Guest Reviews
- Thomas (6/5): Un séjour agréable dans un appartement bien refait. À proximité du centre historique et de la gare. Seul bémol, le bruit - Le logement, la décoration, la literie Le bruit malgré le double vitrage
- Ewa (10/5): Super pobyt. - Bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz Luca. Nie było problemu z przedłużeniem godziny wyjazdu. Wszystko zgodne z opisem. Czysto, przyjemnie. Do zwiedzania super lokalizacja.

- Felice (9/5): Naples is crazy and this apartment offers some calm space - The apartment is beautiful and well located The stairs (but Luca kindly carried an enormous suitcase up for us!). The area looks interesting when you first arrive but we loved it within a day or so
- Pia (7/5): - Venlig og hjælpsom udlejer. Pæn og rummelig lejlighed med aircondition.
Central beliggenhed ift. Stationen og gade med mange spisesteder Der var en del trafik larm. Området omkring lejligheden virker lidt ussel og beskidt.
- Verena (10/5): Great host, nice apartment - We had a great stay at Luca’s apartment in Naples! The apartment itself was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Luca was a very attentive and helpful host, always quick to respond and full of good recommendations. While the neighborhood felt a bit sketchy at first glance, we never felt unsafe and everything we needed was close by. All in all, a great experience — grazie, Luca!
- Amanda (10/5): Excellent apartment excellent location superb host! - The host Luca is so welcoming and was genuinely interested in making our stay as wonderful as possible. Location is excellent and a short walk from Napoli Centrale and Garibaldi metro but you can walk everywhere from the apartment. Apartment is exactly as seen on booking.com very clean and spacious with high ceilings and balconies to open to let the air in of too hot. Had the most comfortable sleep also. Everything is provided that you could possibly need and the Caffe de Borgo across the street is also a little gem of a place for breakfast.
I’m blown away by this apartment and Luca and would urge anyone wanting a calm place to relax in the busy historic district. There are homeless refugees nearby but they didn’t bother us at all and I felt very safe and even when my friend left earlier than me I felt safe as a female solo traveller walking around
- Joanna (10/5): The basis of a good holiday is a comfortable place to stay. That was just it. - What I liked?
1. Attentive and warm owner.
2. Interior design, simple and classy, cousy.
3. Two bathrooms, very warm water.
4. Working cable TV.
5. Proximity to the historical center.
6. Proximity to the Alibus bus stop (airport transfer) = 15 minutes.
7. Equipment of the premises: fridge, dishwasher, hair dryer (2x), vacuum cleaner.
- Dagmar (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was tastefully furnished and located conveniently around 10 min walking from the central train station. The host was super helpful, kind and accommodating, gave us great tips and was very flexible in the terms of check-out. Would definitely recommend! Everything was perfect, nothing negative. (Just keep in mind there is no lift if you have heavy luggage)
- Matt (9/5): Great host, beautiful apartment, lively city! - This is a gorgeous apartment and we loved our host Luca! A quick walk to the train station, delicious pizza spots and Spaccanapoli. The alleyway to the right of the building is a bit sketchy, but if you walk out to your left and out to the main road, all is well. :)
- Joel (5/5): No Breakfast, no Parking, 5h floor, additio. charge of 20.00€ for checkin after 17:00 No invoice - An apt in an old napoleatan buildung with original cealings. The owner helped us with the luggage as the apt is on the 5th floor without an elevator. The owner gave us good tips for restaurants in the area 1. We were charged an additonal 20 Euro for arrival at 19:00. The owner justified it with a late check-in!!!! although he himself lived very close. 2. the second room is really small and the bunk bed inconvenient. 3. the rooms smelled badly as the toilets had problems. 4. the breakfast cannot be called such as it is only a coffee at the bar across the street and a croissant. First breakfast (coffe and croissant) completely missed as the bar operator had no clue of our arrival and there was nothing available! The owner brought some sweet as a compensation to the apt. In Short - there is no breakfast at this location, just a coffee which all accomoations in Italy offer at no additional cost. 4. the address in booking is misleading! we ended up in the market of Napoli! the information from owner came too late and i still do not understand why this address is in the system! 5. There is no parking at the location. The owner refers to parking in the streets. Unfortunately our car got scrached..., we recommend to part the car at the parking house across the street.
