• Marisol (9/5): - el departamento esta super comodo tiene todo me encanto con dos recamaras bien decorado no me gusto que esta en cuarto piso, no hay elevador , no esta registrado que esta en cuarto piso si estan pesadas escaleras para un adulto mayor asi que es importante poner en el anuncio

• Elisa (10/5): Nel complesso un soggiorno perfetto, confortevole e senza alcuna mancanza. Assolutamente consigliato. - Mi sono trovata davvero molto bene in questo appartamento a Valencia. In generale mi è piaciuto tutto: era uno spazio ampio, luminoso, moderno e soprattutto estremamente pulito, dotato di ogni comfort possibile. Non mancava letteralmente nulla: cucina super attrezzata con lavastoviglie, forno, microonde, e addirittura già fornita di detersivo per piatti e lavastoviglie. Ho trovato anche prodotti base come tè, caffè, sale e perfino della pasta, cosa davvero rara e molto apprezzata. Presente anche la lavatrice, completa di detersivo, oltre ai prodotti per il bagno. Particolarmente apprezzata anche l’attenzione ai dettagli: asciugamani per il bagno, biancheria pulita e persino teli mare per la spiaggia. Il sistema di filtraggio dell’acqua è stata un’altra comodità davvero utile, che evita di dover acquistare bottiglie. L’host è stato molto gentile e disponibile, fornendo indicazioni utili sul supermercato più vicino e consigli pratici su app per spostarsi e chiamare taxi.
• Valentin (7/5): - The apartment itself is very clean and well-maintained, the host is very nice, and the area offers easy access to buses and shops. The first thing that hits you when you enter the building—especially the apartment—is the sewage smell. The second very annoying issue is that you can hear absolutely everything from the neighbors, who are extremely noisy; it’s practically impossible to sleep without earplugs. Another downside is that the hot water in the shower is not actually hot, which makes it quite uncomfortable to use.

• Amparo (9/5): Buenas ubicación para ir a la playa y a los museos - La ubicación, la amabilidad de la dueña, la decoración, la cercanía a buenos sitios para comer, a la playa y a los museos. También está bien comunicado con el centro por transporte público, y en la calle de atrás se aparca bien y no hay parquímetro. Que no hay persianas y hay que subir cuatro pisos sin ascensor. Pero eso ya lo sabíamos antes de hacer la reserva porque nos hemos alojado allí anteriormente. Salvo esas dos cosillas, todo lo demás es perfecto, y por la relación calidad - precio merece la pena.
• Viktor (10/5): - The owner of the apartment absolutely marvelous and helpful, very kind. Apartment is in great condition, very well prepared and very cozy. City centre is easy to reach (20 minutes).
• Magor (9/5): Jol felszerelt, tágas szállás! - Tágas szobák, jól felszerelt konyha és fürdőszoba, segítőkész tulajdonos. Közelben buszmegálló, meg nagyszerű vendéglő. A lépcsőház eléggé lepukkant, rossz első benyomást ad. A felső szomszédok nagyon zajosak, éjjel 1 óráig zajongtak, persze ez nem a tulajdonos hibája!
• Tina (10/5): Super! - Všeč mi je bila opremljenost apartmaja, od pomivalnega stroja, pralnega, mikrovalovne ... Na voljo so bile tudi osnovne začimbe, kava, čaj, kakav. Apartma je zelo prostoren in ima vse, kar potrebuješ. Zelo je bilo čisto, četudi je stara stavba. Vonj, o katerem so pisali moji predhodni gostje, je res prisoten, ampak ni tako grozno. Zaradi tega ne nižamo ocene. Blok nima dvigala, če to koga moti, naj bo pripravljen na stopnice.

• Jérémy Loeung (8/5): Un bon logement - On a bien aimé l'emplacement de l'appartement. Pas loin du départ du marathon mais un peu excentré du centre de Valence. La réactivité de l'hôte, les équipements, l'espace du logement et pas mal de rangement. C'est au 4e étage sans ascenseur donc faut quand même les monter. Une odeur d'égout dans les communs et dans le logement. Et une insonorisation fragile car on entend les voisins parlés et il faut dire que les espagnols parlent quand même un peu fort.

• Klaudia (8/5): Ładne mieszkanie, dobrze wyposażone. Wróciłabym ponownie:) - Bardzo przestronny apartament, dobrze wyposażony i czysty. Ściany w mieszkaniu są chyba dosyć cienkie, ponieważ słychać było rozmowy z mieszkań obok czy z innych pięter.

• Радостина (9/5): - Местоположението е много добро, близо до спирки на градския транспорт и магазини за хранителни стоки. Много бързо се стига до центъра и всички забележителности. Апартаментът е оборудван с всичко необходимо, чист и уютен. Комуникацията с домакина беше лесна и бързо ни отговаряше на всички въпроси.

• Valentina (8/5): Soggiorno accogliente - Struttura molto accogliente, perfetta per 4 persone. Arredata, a mio avviso, molto bene. Pulizia ottima. Ha tutto il necessario che richiede un soggiorno in un’appartamento. Host super gentile è riuscita anche ad anticiparci il check-in di parecchie ore. Gli unici due difetti è che si trova al 4 piano quindi bisogna fare un po’ di scale e non sono larghissime. L’altra cosa che non è molto insonorizzata.

• Valeriu (5/5): Extremely clean, good location, but no air con in bedrooms and no lift - Extremely clean and close to the harbor / about 7 minutes bicycle ride from the beach. Air conditioning was unavailable in the bedrooms. Impossible to sleep on a hot night. Also, you need to take the stairs 5 floors, which makes it very inconvenient for older people.

• GIUSEPPE (7/5): Bel appartamento al quarto piano senza ascensore.. che fatica!! - Appartamento nuovo e ristrutturato di recente Appartamento al quarto piano senza ascensore, 1 solo condizionatore per tutta casa ( insufficiente per rendere confortevole il clima in casa)

• Pawel (3/5): Poor - Was clean. Equipment was relatively new. Close to Oceanografic and science museum. Considering winter time theare was only heating equipmen (AC) in kitchen/salon. In 2 bedrooms and bathroom there was no heating so there was cold in those rooms even AC was running. Additionally there was very unpleasant smell during stay (3 nights) (like from swage system or mold) so we had to keep all windows opened. Staircase to the apartment was not clean.
• Tijana (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment Is very cozy and clean. Well conected to the metro, around 12 min walk with the kid :). The Marina and beach are in the near, less then 10 min walk. Margarita is very nice, communication went smootly. I recomend to stay here, you will have everything you need.

Everything was good: clean, equipped with everything, Internet, big TV, equipped bathroom, kitchen, nearby bus stop to the center, the host is very kind, answers all questions immediately. They gave us a lot of advice, where to eat, which transport to use. The place is safe, and there is free parking nearby. They allowed us to check out at 18:00 because there were no guests after us on the same day. When we come again to Valencia I will book it again. I recommend it.
• Gulnara (7/5): Good for a short stay in Valencia. - The had everything we needed as a traveling family and looked exactly like on the photos. -was good that it had dishwasher and washing machine -was also great that it had the basic stuff to cook: salt, pepper, oil, tea and etc. Since the building is old the apartment was extremely noisy, we could hear almost everything what was said behind the wall, furthermore the person living upstairs would always walk very loud especially in the late evening, one can even think it could be high heels… Moreover you could also smell the sink/pipes smells.

• George (8/5): Good place to spend a week in Valencia. - Good communication with the owner, good location (close to Oceanographic Museum and City of Science), no delay at check in, wifi, good amenities, apartment as described. The building in which the apartment is needs some refurbishing.
