Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto con numerosi consigli su attività e ristoranti raccomandati. L'edificio moderno contiene diversi appartamenti. La nostra camera era spaziosa e luminosa. Presente un frigo e anche un piccolo angolo cottura che non abbiamo usato. Presente un comodo e piacevole terrazzino con sedie e tavolino. La posizione degli appartamenti è vicina a negozietti e ristoranti tipici raggiungibili a piedi se non si ha voglia di spostarsi troppo con l'auto. Presenti asciugamani e phon. Letti comodi. Parcheggio comodo privato. Le foto su booking purtroppo non rendono. Purtroppo di notte era molto caldo. Tenendo aperta la portafinestra entrava piacevole aria fresca ma l'assenza di zanzariere ci ha costretto a tenere chiuso. È presente un condizionatore che però puntava direttamente sul letto. Il bagno è spazioso ma la tenda non è sufficiente ad evitare di bagnare un po' il pavimento.

• Csaba (3/5): - Délután 5-től nem volt víz!! 3 napig.Fürödni, WC nem megoldot. Erkélyen nem volt árnyékoló, így nem lehetett használni.
• Giorgia (10/5): - Our stay in Crete was truly fantastic! Dimitris, the owner, personally welcomed us upon arrival, immediately showing us the room and providing all the useful information — where to find the supermarket, the nearest beach, how to use the air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and more. We had about an hour’s drive from the airport to the apartment and arrived later than expected due to a delay. Despite that, Dimitris was incredibly accommodating and there to greet us with a smile. The room was exactly as shown in the photos: clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Midweek, they came to clean and changed all the sheets and towels. Throughout our stay, we spoke often with Dimitris, who was always friendly and full of great recommendations — from beautiful beaches to hidden gems and excellent local restaurants. He’s a truly wonderful person, always present, helpful, and kind. Highly recommend!
• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Plenty of space and privacy between rooms while also only being a 2-3 minute walk from the main street and beach of platanes. Rooms are kept very clean and the host Dimitris is very kind and fluent in English. Taxi rank and Lidl also right around the corner. Plenty of parking space for those travelling by car and an amazing restaurant Sky Park Grill right around the corner. Perfect for families and couples. We hope to stay here again.

• Luka (10/5): Positive surprise, better than we hoped, and when you to take into account value for money, seems even better - Amazing experience 👌🏼 -location is superb, quiet place with walkable supermarkets, shops, restaraunts and fast food, and only 5min drive to Rethymno old city -rooms are much bigger and nicer in person than on photos (told Dimitris to take new shots asap 😄) and very very clean. It has all that you need, hairdryer, dishes, bug terrace -and maybe the best part is Dimitris himself, great guy who gave us real usable advice where to go or not to go, where to eat, and very fluent in english Not a single bad thing
• Tóth (10/5): A really nice place to stay. - We stayed at a smaller apartment upstairs. It had a nice view from the balcony to the buildings on the other side of the street and the sea in the background. The owner was really kind and flexible with the check-in / check-out times. The apartment located 10 minutes walk distance from the beach. You could find areas with sunbeds or without them also, beach of Rethymno is really long. Lidl is 5 minute walk, lots of tavernas also. If you are looking for a place to stay in Rethymno which is located far away from the noisy city-center but still in a walk distance from everything you need for a restful stay, I would definitely recommend DM Apartments. It was a bit tricky for us to find the place for the first time. It is located in a big garden with tall trees at the corner of the street and there is no sign on the fence, only inside the garden on the building. Waze has the coordinates, so it is manageable although.

The beds are comfortable, the apartment is close to the highway, which is good when you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the center. The beach is 10 minutes away from the apartment, in any case very good location! All recommendations for this apartment, and his host Dimitris!

• Oleg (10/5): Exceptional - the beach was 5 minutes away, there were a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance, there was a Lidl nearby. The area is quiet and calm, the apartment has all the conditions and is very clean, there is a balcony overlooking the mountains and the sea. Dimitris is the best owner we have ever seen, he is hardworking and always in a good mood, he will tell you where and how to go on vacation and can also help with any questions. We will come back next time!

Our host is one great man, he told us everything about all interesting things we wanted to visied, he gave us tips about the easiest ways to come to destination we wanted to see :) we enjoyed in his apatment, it was very comfortable, Beautiful Beach is near if you want to walk, but also you can drive only one hour to come to the most beautiful beaches in Crete ☺️ I hope that we will come again! The apartment is in a very nice location, at a short distance from Rethymno city and just 10 min walk from the beach, with a big Lidl supermarket just 5 min walk away.