- Michaela (10/5): Thank You Luca again for your hospitality and all good advices you gave us - don't let be fooled by the appearance of the surroundings, the apartment is beautiful and clean. the owner is incredibly helpful It’s Napels… you coldn’t complain about dirty streets and noise all night… If so, don’t come here
- Cedric (9/5): Great experience in Napoli - The apartment is placed really close to the hold city center. Everything was walking distance. We were a bit afraid by the surrounding drug addicts and the building was not looking on a good shape from the outside. It’s placed on the 3rd floor, but the floors are really high. Luca was really reassuring and it all went well. The apartment is really well equipped and comfortable for our family of 4! The caffe de Borgo just in front of the house was wonderful! Luca provided us with a lot of nice recommendations. A great experience in Napoli, which we highly recommend.
- Giomar (6/5): Lovely place but not a nice area - The inside of the apartment is beautiful! It has been recently renovated, and our host was very attentive throughout our stay. We had coffee and tea at our disposal with a fully equipped kitchen. Once you are inside the apartment, you feel like you are a world away. The host has done a fantastic job at making this place comfortable for guests. It i's up 6 flights of stairs (3 floors but each floor has walls around 4m high) without an elevator. As lovely as the interior is, the area is not nice. The area is not pleasant. The entrance is next to an alley where there are a lot of dodgy people. They even used the alley to do their bathroom necessities. There is no patrolling in the area, so they are always there. There is nothing wrong with the apartment itself, it is beautiful. The outside location of the apartment is completely outside the control of the host.
- Michael (10/5): Charming stay with a historical twist! - Our stay at the apartment was fantastic! Our host, Luca, welcomed us with open arms and an enthusiastic introduction to Naples' vibrant history, which was absolutely captivating. The apartment itself was comfortable and beautifully appointed, serving as the perfect base from which to explore the city. Luca's passion and knowledge truly enriched our experience, making this not just a place to stay, but a highlight of our visit to Naples.
- Zuzana (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation exceeded my expectations. Very good location close to the station. The host was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation had everything we needed, well equipped and with a comfortable bed. Lovely large windows from which we could see the surrounding area. Breakfast was delicious and kick started our day.
- Mira (10/5): Exceptional - Great apartment. Good location. About third or fourth floor. Everything clean, beautiful, very good air-condition. Very central. Highly recommended. Ok
- Nicolas (10/5): Lovely stay in Puntoxenia and Napoli, grazie Luca - Very nice appartement with 2 sperate bedrooms with each their own bathroom (shower and toilet) and air conditioning. Close to both Garibaldi station for Pompéi or Vesuvio excursions, but also the old town.
The host Luca was Great, passionate about his city and giving a lot of good advice on what to do. Mind that as the old gate and tower are being renovated close by, there are some homeless people around, the appartement itselft is very safe but you have to be mindful outside.
- Xavier (10/5): Luca was such an amazing host!! His place was clean and well kept. It was so rich in history as well! Conveniently locat - Luca was such an amazing host!! His place was clean and well kept. It was so rich in history as well! Conveniently located near the metro, just about 6-7mins walk. I had great time staying there! Thank you Luca for the fantastic experience!
- Geoffrey (9/5): Beautiful modern apartment with a great host - Luca is a great host, very responsive to questions before and during our stay. He met us at the property, so there was no problem getting in. Google Maps does not have the correct location of the apartment, but Luca sent us the correct address to find the entrance (it's definitely the same apartment as on the site).
Inside the apartment is modern, clean and tidy. The kitchen had all the facilities we needed. Having two bathrooms (one ensuite per bedroom) was very nice. You have a view of the street outside from the small balconies. Their was plenty of hot water and the showers were nice. The beds were good. There is a lot of space, you do not feel cramped. If you are not used to a gritty urban environment then you might feel a bit unsafe in the area around the apartment. But I think this might apply to Naples in general to some degree. There is no lift up to the 3rd floor apartment, but Luca was a great host and carried our heavy bags up for us.
