• Irene (8/5): Außer die Schlüsselübergabe entsprach alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. - Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen, auch die Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten. Wir konnten alles bequem erreichen, wie z. B. die Metro oder den Einkauf von Lebensmittel. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen. Der Schlüssel lag in der Unterkunft. Die Tür für die Unterkunft war nicht das Problem, sondern zwei Türen um überhaupt an die Wohnungstür zu kommen. Wir haben warten müssen, bis Anwohner uns freundlicherweise reingelassen haben. Das fanden wir sehr unpersönlich. Wir hatten Glück, dass es nicht geregnet hat. Auch das alles über`s Handy läuft ( z.B. den Restbetrag zu bezahlen ), fanden wir alle sehr zeitaufwendig. Also nicht schnell und unkompliziert. Schade.

• Dumitru (6/5): Pleasant stay, let’s not do that again - Comfy beds, roomy apartment, decent internet connection, good water pressure, clean. Over complicated keyless access, keys that don’t open any doors, coffee maker and kettle that are unusable and are stored away, old cutting board, old pans, poor knives, poor sound proofing, temperature control not possible, no dishwashing tablets, property charged me € 84 extra for city tax although kids under 10 don’t have to pay (they don’t provide a solution for this and say that I have to get the money back myself from the municipality although they charged me via their own property solution - Vickey).
• MichelaBoscolo (9/5): Remuria Domus - Appartamento molto ampio con due camere da letto ,due bagni,zona giorno spaziosa . Dotato di tutto ciò che serve . Ho gradito molto avere una tv anche nelle camere . La zona era ottima ,Garbatella quartiere molto ben servito con tutti i servizi ,ristoranti,supermercati,farmacia,pasticceria ......insomma di tutto e di più. La metro Garbatella molto vicina e quindi comodissima per spostarsi (noi abbiamo fatto l'abbonamento settimanale Atac ) . L'appartamento è molto rumoroso la notte 😥 Poi una volta preso sonno non ci si fa più caso ma nel frattempo un via vai di motorini ,macchine 😌 Ci sono poi a mio avviso alcuni dettagli che potrebbero fare la differenza e riguardano la pulizia (per esempio il bollitore e la macchina del caffè erano non puliti e pieni di calcare quindi inutilizzabili,le docce dei bagni con un po' di anticalcare e candeggina sarebbero perfette ).

• Dan (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment door is provided with an electronic lock. It is obvious that the same code is being used with every new booking. The emailed check-in instructions contained a photo of the same code, it also features in a note permanently attached on the inner side of the door, as well as in a video demonstration I received from the apartment manager. I pointed that out as a security issue to the apartment manager who indicated to be the owner's brother, as well as to Booking.com via the Genius hotline. The owner denied that it is always the same code, stating that they do change it "periodically", while the Booking.com clark was very understanding on the phone but never got back to me with a solution. Another issue was that the manager notified me at some point during my stay that her bother the owner urgently needed to come to the apartment to replace the internet modem and to check the noise factor about which I complained. I explained that internet was working fine, and that they must know about the noise already, and that I am at the conference the whole day and wouldn't be able to be there when he comes by. I clearly stated that I don't agree with him showing up in my absence. She didn't respond to that, just sent me the new wifi connection data a couple of hours later. When I asked if he went to the apartment, anyway, she replied "sure, what do you think?". I told her I was going to report it to Booking.com to which she replied "be my guest". The apartment itself is actually clean and spacious. It has the air of your average "unlived and unloved" Airbnb rental, but that's not a problem. The area is great, not touristy but very close to the center, with the Garbatella subway station just 400 meters away. The apartment is on an elevated ground floor and all the windows face the street and a roundabout. One bedroom has newer windows but it it still relative noisy.
• Mateusz (7/5): Nice apartment, but it could be better maintained - The apartment's location is excellent; Garbatella metro station is just a few minutes' walk away. There are a lot of restaurants, shops, and bars in the neighborhood. The apartment is nicely designed and comfortable. Keyless access to the apartment is useful, unless you lose an internet connection. The apartment isn't dirty, but it's not clean either. The tableware was dirty; there were no dishwasher tablets in the apartment, so we had to start our stay with dishwashing. In the kitchen, sticky spots were present on the floor. The cabinet doors overlap and make it difficult to close; they should be regulated. The windows are old and leaky, which is why it is really loud in the apartment, even at night because the windows are coming into the street.

Overnight stay in a nice building from the early 20th century. Well-equipped apartment, large and clean. Exceptionally friendly hosts. Ready to help if anything is needed.

• Lewis (1/5): The worst experience in my whole life of travelling. - The property was nice but we were wrongly accused of breaking the TV by the very rude management. We are a quiet couple and only spent time there to sleep. In all my years of travelling I’ve never had such awful customer service. The management are disgusting in how they treat their customers, the bed covers were not clean. We could not shut the door and the manager was hostile and rude when we told her that we couldn’t shut it. On top of that, being accused of breaking a TV. It seems that the manager should have a policy to properly check before each new guest arrives. Avoid at all costs, you may also be accused of breaking something that was already broken
• Mym00n (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious, elegantly decorated comfortable flat in an quite estate. The flat is 5 minute walking distance to the Garbatella metro station, Restaurants, Pizzerias, Gelato shop and markets The flat offers all the necessary ammenities for longer stays.
• Alvise (9/5): Good sized, well equipped, recently renovated flat in a convenient area - This apartment is well-designed, has been recently completely renovated and can pretty comfortably host up to 4 people: there are 2 double rooms and 2 bathrooms, both with walk-in showers; the night/sleeping area is also well separated from the living room and the kitchen. Every room has AC and the heating works well, too. Honestly, you'll find pretty much anything you should need even for longer stays: washing machine, dish washer, fridge, gas stove, pots, cutlery and plates, electric kettle, coffee machine... multiple TV sets with Netflix and Amazon Prime... I've even found hair straighteners in the storage room! The apartment lot has a nice park inside and the area is one of the few typical ones remaining in Rome: a mini-market and a couple of pizza places are right in front of the place and if you wonder a bit uphill while getting to the underground station, you'll see some nice, good- (not so) old-times spots worth taking a couple of different pics from the usual ones. The whole key procedure was a bit tricky: maybe it was me, but the electronic lock once opened was difficult to close again. The owners though were quick to respond and despite being almost 10 pm arrived promptly, in less than 20 mins. Another not-so-good feature is that the flat doesn't have a garden view, but is all on the side overlooking the street, which can be a bit noisy especially during day time (a good idea would be to replace the windows, most of which are still fairly old, single pane ones).

• Kimberley (10/5): Great location and superb apartment - The property was very large and comfortable. The air conditioning was wonderful in the heat of the day. Great location, close to the metro for easy access to all attractions. There were also lots of restaurants and bars nearby.
