & it’s a small price to pay. Curtains in the bedroom very thin and don’t block out much light; so room gets very light early I. The summer.

• Stellar21 (9/5): Great location and beautiful flat. - Great location. Beautiful décor. Comfy beds with Egyptian cotton duvet. Everything is good quality. Smart TV and WiFi worked well. It has a bath and separate really good shower. Would love to return. Only challenge is the narrow steep staircase to the master bedroom.

The apartment is very nicely decorated and has everything you need. Very comfy bed and lovely welcome pack Everything was excellent. Parking could be an issue in busy times that’s all

• Keith (10/5): Relaxing break in spacious comfortable accommodation - Location perfect for shops and local attractions Access to the bedroom on top floor, which was a beautiful room but not suitable for older people and no en-suite. Whilst the stairs leading down to the rear of the property to empty bins etc were not an issue for us, it could prove tricky for people with limited mobility.

We text messaged and eventually got a code after 45 minutes waiting in the rain.

• John (10/5): Love this Apartment - Great location. Spacious. Tastefully decorated. Kitchen has all you'd need. Separate bath and shower. Comfy beds, I hope to return to Penthouse next year it's so good. The stairs to upper bedroom tricky for less mobile but not a problem for me as I used other bedroom:)