- Rafaela (10/5): Perfect location to explore Naples - Luca was 100% kind, helpful and available with everything.
- Svetlozar (10/5): Quite and communicative place to stay with very nice host - The location of the hotel is very good. It is located near the train station (5 min). The Harbour is also close around 15 min of walking. The city center is located also very close to the hotel. There are many coffee shops around the hotel where you can drink coffee and eat breakfast. The rooms are brand new and clean. You have everything which you need for you stay. The host is very nice and gave us tips where we can go and what we can saw. The stay was fantastic. The impression of South Italy was fantastic, but Naples is a big city with a lot of tourist, but also there are a lot of refugies who sleep on the street and create a lot of rubish. The local cleaning companies take a lot of care, but you can see rubbish on the street.
- Eeva (8/5): 9 - Nice appartment, in the oldest neighborhood of Napoli.
Everything was clean, comfortable beds, kitchen was good to make a quick breakfast.
Perfect to us 2 friends so we could have own rooms.
And Luca the host was super nice! Really helpful and friendly, easy to communicate the whole time. Cos it's a city, u can hear little bit street noices at nightime, but I (light sleeper) had earplugs so had a good sleep. The smaller room was totally quiet.
- Susan (8/5): Needs more thought . - The beds were very comfy . Plenty of hot water it was on the 3rd floor involving 6 flights of stairs. with shopping, difficult. minimal crockery, no dishwasher tabs but lots of clothes washing powder but no washing machine & a faulty toaster which the landlord new about but didn’t replace All the electrics went off as I was cooking breakfast! and after a phone call I was left to find the trip switch!
- Zuzana (10/5): we were very happy with this place. the owner is very lovely and helpful. the flat is very well equipped and every room - modern, clean, high standard, very close to the train station and also close to the historical centre.
- Olha (10/5): We really loved our stay in this apartment! - Everything was wonderful! The apartment is spacious and has absolutely everything that you need. It is in a good location, easily accessible from the railway station! Luca is an exceptional host! He is always here to help you!
- John (10/5): If you have a chance to stay at Puntoxenia book now and stop scrolling - Well designed apartment with great views, fantastic location and superb host Nothing
- Robert28367 (9/5): Superb -
- Jessica (9/5): Superb -
- Ieva (10/5): Perfect place to stay - Luca is amazing host - from start to finish. His place is amazingly restored and updated to modern standards but keeping Naples history in tact - amazing ceilings, restored woodwork and stylish furniture. Every single thing and detail in apartment is well thought of and place is fully equipped not only with essentials but also extras as Italian coffee, salt, pepper, oil etc. Apartment is in a busy area but huge good quality windows and shutters keeps the place silent and dark if needed. Apartment is in very convenient location to all parts of town - Central train station, Port, Historic town centre all in 10-15 mins walk. If you visit Naples with company of 2 couples or 2 couples and a kid - good place to stay! And please mind Maradona is a second God there :) Neighbourhood area at the moment has ongoing renovation works carried out (as most old cities - probably never ending there or here) but apart from scaffolding and construction barriers ruining the sight, noise pollution was small. If you not used to large cities - homeless sleeping here and there can make you feel uncomfortable but later on getting to know Naples it looked pretty normal. As Luca tries to restore main door of apartment and not to just replace with boring modern unlocking it can be a challenge sometimes but we have managed so believe others can do to or next time this issue will be sorted.
- Minh (9/5): We had a wonderful stay in the apartment for 1 week. The apartment is located very near to everything ( old town, shoppi - The apartment is very clean, tasteful furnished and located in a very convenient part of the town which is so easy to get around. Great choice for big group ( we are 2 family of 6) because it has two separate bedrooms with en-suite. Plus it has separate kitchen with all the needed facilities for cooking of wish. The apartment located on 3rd floor of high building. Going up and down stairs could be tiring, but we don’t find it much bothered.
